*Rin's POV*

I kept running till I was out of breath. My eyes stung with tears threatening to spill. I looked around. Where's Ian?! He was right behind me! No no no no! What do I do?! I have to find them! But should I turn on the last generator first? I think I'll do that. It's close by and then we can run to the elevator right away. I take a deep breath and jog towards the room with the final generator. Only the door was shut. Must have been a draft that blew and shut the door. I slowly turn the knob and opened the door. The generator sat in the back of the dark empty room. I smile and walk over and turn it on. It whirred as it turned on and the whir turned to a gentle hum. Now to find Mia and Ian so we can stop slender and save my brother... Rose... Mom... I'm sorry... The back of my eyes burn as tears prick them but I blink them away.

No... This is not the time to apologize, now is the time to fix my mistakes. I stand up.

Suddenly the door slammed behind me. I jump and turn around, the door is shut, and my heart skips a beat as I see who's standing in my way.

*Mia's POV* (A/N: this will be a bit if a cuter chapter 😉)

I blink awake to a dark room. My head is pounding like a bad migraine. I remember Rin telling us to run as he and Ian sprinted down a hallway. But something hit me in the head and I can't remember anything after that. I feel around to find my flashlight. It rolled a couple feet away but I eventually found it and turned it on. It's a small dark room that looked like a room you'd find in a dungeon. Chains hanging on the walks and across the room was a table filled with bloody tools. Goosebumps crawled up my arms and I gulped. I need to get out of here. I shakily stand up and take a step with my left foot. As I put pressure on it a sharp pain shoots up my leg like someone hit my ankle with a sledge hammer. I collapse and sit back down. Damn it...

I heard a loud creek of a door opening to my right and I saw the shadow of Ren dropping another shadow on the ground walked out followed by an ear piercing shriek. I crawled over to the shadow and shined my flashlight on them. It was Ian!

"Ian?! Ian?" I gently shake his shoulder.

He doesn't move so I check his pulse. It's still there thank goodness. He's got some bruises around his neck. Did someone try to choke him? I gently shake his shoulder again and he let's out a moan and coughs. He opens his eyes and sits up.

"Ian!" I cry and hug him. I was glad to see him. Its scarier when your alone but with someone by my side it's easier to be less scared.

"Mia?! Your ok!" He replied and hugged back.

I smiled and leaned back careful not to put pressure on my ankle. Running was going to be an issue...

Ian noticed my ankle and how swollen it was.

"Mia what happened to your ankle?" He asked concerned.

"I don't know, but it really hurts..." I whisper.

"Hmmm. Here let me see."

I carefully shift so he can see my ankle.

"I'm gonna take your show off ok? So I can help you wrap it." He said.

I give a small nod and bite my cheeks. This is gonna hurt. I already know it. Ian very carefully and gently unties my sneaker and loosens it so it doesn't hurt as much as I thought when he took it off.

"Ok now can you flex anything?" Ian asked gently feeling my ankle.

I hesitated and flexed my toes a little bit but I whimpered. It hurt really bad...

"That hurt didn't it... Sorry... Ok, well it's not broken if you can flex your toes so it's either badly sprained or fractured. Stay here, I'm gonna find something to wrap it up with." Ian said standing up and walked around.

A few moments later he came back with some wrap and tape and carefully started wrapping my ankle.

"This should help, but don't push yourself if it still hurts." He tells me.

I nod. "Thank you, Ian."

He smiles and stands up. "Now to find Rin and get out of here. Rest your ankle for now, but may I borrow your flashlight? I dropped mine."

I nod. "But wait a second..."

Ian cocks his head. "What's up?" He bends down by me.

I grab my flash light and hand it to him while giving him a kiss on the cheek. He looks shocked but I see his cheeks turn a bright shade of red. He gives me a smile and walks over to the door. I lean back against the wall. My ankle feels better but it still hurts. Hopefully if I fall asleep it'll go away... I lean back and drift off to sleep.

It's gonna be called 'cousin to bro' a SkydoesMinecraft and friends fan fic because I wanna write something cute! So a brief description: two little five year olds Will and Jem (if you know where I got these names from you are amazing!) run away from an orphanage because they're going to be sent to different orphanages. SkydoesMinecraft is their cousin but he doesn't know that because they were sent to the orphanage at a very young age. When Adam is having a party for hitting ten million subs Jason shows up late with the two boys who are all over the news. Will Adam give the boys back or will he take the risk to keep them together and learn about their relation?
