∆Damian POV∆

"I've been trying to track down this guy for weeks and I finally found him!" Said Tim

"Who?"

"Wilbur Fane. Stephanie and I found he had a stash of drugs at the docks and was giving them to kids on the upper west side of Gotham."

"Drugs? What kind-"

"BELIN."

BELIN. Valarie talked about that. Jace gave it to her by putting it in her drink.

"That stuff makes you hallucinate-"

"Does more then that." Tim scoffed. "You become more susceptible to do anything anyone says. We found a body, his name was Gabe and Stephanie knew him. She said he'd been taking it for a while but they have upgraded. Its a form of mind control now if you think about it. Anyway, Gabe died not of an OD like the autopsy says but a single stab wound to the chest."

"Stab wound?"

"In the streets on the upper West side, their are these street fights. According to Steph, one weapon is permitted and to not feel so much pain, some of the fighters take BELIN."

He never felt a thing. "Lucky Bastard."

"Fane is on this side of the city for the night. Stephanie and I-"

"I'm coming with you. Stephanie and you, will need backup in case anything happens."

"You read my mind, Damian." Says Tim giving me a pat on the back. "I'll need all the back up I can get."

Valarie- Raqisa was getting pretty good at not being herself. She always acted unimpressed by what Howard showed her and always called him Daniel.

They weren't friends and she didn't want to feel close to him when she knew she was going to have to kill him.

Valarie found herself very interested in what he had to say. He was very intelligent and instead of talking about himself like she expected from him, he asked her a fair amount of questions.

"Where're from?"

"Brazil." She'd answer

Valarie gave one word answers to keep up the front. Every so often she would say a little more and look at him, but then go back to looking around the room and her nails.

"Raqisa? Is that some sorta Spanish?"

"Arabic. It means dancer."

"So you dance then! Come! You must show me." He grabbed onto her hand trying to get her out of the chair.

At first, Valarie was concerned about the skirt because opening her legs would show her underwear. If she were to dance, everyone would see her lace underwear.

"I can't, I'm not dressed."

"You are dressed enough. Come Raqisa. Dance. For me? Your pal Bugsey-"

"Raqisa." Said Ten waltzing over and holding out her hand. "There are some people I'm dying for you to meet. I told them that you dance. Bring your friend, it will just be us. Privately."

Valarie licked her lip and held out her hand as Howard took it, walking closely behind Ten. Valarie tensed up when his hand was on her butt giving it a gentle squeeze.

Stopping, Valarie grabbed his cheeks and squeezed them together tightly and he quickly let go. "Touch me again Daniel, and I guarantee you that I will shove your  fingers down your throat."

He didn't answer and just kept walking.

"Just go wait behind the curtain. We'll be there shortly." Said Ten shopping and linking her arm in mine. I got a weird feeling in my stomach as it clenched with nerves.

'What's going on?" I ask her once hes gone

"You found the needles in your wig? Roman told me that you use them during training."

"I'm-"

"Don't think. Strike when you have control. They are most vulnerable when you are up close. Got it?"

"Right. Raqisa knows how to do this. Shes ready."

Valarie questioned herself in her head. Was Raqisa ready to kill? Ready to kill a man she has never met? He could be innocent- no. This is kill or be killed.

"Commit or die." She whispers to herself as Ten guides her through the curtain.

"Gentlemen." Ten says grabbing onto an elderly man tie. He had grey hair and stared immensely at the two girls. "Raqisa, this is Fred Adz. You may know his son or heard of him. Jace?" Ten gives her a wicked smile as she unbuttoned the buttons of his tux. "Fred, this is my friend I was telling you about. She'll be taking care of you, I have another engagement."

GAME CHANGER! RAQISA IS WITH TWO GUYS NOW?!
