Chapter seventeen
GIRLS WHO STALK THEIR BOYFRIENDS!
🖤🩶🤍❤️
one week later!
Lola and Jungkook's relationship had been smooth sailing... apart from the fact that Jungkook skillfully managed to ignore her in public.
"Girl-" Destiny began, hand around Lola's wrist, while Giselle was sprawled across her own bed, tangled in her sheets, lonely as ever, "I can tell something's off. What's up?"
Lola didn't want to admit it. She wasn't sure what made her feel this way, maybe it wasn't even Jungkook, and just the simple fact that she might not be as lovable as her father believed. She looked down, sighing, "Everything's fine."
"And you think Imma believe that?" Destiny rolled her eyes, placing her fingers under her ginger friend's chin to lift her gloomy face. "Lo, he's acting like y'all ain't dating. I can tell."
"Des, it's fine..." Lola insisted, lips pressed into a thin line. "He doesn't need to show everyone that we're dating-"
"He kinda does, though." Destiny cut her off.
"I second that." Giselle, on the verge of drifting into a deep sleep, added before diving back into her covers.
Destiny took in a deep breath, searching for the right words. Words that won't completely shatter Lola's heart. "Look, I know I been tryna get y'all together, but it looks like that fucker still ain't ready for a relationship. He always messes them up."
"He's a fucking jerk." Giselle added, muffled behind covers. "Just like his stupid friends."
She was right, but Lola didn't want her to be. "He doesn't need to show me off, all I want him to do is to lo- like me, like I do."
The correction made Destiny watch her friend in pity. She had seen girls be head-over-heels for Jungkook before, though not as intensely as Lola. For the first time in a while, Destiny realized the difference between a crush, and love. "Girl... No offense but where the fuck's your feminism gone?"
"Des!" Lola threw herself back on her pillow, wanting the ground to break in half and swallow her. "This isn't about feminism! It's about- ugh, it's about him being a private person."
"Private my ass!" The other two exclaimed in sync. Giselle had crawled out of her sheets for this one, brows furrowed together in disdain. "If there's something Jungkook is not, it's private!"
"Lola, his IG is pictures of him and his friends, but you tellin' me he can't even post a lil' story of you?"
It was true. Jungkook had not posted anything about her, in fact, he didn't let Lola post anything about him... either. Before she could protest, Destiny had already pulled out her phone.
There it was, Jungkook's account in its full glory.
❤️
❤️
"Even his bio-" Destiny slapped her palm across her mouth, rolling her eyes in annoyance. "Rap Monster... That's Namjoon's 'stage name'."
Lola wanted to cry scrolling through his posts, starting from the very first post, which was with Namjoon. Jungkook often talked about his admiration towards Namjoon, and how good of a big brother he was. Lola did find it precious, though now, seeing it on the screen of Destiny's phone, she wondered if she'd ever be as important to Jungkook, as Namjoon is. She worried she wouldn't be.
❤️
❤️
❤️
"Jimin speaking facts in the comments." Giselle had joined the other two, hovering over the phone like vultures around a carcass.
❤️
❤️
"If he can be open with his friends, he can be open with his girlfriend." Giselle reminded, to which Destiny nodded in agreement.
Lola, on the other hand, had just been scrolling mindlessly. She imagined herself in a post on his page, and hated herself for being so pathetic.
❤️
❤️
❤️
"Look." Destiny pointed at the caption. "The man. Ugh- they're so fuckin' goofy."
❤️
❤️
They had reached the most recent post, which was of him looking hot, as always. Though, something lurking in the comments caught the three's attention.
❤️
❤️
"Hold up?!" Destiny, dropping the phone out of her hand, "I did not just see that bitch in the comments!"
The phone was in Lola's hand now. Her eyes were not deceiving her. "Penelope..." She mumbled to herself, while the other two had started cussing him out already.
"No because- why the fuck is she comfortable enough to be commenting that in the first place?" Giselle stood with her hand on her hip.
Destiny, nodding vigorously, "Exactly!" She pointed. "Like, we know she a hoe, but, why she all up in there? And why didn't he delete it too?"
