Karma pov
I was watching Nagisa the whole time. It looked like she would collapse any minute. I then saw her leave the classroom and I decided to follow her
The moment I stepped outside I was met with a horrendous sight.
Nagisa was breathing heavily with one hand pressed against her stomach
"Nagisa!" I ran to her
"What happened?" I said trying to find the cause of her pain
She slowly opened her eyes and said in a weak voice, "I screwed up Karma, she found out"
She moved her hand away and I saw her blouse stained with blood
"!!" My eyes widened
"Did she do this?!" I yelled in a panic
"She found out about us"
"Shit!" I clenched my teeth together, "Come on Nagisa" I picked her up bridal style and started running to the hospital
"Why? Why didn't you tell anyone?!"
"I didn't want to ruin such a happy moment for Kayano" Nagisa said with her eyes closed
"Idiot"
We reached the hospital and they took Nagisa

The next day I went to visit her
When I entered her room the first thing I noticed was her blue hair and as I got closer I saw her pale petite body
I sat down on the nearest chair and grabbed her hand to let her know I was there, waiting for her
A few minutes later a nurse entered the room, bowed to me and went to replace the flowers
"Do you know what her condition is?" I asked
"Her life is not in danger, but we are unsure when she will wake up" the nurse said
"I see"
"If you excuse me" she said as she bowed to me and left
I stayed by her side the whole day until my classmates dragged me away and told me to look after myself

1 month went by since Nagisa has been in a coma and no one has made an attempt to kill Korosensei
"Now class, I know you all miss Nagisa, but do you think this is what she would want"
The class responded with silence
"I guess the only thing we could do is hope for you Nagisa" Korosensei said unheard to the class
The next day I decided to skip school and visit Nagisa
"The class hasn't been the same without you"

"Not even korosensei could do anything about them"

As usual I was answered with silence
"Meeting you was the best thing that could ever happen to me."
"..."
"Everyone misses you, even Terasaka" I smiled
As I was about to leave I felt Nagisa's hand twitch
"!?Nagisa!"
Nagisa slowly opened her eyes
"Karma?"
"Nagisa!" I yelled and hugged her
Nagisa smiled and hugged me back
"I'm back"

3 months passed by since Nagisa's mom was arrested for child abuse and attempt of murder
Nagisa also chose to live with me and we have all been trying to assassinate korosensei
By March 13 we were able to kill him, but it was a lot harder than expected to let him go

2 years later I asked Nagisa to marry me to which she said yes
As Nagisa and I lived our lives and are preparing for our wedding the former 3-E students threw us a party
