GIRLS WHO GO SHOPPING!

"I don't know..." Lola blew raspberries between the isles. She skimmed her fingers through the hangers at the sale section -a girl's favourite section- and pulled every ugly dress aside. "He just like- didn't look at me at all, and just left..."

"I told you." Destiny shrugged, a small leather bag around her shoulder, she helped Lola find the perfect dress. "Don't be surprised when he ignore you too, he done did it to every girl."

She did not, in fact, want to be one of those girls. Lola was foolish to think it was different. Even right then, as she was picking her weapon to destroy Penelope and hopefully impress Jungkook, she thought she was different. "But he DMed me before that. We talked, and everything was fine."

Destiny turned to her friend with lips pressed together, "Exactly girl. Everything is fine in yo DMs, because it ain't all out there. He gon' keep being a playa in private, but ignore yo' ass in public."

"That's why it's even more important to impress him!" Giselle chimed in from behind them, holding a fiery red dress in her hands. "He's gonna wanna put a ring on it when he sees you in this!"

Draped silk and off the shoulder straps looked like a promised cleavage. The dress followed a solid pattern, until the hips, where a flounce slit opened one leg elegantly.

The two's eyes sparkled immediatly. "Where did you find this?!" Lola had to hold it in her hands. It was light, and probably felt like a second skin around you.

Humbly shrugging her amazing dress-finding abilities aside, "Over there!" Giselle pointed across, "By the maxi dresses!"

It was the part of the store where the prices of everything skyrocketed through the roof. Lola gulped, "How much is it?"

"Don't worry about the cha-ching, girl." Destiny got a hold of the dress, and Lola's wrist. "We'll figure somethin' out."

They made it to the fitting rooms. Giselle shoved Lola in and pulled the curtain before turning to her friend, "She's gonna look so good!"

"So good!" Destiny repeated.

too many minutes later!

"Lols? Everything okay in there?"

Giselle had been pacing around while Destiny took a seat on the benches just outside of the stalls. Lola had not spoken a single word, only huffs as she tried the dress on. Under the curtain, her black socks were showing, her feet struggling about.

"Yeah girl, you need some help?" Destiny yelled after getting no response from the redhead.

Lola huffed again. The zip in the back simply did not want to cooperate. "No! I'm good!" She then replied. "I'm just-" there was a deadly silence following her trailing words. "I think Penelope was right. There's too much red."

The other two were almost offended by the statement. "Oh hell nah!" Destiny, up on her feet already, pulled the curtains open and dragged her ginger friend out. "I will never let you be insecure 'cause of what that bitch said!"

Tempers were high, though they simmered when their eyes caught a glimpse -and then a whole look- of Lola.

"Holy fucking shit!" Giselle's grin reached from ear to ear, hand covering her ajar mouth, "Lola you look so fucking hot?!"

"Girly?!" Destiny too, had been awed. She held Lola's hand and helped her spin, "You look like you boutta steal everybody mans!"

The cleavage was there, as promised. Collarbones sitting beautifully on top of the stitched rim, while the waist sinched in to give her the much admired hourglass figure. Her pasty leg glistened through the high slit, and small gems delicately placed along the length.

They laughed and Lola blushed deeply. She could not contain her joy when her friends were with her. Looking back only a couple weeks ago, when she told her parents her heart would explode out of her chest, she had not in mind the two girls applauding her. "Thank you!" She blushed deeper and checked herself in the large mirror. "So, it's enough red?"

"Lols, there's always room for more red." Giselle reached under the bench and pulled out a box, which she had picked during Lola's very long fitting session. "Like these."

The box had been opened to a pair of red block heels.

A gasp spilled out of Lola's mouth. Face lighting up to meet a pair of Mary Janes. They were made of a glossy leather, and were awfully similar, if not identical, to the color of the dress she wore.

"Gigi!" Lola pulled her friend in a hug, "These are so pretty! Thank you!"

Feeling left out, Destiny joined in the hug. "I think we ready to make that damn concert 'bout us!"

They giggled. The hug had gradually loosened. Lola could not stop thinking about the price, but out of the corner of her eye, she saw a sign.

RETURN IN SEVEN DAYS!

She was going to do exactly that. Giselle and Destiny agreed with her plan. All three would chip in, until after the concert, when they will return it.

It had been settled. They had walked out of the store with a brand new red dress, and matching heels. Lola was over the moon, because all she could wonder was Jungkook's face. Would he like it? Would he like her?

To prevent turning red she had to think of something else. "So, the three tickets are ours... One is Jungkook's... Who are you giving the fifth one to?"

Destiny thought deeply. There were absolutely no names wandering in her mind. "Ion know y'all."

"What about... Gigi's sister?" Lola suggested, though the other two shook their heads immediately.

"She's already going... With Namjoon." Giselle whispered the last part, not to anyone in particular. You could say it was to remind herself of reality.

Lola regretted suggesting. Her idea was to change the subject all together. "So, where are we going now?"

Coming to a sudden halt, and reaching into her pocket, "To the boys' dorm." Destiny drew her keys out and unlocked her car.
