A one-shot if murtasim somehow reached to her delivery time and he would be with her episode 54

" khala aap phone pe mujhe batati rehna main dekhta hoon.." Saying this he Ran outside the clinic

Farukh thinks to call murtasim , he really can't hide more about his baby to him whether meerab will forgive him or not he has to do it, the matter is out of his hands now a gold chain will not be able to give him 1.5 lakhs and after that too they would keep meerab in hospital she needs her family now . He recalled how he gave his number while going if he received any news of meerab to inform him he had to do this now

Murtasim on other side comes in law to meet his chacha sahab having the fruits as he sat their with swollen eyes and less weighted look his chacha also like him lost himself after his daughter departure they missed her , but the work he cannot leave to anyone his mother is aged now she should not do this work and who will do the work . With a defeated look he opens his coat button while placing them behind the chair he sat beside him to pat his back

" kuch Pata chala uska .. " He asked slowly and he hesitantly nods his head closing his eyes though he couldn't himself find her he made sure that every news should be informed to him about her missing operation as they find her. 
" kab milegi vo., murtasim 7 Mahine hogaye meri beti ko ..itna bhi nhi kar paaye tum.." He said bitterly as he refused to look onto his face and murtasim body stiff listening him the denial of everytime as they goes to find her made a big impact on his respect and pride but he care less all he cares that his wife should be found and he will forget all things his meerab should be with him. He could not say anything in back to his chacha sahab as he knew he was right being a feudal lord with so  many connection and a big business tycoon all he could do to sit with his hands locked and his wife is missing did she vanish in air or the Land eat her what happen why she could not be found these questions maddened him every night

And he had to stand next morning so he could do work for them and slept while searching himself in the deep darkness of their room , his thoughts broke listening the phone ring the unknown number made him frown he is no mood to get disturb now but a uncertainty in his heart after sometime he took the call

" hello khan sahab., main farukh bol raha hoon vo rickshawala jo Saba ke ghar aaya tha aap jaldi Karachi aajaye meerab ko dard shuru ho gaye vo maa banne wali hai lekin usse bare aspatal main daakhil karna hai .."

Murtasim eyes widened and he jolted up from his seat making his chacha sahab startled
" meerab kaha hai.., dard delivery kya bol rahe ho hosh main ho tum.." He shouted On the call

" main sach bol raha hoon aap aajaye uski halat kharab hai doctor sahiba ne kaha hai agr jyaada der hui to unn dono ko kuch hojayega.."

He ran to the car asking bakhtu to drove hjm to Karachi as soon as possible
" address bhejo mujhe clinic ka main ambulance bhejta hoon aur itne main aau meerab theek rehni chahiye..." He don't know when his chacha sahab sat beisde bakhtu and what happened all he after receiving the address called to the best doctor of Karachi and asked to send the ambulance on the particular address while his mind turned blank

His meerab is delivering their child,  she is pregnant and why didn't she inform him what happened suddenly the questions from his chacha sahab he couldn't answer all he wants to reach to her as soon as possible

" murtasim bolo to meerab kaha hqi kiska call tha aur hospital gynac kya keh raha hai..."

" meerab maa banne wali hai..." He whispered and the environment turned silent while he rubbed his hands together as he sees the time again and again . Receiving the news that they reached to the hospital his heartbeat quickens as he listen her cries on phone as farukh informed him about they had checking her there. He closed his eyes letting tear fall and after half hour more they reached to the hospital directly.  He ran fastly and he don't know how come his mother too ran behind him who informed her maybe his chacha sahab . He ran to the emergency room where he sees that man and an old lady . But he could not see anyone

" meerab ke husband kon hai.." the doctor asked and he ran to her
" jee mai hoon .., kaisi hai meerab sab theek haina.."

" ji khan sahab aap., vo meerab ki pre mature delivery hogi contraction start ho gaye but we have to go through  c section only kaafi critical case hai sorry to say lekin maa ya baacha kissi ek ko hi bacha payenge ..."