This meant only one thing to Lola... She was going to punch him in the throat.
❤️
"Hyung-" Jungkook had been laughing the entire time, while Yoongi sat impatient at the desk. "who the fuck do you think I am? Mariah Carey? I can't do no whistle note!"
"Just try!" Yoongi presses play on the laptop, tapping his foot to the gentle beat. They had to stay late recording Jungkook's parts in 'Hold Me Tight', as kindly and calmly requested by Jin.
Though their session came to an abrupt end when-
"Jungkook!"
Through the garage doors bursted Lola, followed by Destiny and Giselle. Her steps reached an immediate halt, however, when she noticed the only other person there was Yoongi. "Oh..." She cleared her throat, "Uhm, hi! I'm- I just wanted to... talk... to him." Raising her finger, she pointed at Jungkook, who had been standing with his brows tied.
"Lo?" He crossed his arms in front of his chest, "The fuck y'all doin' here?"
Sensing the awkward tension ready to grow, "I'm gonna leave you guys alone, check on my boyfriend, and by the time I'm back, I want y'all to fix whatever there is to be fixed. Got it?" Yoongi slouched out of the chair and walked out.
"Got it." Jungkook waved him off, before leaning against the desk with his hands in his pockets. He eyed Lola up and down, waiting for her to speak, though when she didn't- "Bunny?"
"Lola girl, tell him." Destiny jutted her chin towards him, sneering at the pierced boy.
"Tell me what?"
Lola took a deep breath, it was rather shaky, and turned the phone screen towards him. "Did you see- did you know Penelope commented this? On your insta post?"
Squinting, Jungkook took a step closer to see, at which he then groaned deeply. His palms found his face instantly, and wanted to rip it off.
"Nah, not you actin' like you ain't know..." Destiny, who unlike Lola, had zero fucks to give, "Why does that bitch think she can comment that shit? And why ain't you got her blocked?"
"I'm sorry-" Jungkook chuckled at her. "are you my girlfriend?"
Lola and Giselle felt as though they'd been caught of a near fight. "Last time I checked, Lola ain't really your girlfriend either, so Ion what the fuck you yappin' about?"
"The fuck that mean?" Jungkook, either out of instinct, or simply affection, threw an arm around Lola's shoulders, and pulled her tightly to himself.
Lola walked into the studio with the plan to punch him in the throat, but in that moment, he could've held her by the throat, and her eyes would've sparkled at the mere inches between them.
"It means, why you bein' a bitch to her?" Destiny shoved him away from the redhead, which Lola disliked, deep down. "If you not ready for a relationship, why'd you ask her out?"
All eyes were on Lola. She knew Jungkook looked at her in a way that meant he wanted an explanation. "Jungkook- I want to be your girlfriend, really, but- but-"
"But what?"
"I don't think you want to be my boyfriend. Or just a boyfriend, in general." She choked on her words, but confrontations required excessive stress and nervousness. This wasn't Lola's first time feeling this way... It was her second time. "I mean- you don't hold my hand when we're in public, you barely answer my DMs, you just- you act like I forced you into this... I don't know. And then I see Penelope commenting that on your post."
"Des," Giselle whispered at her friend listening intently, "we should leave 'em alone."
Although she didn't want to, Destiny knew it was the right thing to do. "We waitin' outside."
Just the two of them. Lola, standing in the fire next to Jungkook. Jungkook, standing so close, yet so far. He held her by the arm, then used his fingers to lift her face before leaning in close, barely any space left between their noses, "Penny just wants my attention."
"And you're giving it to her by leaving her comment up." Lola, whispering against his lips, pouted. Her dough-eyes were electrifying, in a way that had the potential to kill the one looking right into them.
Closer, their chests were practically glued together. "The only girl I'm givin' my attention to is you, bunny."
Lola's arms snaked around his neck, and her fingers tangled in his hair, while Jungkook's arms were wrapped around her waist. He hummed under his breath, slightly, to let her know she can pull tighter. "Then delete her comment."
