You and Billie make it on the other side. You get out of a grave from the ground and you both look around. You say, "Wow. So, this is it, huh?" Billie says, "Yeah. The manor's not too far from here." You look around and you say, "Nice place. I won't lie." 

You turn around and you see a gate and the manor beyond it. You say, "Oh, hey. There it is." Billie sighs and says, "That's his place, alright. Come with me. I know the shortcut." You walk over to a hedge and she says, "Alright. Climb this little hedge. Be careful." She steps up and climbs over the fence. You do the same and you say, "Not the first time I've broken into a rich dude's place."

You both make it on the other end and you face the manor ahead of you. She says, "It's up these steps." You follow her and you get up the steps. She says, "I was getting gems from here the last time I arrived. But that ghost owl caught me." 

You say, "Guess he didn't appreciate that, huh?" She says, "No, but he wanted me to join his party. Turns out you had to be dead." You say, "Well damn. Is that why he tried many ways to kill you? So you'd join his party?" She says, "Yes." You say, "Huh." 

You get up there and you come across a few more gravestones and the manor itself. You approach the two purple doors and they open from side to side. You say, "Oh look. It's opened for us." You and Billie head inside the manor, standing close to each other. Oscar is beside Billie. 

You head down the hallway and you get into a lobby. You go into a room and you see the decor. You say, "Wow. This guy sure has his own taste in decor, huh?" Billie says, "Don't be deceived. He'll be around. Just wait." 

You look over at some pictures and you approach one. You see a photo of a guy with blue hair and yellow skin. He looks like a puppet. And you see an owl guy with yellow and orange eyes, complexion dark as night, neck seemingly stretching a bit, etc. You say, "Wow. So, that's what Barnaby looks like, huh?" 

Billie says, "Yeah. That's him. The owl guy." You say, "I see. Well, let's see if we can find Barnaby and we'll get out of here." You both walk off to see if you can find him. Little are you aware, things would change for you forever once you stumble upon the ghostly being. For YOU, that is.

Elsewhere in a room upstairs, there is something hanging upside down on the ceiling. A tall dark figure. They hear voices and they... Scratch that, HE opens his eyes. Yellow and orange is shown in his eyes. Turns out... it's Barnaby himself. He lifts his face, stretching his neck longer to look ahead at the source of the sound. 

He smirks and says, "Oh ho ho. I see I've got some guests." He says it in a cheery voice. He gets down from there, standing on his feet and he says, "Oh, how I love company. Any newcomer to join in on the fun and the party. By that, I mean their demise." He chuckles in a silly way, seeing that he seems to be the silly, goofy yet kind of psychotic type. But still silly with how he speaks.

He approaches the doorway of his room and he heads out. He follows the source of the sounds and he stops to see three living beings downstairs. He immediately recognizes the small goat and his smile fades. He says, "Oh. It's that pesky living goat, again. Outrun ME, will she?" 

But then he notices the taller female next to her. He says, "Wait a minute... Who's the newcomer next to the goat?" He stretches his neck down a bit to get a closer look. He's looking right at you. Your back is turned at the moment. He says, "Is that... what I think it is in my manor?" 

You turn around and Barnaby sees your face. He gasps a bit and he perks up as he sees you. He can't look away from you. He sees the prettiest face he's ever seen on a female when he looks at you. He says, "Oh my... Who's this? This... dream?" 

He watches and listens in on you saying, "Come on, Billie. Let's see if he's upstairs." He gasps and he brings his neck back up. The rest of his body and himself are up the stairs. He jumps up and he stands on the ceiling, hiding himself in his wings.

You and Billie head upstairs. It's a little darker going up, so you have your flashlight on you. You get up there and you shine the flashlight around. You say, "He's gotta be up here, somewhere. I've seen enough spooky films to know that most entities hide on the second or third floor of a haunted house." 

Billie says, "You may be right." You look around. You hear something above you and you and Billie both look up to see something hanging upside down. Billie whispers, "Oh crap." You get a weird feeling about this thing on the ceiling. You say, "The fuck is that? A giant bat?"

But then it clicks and you say, "Oh wait... That's Barnaby!" You see him suddenly stretch his neck down close to you and his face is right in front of yours. You say, "Umm..." He opens his eyes and he shows that grin saying, "That's right!" You stand there as you look at this ghostly owl man. 

Billie grabs your hand and says, "Come on, (Y/N)! Let's get out of here!" You get one more glance at Barnaby's face and you run off with Billie. You go downstairs, down the hallway and straight for the exit. 

You can hear Barnaby yelling, "Now, where do you think you're both going?! The woman, especially!" You hear his laughter and it sounds more like a hoot. Hince him being an owl, but more deranged it seems.

You both make it out of the manor and you run down the steps. You run to the fence to climb back over to the side you came from. You get to the grave you came out of the ground from. You say, "The hell was that all about? He just... looked at me." Billie says, "At least he didn't try to kill you." You say, "Right?" 

Right inside and upstairs, Barnaby is looking out the window at where you and Billie ran off to. He grins and he chuckles. He says, "Ooh, joy! She looked right at me! Hoo hoo!" He sighs and says, "She'll be back. I know it. Something tells this ghostly owl that she will come back. Not to be killed... I have something else in mind for that one." He steps back after he sees you and Billie leave his part of the world.