The words made him maddened before he could say anything he listens the gasps from behind his mother cried and shook her head

" aap meerab ko bachaye., agr Allah ne chaha to aulaad bhi bach jayegi.." His mother said from behind and he nods his head while his heart wants to see her as nurse asked for his signature his hands shaken the man whose hands didn't shake while taking someone life are shaking to loose his world in front of him no his God can't be this cruel that he will snatch his love like this his meerab and their child whom he knew just before sometime he cannot

He ran to the room where she is there as contraction hit her and while her eyes move to the gate she cried more he ran to her as he took hold of her hand

" meerab ., shh relax main hoo yahi pe main aagaya hoon sab theek hoga..relax.." He wiped the sweat from her forehead and asked her to take deep breathe while she cried his name making him shake in pain more

" murtasim..." she shouted in pain as a contraction hit her and her grip on his hand tighten and he caress her face and sees her bump with longing eyes he wants both of them how can he handle the loss of his child and he could not live without his meerab also maybe he is seeing that sight last time as he softly rubs his hand on her bump to feel his baby his eyes drops tears and he looks scared as she closed her eyes suddenly . He goes to her again and pats her cheeks

" ji humne inko anesthesia diya hai ., ghabraye nhi we could not delay more .." the nurse informed him and he nods his head slowly as he gazed to her

" khan aap please bahar jaaye humne operation bhi start karna hai please.
'  he reluctantly left her hand
" we assure you hum dono ko bachane ki poori koshish karenge please.." He feels sigh of relief and left the room while kissing her forehead slowly

While he drops on the seat outside as his chacha came to him while patting his shoulder " hosala rakho murtasim meerab aur tumhari aulaad dono theek honge .."

He cries and shook his head for the first time he broke down in front all not caring about anyone what they will feel or what right he had he only cared for his wife safety and his child " main nhi reh paunga uske bina chacha sahab main nhi reh paunga uske bina main nhi jee paunga ..."

His mother sat beside as he puts his head on her shoulder and she pats his head " hosala rakho mere bete ., meerab aur tumhara baacha dono sahi Salamat wapas aayenge dekhna Allah khair karega main jaanti hoo meerab Kitni jaroori hai Allah reham farmayega.."

His head feels heavy why she didn't inform him about his baby arrival this betrayness from her and all this but he lost he wants her near him the pain look of her in the room he wants his meerab back to him the same strong fierce meerab back who fought with him who slapped him when she thinks he betray her the same meerab back . He looks towards farukh and slowly stand from his seat

' tumhara bohot bohot shukriya meri biwi ko mehfooz rakhne ke liye mujhpe bohot bada ehsaan kiya hai tumne farukh.." He said in a hoarse voice before he could ask anything farukh himself starts to narrate all the ongoing of past months

" meerab nhi chahti thi aapke pass aana., jiss din vo ghar se nikli thi vo mujhe Karachi ki bus main mili waha se vo ek hotel main gyi waha police ki raid padi par ache ghar ki ladki samajhke main apne khala ke ghar le gaya usne kaha uska koi nhi hai uss duniya main to humne usse apne ghar panah di par jab aap aaye hum dar gaye the aur meerab ne ..." He narrated all things how she refused them to inform him and she don't want to contact him but at the end the whole time though they tries to take care of her but she ends up taking more stress and moreover the care she didn't get and atlast she started to get in seventh month only

He took the support of the wall beside him as he listens he is wrong in thinking that she ran away with rohail and he thinks so low of her when she is struggling to bring their child in world he wants to kill himself at that moment, due to his own shortcomings and mistakes and mistrust he lose all moments of that beautiful phase his meerab struggle with their child what's the use of this big land and empire he built when his wife and child suffered this much for what he had been working. He didn't want to accept somewhere that he is the sole reason for  their separation that's why he didn't even punish haya what her problem she is just a member of their family but he gave her upper hand and that's why to not let guilt formed in him he blamed meerab but now when he looked towards the operation theater he just wants to pray God that he will take his life in exchange of their lives they don't deserve this .