"Done." Jungkook whispered.
Suddenly, the air around them seemed to push them together. It was thick, and dense, just like their bodies. They were liquid before they intertwined, and became solid. "And tell me you want to be my boyfriend." Lola was desperate for something. Anything. Jungkook wasn't going to give his love on a silver platter, so Lola had to lick it off knives.
Jungkook smirked, chuckling deeply. "You want me to show you off?" His hands traveled lower with every passing second. It was agonizing for Lola to be waiting like a pathetic dog.
She nodded.
"Let me take you to home comin', then." The first kiss was planted on the corner of her lip, slow, painfully slow, yet so to die for, and so anticipated.
Her eyes widened, flames sparking inside of them. "Really?"
Jungkook nodded, holding her through her giggling and locking their lips at last. He forced hers open with his tongue, as his hands worked their way down to her ass for a grab. Moans and hums spilling into each other's mouths in the form of saliva, hungry for more, they became one.
"Fuck-" Jungkook palmed the back of her thighs and lifts her, before wrapping her legs around his slim waist. "fuck- baby." The frantic way he brought her to the desk ended when Yoongi cleares his throat.
He watched them with his nails digging into the back of his neck, a slight tint on his cheeks. "You can continue eating each other when we're done recording." He pointed at the two-
Though only Lola seemed to be embarrassed. The shade blushing her cheeks were darker, and warmer. She fixed her shirt and hopped off the desk. "I- so sorry!"
Though she could not scurry out of the studio before Jungkook gifted her another peck on the lips. "See ya, bunny."
"Bye- s-see you!" Her grin had been so wide, you could count her teeth.
Jungkook shoved his hands in his pockets and watched her leave, and turned to Yoongi to see him disappointed. "What?"
"I hope you ain't playing with her... She's way too sweet to be going out with you."
"You sound like Jin hyung." Jungkook rolled his eyes and took position behind the microphone again. "Actin' like you didn't play Jimin the first time y'all met."
"That's different!" Yoongi sushed the youngest by smacking his shoulder, and pressing play.

Penelope found Emma sitting outside, in the campus yard, a couple generous steps away from the table Giselle, Destiny, and Lola are seated. "Why aren't you answering my texts?" She groaned as she threw her purse on the chair next to her, waiting for a reply from Emma.
Though, Emma had other things on her mind. Her squinted eyes glued on her twin, "Look at the way Gigi laughs. It pisses me off."
From afar, you'd think Giselle shared a womb with Destiny and Lola, with the way she laughed.
"Not you talking about her like she's your enemy." Penelope chuckled behind her hand. "She's your sister. Your twin sister, even."
"Sometimes I think she isn't, though." Emma turned to her friend, stretching her tired arms. "Like," she sighed, searching for the words, "we're so different. She never likes anything I like, some days I don't even think we look like each other."
There was something at the tip of Penelope's tongue, something that could be venomous of not said correctly, so she chose to play it off as a joke. "Doesn't like anything you like?" She chuckled, "It looks like she very much loves your boyfriend."
It wasn't a joke to Emma. Her eyes fell on Penelope's nervous ones. "What the fuck do you mean?"
"I'm just saying..." Penelope shrugged, nudging her friend's arm to lighten the mood. "Sometimes Giselle looks at Namjoon, and I'm just like, she's in love."
It took Emma a couple of seconds to react. She blew raspberries. "No. No way." Head shaking left and right, it seemed as though she tried convincing herself more than anyone. "Giselle isn't that kinda girl, anyways. She doesn't fall in love. She's like, a child."
"You're the same age."
"I know, but like-" Emma turned back to see Giselle pinch a pineapple sour strip between her upper lip and her nose like a moustache, "look! She acts like a fuckin' child all the time. We're both grown, I mean look at me! I act how I'm supposed to act. Mature. Gigi acts like a toddler. I know it's not like okay to say this, but I lowkey hate her sometimes."
Penelope laughed at how embarrassing Giselle could be at times. "I know. I wish we were sisters instead!"
