"Ah, Miss lewis. Glad you could join us." My new science teacher, Mrs. Baker said. Eyes followed me as I chose a seat, close to the back.

"S-sorry I'm late, someone was holding me up...." I answered, I blew out a puff of air and glared at Eren. He smirked back and looked innocently at Mrs. Baker.

"I have no idea what she's talking about, Mrs. Baker. I would never intentionally hold someone back."

' asshole ' I thought angrily, a small smile creeping up on my face. I shook my head and focused on the lesson.

I took out my school's notebook and began to write notes. ' yada, yada. The mitochondria is the powerhouse of the cell..... I've already learned this IN 5TH GRADE'

Suddenly, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I turned around to see a small smile on a small frame. I smiled back.

"What?" I whispered.

"I'm sorry, I'm just gonna introduce myself. I'm Sarah." Sarah smiled and slid a piece of paper onto my desk. I took and I put it into my pocket.

"That's my phone number...call me if you ever want to hang out or something." I nodded and turned back around.

I looked to the board and smiled.

LE TIME SKIP.....

"Hey! Wait up, Sasha!"

I stopped. "Hey, Cassie! Where are you headed?"

Cassie looked at her schedule. And I looked at mine.

"Mr. Martin's, History!" We both said. I laughed and put my arm around her neck.

..............

"Ah, here we are! Mr. Martin's History class...." I opened the metal door and instantly regretted it.

"FUCKING SHIT!"

"Miss lewis, language."

"Sorry, Mr. Martin...." I glared over at the far seat close to mine. Eren FUCKING smith was sitting next to me.....' What is he doing here?'

I stomped over to my seat and sat down with a scowl. I turned my head to look at him.

"What are you doing here?!" I whispered.

"I have Mr. Martin second period.. now shush, I want to learn."

I growled in response and gave him the finger. Cassie gave me a  strange look and I shook my head. She nodded and sat behind me.

"Now that you love birds are done, I'm going to teach you about something fun. I'm going to put you into groups of three and you guys are going to tell me what you think happened to the lost colony of roanoke.'

Groans sounded around the room, but I was excited. I loved solving mysterious circumstances and I will love doing this.

Wait, what did he say about love birds?
 
I looked at Eren to see him staring at me, smiling. I gave him a sarcastic smile and turned towards Cassie. She raised her eyebrow and I rolled my eyes.

I took out my phone and texted cassie.

~No cassie, he's an ass. Ugh..he won't stop
Staring at me.

~HA. Got yourself a stalker huh?

~Nuh uh. I'm going to pay attention now. So

I quickly put my phone away and looked to the front. People were getting up and choosing their partners. I stood up and grabbed Cassie's hand.

I left her to the back of the room and sat down at a table. Eren got up and walked towards us, a scowl on his face. I laughed and pulled a chair out.

"Don't like group projects, huh?" I giggled like a madman and Cassie joined in. Eren rolled his eyes and slapped his notebook onto the table.

I jumped and Eren laughed.

"Scared, Potter?" Eren said. My eyes widened in shock. ' a fellow potterhead? '

I shook my head and grabbed his notebook. As I did, our hands brushed each other for a brief moment and I yanked my hand back.

I blushed furiously and looked at Cassie, who was holding back laughter.

I glared at her and Eren cleared his throat.

"Okay, we're supposed to write about what we think happened to the Lost colony of Roanoke, right?" Eren asked, his eyebrows furrowed.

"Yeppers, here's what I think happened: Since there were no bones or any trace of the colony, maybe a hurricane had swept them away." I answered excitedly.

"Alright, while I write this down, you guys have to add to this. It is a group project after all." I said jokingly.

I ripped a piece of paper from the notebook and got to work. Cassie wrote on a separate piece of paper her theory and Eren just sat there like a potato.

I tapped Cassie and she rolled her eyes.

Eren suddenly got a text and grabbed his phone. His eyes widened in horror, which quickly turned into anger. He got up and stomped out of the classroom.

I watched him go with wide eyes.