" bakhtu aap logo ka dhyaan dekhenge  mana mat kijiyega , meri biwi ki iss halat main itni madat ki aapne mera farz aap logo ka dhyaan rakhna .., aap log please jaake aaram kare..." He respectfully acknowledge their gratitude and asked bakhtu to take care of them while farukh gives him a respectful Salam. 

" murtasim kya Hua tha tumhare aur uske beech aisa jo usne tumhari aulaad tak ko tumhare se door rakhka chaha.." maa begum asked him while making him look in her eyes while for the first time he cannot match his mother eyes. He is ashamed of himself to think that she betray him while he is betraying her while keeping haya in that house where she belongs where she is the queen and she had to live due to her ., he get a clear picture now that something had surely happened after he had gone that night he cursed himself to leave her after that and let her feel like this ., carelessness bought them where

" maa dua kijiye vo dono theek rahe., kyunki agr usse kuch bhi hogaya to aapka beta bhi jee nhi payega..." He said softly while holding her hands and goes away from there to see the formalities he could not answer them what will he answer that he had mistrust his wife and character ashamed her when she is actually nurturing their child in her womb with this difficulty where he can eat whatever he wants and sometime throws it , don't know she will get enough and medications these all made him punch the wall blood comes out but he didnt care all he cares about how his wife is struggling inside and how their child life is in danger.

' Khuda reham farma ..,unki hifazat kar..." He whispered in prayer and goes to the operation theater with slow steps as the light turns green and he inhale a deep breathe. His heart pray for good news only he can take his life but please save both of them. As he reached a small shrill cry is listen and he take a Sharp breathe where maa begum cried happily and his chacha sahab prayed in gratitude. A small life wrapped in a white cloth in nurse cried and his heart sank he could not create such a small and pure life he didn't have any softness in him but his meerab can and she created their baby . Tears rolled down from his eye and lips murmured some Quran recites in gratitude .

" Mubarak ho beti hui hai..." the loud happy cheers listens And he desperately wished now to listens his wife health

" meerab..meri biwi.." He whispered with scared expression and she gave a nod happily and he exhale a breathe from when he is holding., with slow steps he comes towards and maa begum urged him to take his daughter the words feels foreign to him and when he softly took her as he is scared to hold her but as his mother pats his arms he took her softly and she stops crying as she senses his father touch., his throat went dry when he watch the angelic face of his daughter she is indeed meerab's daughter. The same soft expression the beautiful doe eyes and he gave a big smile to his mother and uncle he could not leave her face as he coed her softly his daughter his child his first child ...

" meri beti..." He whispered and kissed her forehead lightly while his mother urged him to give to her but before he could give his daughter hels his finger in her small hand and he sees her adorably how much cute she can be while they all chuckled softly
" Marshallah bilkul meerab pe gyi hai., vo bhi aisi hi thi baap ka haath nhi chod rahi hai tumhari beti tumpe jayegi murtasim.." His mother laughed with his chacha and he smiled he became a father today because of his meerab because she trusted him enough and when his daughter held his finger today he promised them that he will create hell If any scratch would lay on them. His daughter and his wife will be his only priority and he will now let show all his enemies what is actually khan murtasim khan is due to them his daughter and his wife had to suffer and now they all will face hell. His eyes burned is revenge but as he sees his daughter they soften and he now desperately wants to see his wife and share their private moment of this beautiful phase though he missed all things but he don't want to miss any moment from now on and this will be really special to him .

They informed them about her shifting to other ward and they nodded while his little cutiepie plays in his chacha and his mother arms while he smiled at them. After filling all the forms and taking care of all the documents he goes to them as after sometime they inform about her getting conscious and taking his daughter in his arms he goes to see her whom nurse helped to sit softly to feed the baby now . As she sees him she cried as she sees the small face peeking out from his arms and their eyes met to see her in adoration. He goes near her and drops a kiss on her forehead

' beti hui hai..." He whispered and she cried happily while he gave her in his arms he hold her from behind and gazed his world admiringly. This is their moment and he peacefully lived in it ..