"Oh my god! I wish!" Emma cried. They leaned back in their chairs, and sighed. "Anyways. Do you have a hoco date yet?"
Penelope threw one leg over the other, her bright red nails tapping the table menacingly. "I'm gonna ask Jungkook."
"What?"
"Mhm." She brushed those nails through her hair, smiling like a demon. "Maybe he'll say yes, you never know."
"I do know." Emma told her friend, bringing her back to reality. "He's not into you, Penny, give it up."
Penelope denied it every time Emma told her so. "You know, Emma, if you supported my ideas as much as you went back to your cheating boyfriend, maybe I would've had to confidence to actually ask him out."
"Why is your confidence tied to me?" Emma scorned. "And keep Joonie out of this... Just because you're angry at the truth."
Just then, Penelope spotted someone of use out of the corner of her eye. "Charlie!" She called him over.
"Sup girls?" He took a seat at their table.
Emma knew where this was going, Penelope had talked about it before. She rolled her eyes and chose to scroll on her phone instead.
On the other hand, Penelope leaned in, elbows on the table, "Do you have a date yet? For hoco?"
Charlie looked around somberly, kissing his teeth. "Every girl is a fucking bitch these days, man."
For a split second, Emma shot him a look, and sighed deeply. She was never fond of Charlie, mostly because Namjoon hated him, but she had her reasons too.
"You're the one talking to bitches." Penelope laughed, smacking his wrists. "Listen, I have a great option for you."
Intrigued, "Who is it?" Charlie leaned in.
He followed the trail in Penelope's eyes, landing on a redhead he was well familiar with. "Oh, that bitch." A smug smile on his face.
"You know her?"
Charlie nodded. "We had a little thing in class. I'm pretty sure she's into me."
"Great!" She leaned back, clapping her hands together. "Have fun asking her out!"
Taking the hint, Charlie approached the other table, where Destiny sat cackling at Giselle's fake moustache, "You look like guy fiery." She clapped her hands, though was immediately bothered by Charlie's figure creeping up behind her.
"Sup girls?" He smiled, arms wide, "Lola, how you doing?"
Rolling her eyes, "Fine." Lola mumbled.
"Just fine?"
"Boy, just say watchu wanna say and leave. Ugh." Destiny crossed her arms, struggling to look up at the white boy as the sun casted right into her eyes.
Charlie stood taken aback. "Alright, jesus." He raised his hands like he's under arrest, before clasping both palms around the back of Lola's chair. "Just wanted to ask Lola-" he leaned down, "if she'd like to be my hoco date... So?"
Seconds of uncomfortable silence passed before the three girls bursted into loud cackles. "He just say what I think he did?" Destiny shook her head in disbelief, her stomach already hurting.
"He actually did!" Giselle too, laughed unctrollably.
With his face growing red, Charlie looked around before turning back to Lola, who covered her agape mouth with her hands, "The audacity some men have..." She did laugh, though had to gather herself to look back up at Charlie and tell him; "I already have a date, but you keep looking!"
Their laughter faintly dimmed with each step Charlie took back to Penelope and Emma's table in shame. "What are they laughing at?" The blue-eyed twin asked, watching her immature sister crack up with her friends. "What happened?"
Anger, embarrassment, they were all apparent on his tomato face. Charlie pulled the chair back harshly and plopped himself down, a fist on the table, "Fucking bitch laughed at me." He was spewing through his teeth, "In my fucking face. Said she had a date already."
While he clenched his jaw in absolute rage, the other two looked at each other. "She had a date... Already?" Penelope's left eye started twitching.
"Calm down-" Emma, holding her friend's hands, "maybe it isn't Jungkook-"
"Who else would it fucking be?!" Penelope rose to her feet, her chair falling behind her. She looked around at the students staring her right in her face, phones already out to record the chaos about to ensue. "That fucking bitch!"
She made her way to her mortal enemy, Lola. "You bitch!" Fingers already tangled between the ginger locks, "You fucking whore! I told you to stay away from him! Jungkook's mine!"
"Augh! What the fuck?!" Lola screamed in an attempt to free herself from Penelope's slender fingers but alas, Destiny and Giselle did a way better job at separating the two.
Though Penelope wasn't done, she lunged herself forward once more, "I'm gonna fucking kill you you bitch! You fucking bitch!"
Cheers were starting to erupt around them. Charlie could only watch in enjoyment as Lola gotta torn at the hands of a jealous Penelope. "Yeah get her witch ass!" Someone yelled, phone in hand.
"Let me go!" Lola, finally able to get a hold of her arms, dragged her down to the floor before straddling her tightly, and with the help of Destiny and Giselle holding Penelope's wrists against the floor, she started clawing at her face. "I told you to let me go!" She screamed, drawing blood between the claw marks she was leaving, scrapes of Penelope's skin curling under her nails.
"Oh my god get off of her!" Only now, Emma tried to intervene, though her sister didn't allow. Giselle pushed her aside, blocking her from helping at all. "Gigi I'm gonna tell mom about this!"
Thought the crowd squeezed two professors, followed by a plethora of familiar faces. "Alright, everybody get back!" The professors ordered before forcing Lola off of Penelope.
It was only then, the ginger noticed him standing in awe. Jungkook. Brown bambi eyes widened, mouth formed into a wide grin, and hands clapping excitedly. He looked surprised just as much as he looked excited, and for one reason or the other, Lola found pride in it. She felt as though she did good.
"Okay, you two are coming with me-"
"What the fuck do you mean two?" Penelope cut the professor's order off with a scorn. "Look at my fucking face! She did it, not me!" Her cheeks and forehead with decorated with Lola's nail marks, and tiny spots of dried blood. "She should be expelled!"
Then it sunk... This wasn't a dream, it was reality and Lola would probably get in trouble for it. Her face dropped, and she looked around. It was the first time in a while, Lola felt like a monster.
"Nah, you started it!" Destiny tried saving her friend, but to no avail. The professors asked both Lola and Penelope to follow them to their office while the rest watched. "The fuck're y'all lookin' at?!" Destiny gestured at the crowd, "Mind your business!"
"Des?" While everyone else left, Jungkook stayed around, along with Yoongi and Jimin. "The fuck happened?"
❤️
"You're just letting her off with a warning?!" Penelope sat straight in her chair, screeching the principal in her face. "She tried to kill me."
Miss Park adjusted her glasses on the bridge of her nose, sighing in disappointment. "We are not letting her off, Penelope. Both your parents will get a call and be informed about this situation, and it will be taken to the headmaster, but we can't no anything more for now."
"What- you're telling me you can't expell her right now? Aren't you literally the principal?"
Lola rolled her eyes, chewing on the inside of her cheeks when she heard a knock on the door.
"Come in!"
A face Lola knew very well, poked in. "Can I come in?"
"N-Namjoon!" Miss Park, immediately fixing her collar, and quickly checking her hair in the mirror, "Yes! Y-you may come in!"
"Thanks." He smiled, dimple and all. Neither Lola or Penelope had an idea why he'd be here, though Miss Park did. "Uh, I just had to talk to you 'bout next week's program- sorry, is you busy." He pointed at the two girls. "I can come back later-"
"No!" Miss Park giggled, "The girls were leaving now, anyways!" She gestured them out of her office and locked the door behind her before immediately wrapping her arms around his neck. "Namjoon."
"Fuck-" he smiled into her kiss, caressing her waist and hips sensually. "somebody horny."
"I've just been worried about you." She whispered, and threw her glasses aside for a deeper and easier kiss. "The last time we- y'know, we saw each other, you didn't look very good. How are you now?"
Namjoon pushed her onto her desk, slowly, pressing his forehead against hers, "I'm good." He kissed her, letting it linger for a while, "You know me. I go through these depressive phases and shit."
"I do." She whispered between kisses, and him unbuttoning her shirt. "I still think you should see a therapist, I mean this thing with you sister-"
"Shhh." Namjoon breathed into her mouth. "I'm actually here for sum else." He took a small step back to peel her clothes off of her, "Aside from needing some pussy, 'course."
Miss Park giggled into his mouth, holding his face and pressing her hips against his. "What is it?"
"The girl that was just here, Lola." He moaned.
"Yeah?"
"She gon' get expelled?"
Her nails digging into his neck, "I'm not certain right now, but yeah, that's usually what happens in a situation like this." Her chest heaved when Namjoon dragged his hand up her inner thigh, pressing his knuckles right where she wants them. "Oh fuck, Joon- mmhhmm..."
In between wet pecks down her neck, "Can you do me a favour?" he questioned, pulling her panties aside and pressing his fingers on her flesh, and gave her a second to gasp. "I need you to not get her expelled."
"Why?" Miss Park, panting with every finger being inserting in her. "Is she your frien-"
He shut her up with a finger. "That don't matter, just tell me you not gonna let her get expelled."
"Fuck- okay! Okay, yeah! I will try to have a talk with the headmaster."
"You promise?"
"Yes!"
"Good." That evening, Namjoon gave Miss Park what she wanted, and Miss Park gave Namjoon what he wanted. It didn't take him long to learn about Penelope and Lola's fight as Jimin loved gossip.
❤️
"I'm getting expelled." Lola cried.
"Is that what Miss Park said?" Jungkook held her in his arms, leaning awkwardly over the gear stick.
Sniffling, "No." Lola sobbed into his chest, "But that's probably what's going to happen. And she said they'll tell my parents, too. Why did I do that?!"
Jungkook couldn't contain his chuckles, "Don't worry, I'll make Namjoon fu- I mean, talk to Miss Park."
Her sniffles came to a slow end. "He did come into her office when we were there." She said.
"He did?"
Lola nodded in response. "How is Namjoon talking to the principal going to help anyways?"
"Uhm-" Jungkook stalled, "he's good at like manipulating and shi. How you think we got away with all them fights?"
"Really?!" Lola looked up at him with sparks in her eyes.
"On god." Jungkook held her face, "And if you get expelled then fuck it, I'll get expelled witchu."
Lola chuckled. There it was again, to her it seemed like she was always only laughing with him.
"I gotta admit though, that was hot as fuck."
"What was?"
"The way you beat her ass!" He giggled, arms snaking around her waist. "That w as yo first fight for me."
She rolled her eyes playfully, "I didn't fight for you, I fought for myself!"
"Always gotta be sum feminist bullshit-"
"Hey it's not bullshit!" She had nearly slapped him again, her laugh being heard from outside the car.
"Don't get too comfortable with them slaps, girl." Jungkook had to lift himself inorder to hover over her without the gear stick poking into his ribcage.
Lola, just as playful, "Or what?" She grinned.
Their heartbeats were in sync again, blood pressures rising, Jungkook leaned down, plump lips against the shell of her ear, "Or Imma buss 'em legs open 'till you learn."
Soft giggled morphed into moans when he latched his lips on her neck, hungrily sucking the skin to turn it purple. He felt the need to mark himself on her. A sort of desperation, and yearn to keep her to himself. Only to himself.
Before he could get to her cleavage, though, his phone rang through their ears. Jungkook sighed, drawing it out of his pocket while Lola waited with her hands on his chest. She took a glimpse of the screen and saw that name. Margot.
"Is it the Margot?" She asked when she found him staring at his screen. Immediately he looked back at her, brows drawing together. "Des told me about her." Lola shrugged, "It's fine. I just... I wanted to know."
Jungkook cleared his throat and rejected the call. "You don't gotta worry about that." Hands back around her waist, only this time they were cold.
"Then why's she calling you?" Lola pushed. All she wanted was honesty, and the only way she'd get it was forcing it out of him.
Sighing, "Didn't know I was bein' interrogated." Jungkook he sat back up, throwing one hand on the wheel, while his tongue played with his piercing. It was clear, he didn't want to have this conversation.
"I just asked a simple question-"
"Don't." He cut her off, dark eyes staring her right into her soul. "We fine just like this, you don't gotta dig deeper." That was the last thing he said before starting the car.
