I actually planned this in advance so this would be really easy to write. I'm not gonna lie, I kinda enjoyed thinking of it, writing it, and finalizing it. Shout out to all Dark Pit lovers out there!

Once upon a time...

In a house lived...

"(Y/n)!"

"Coming!"

You rushed up stairs to your step sister's room "Yes Phosphera? You asked "where on earth are my diamond earrings?!? The blue ones!" She screeched in your ear, you winced "I think I saw Pandora wearing them..." You trailed off, Phosphera pushed you aside and stormed (get it?) downstairs leaving you to clean up her messy room.
After cleaning Phosphera's room you were called once more "(y/n)!" Shrieked an even louder voice, you ran towards the voice "yes Pandora?" You asked wiping the sweat off your brow "where the heck are my purple heels?!? The ones with the diamond heart!"
"I-I saw Phosphera wearing them but-" again you were pushed aside and left to clean Pandora's room.
You sighed as you folded and put away Pandora's clothing and cleaned up her room by the time you were done your step mother called for you "(y/n)" you rushed to your step mother who was sitting on the couch petting her pet snake that was curled around her neck "y-yes?" You asked nervously glancing at the snake which hissed at you in return "we will be leaving for the market for a little shopping trip–" in your mind you were thinking 'by 'a little shopping trip' you mean your going to buy whatever's displayed' but kept your mouth shut.
"– and I want you to look after the house by the time we come back I want this house to be spotless" you nodded and she shooed you away.
When they left you danced in happiness, finally! No more naggy sisters to bother you! You hummed as you mopped the floor and played with the bubbles, staring at your own reflection and singing then the doorbell interrupted your fun time. You sighed and removed the brushes from your feet (has anyone tried it yet? Strapping cleaning brushes to your feet and skating around the bathroom with them? I did XD it was fuuuun! Okay I'll stop now...)
You opened the door to see a royal messenger holding a letter "the king invites your family to the royal ball, the rest of the information is in the letter, see ya" then left. You opened the letter and read it "hmmm a royal ball–oops! Better get back to cleaning" you left the letter on your step mother's table and continued cleaning.
The house was pretty much spotless when they returned. Your sisters tossed you their bags of clothes and told you put them in their wardrobe you nodded and turned to your step mother "there's a letter for you on the desk" then you left to keep the clothing.
You pretended to re-clean the windows while listening to their whole conversation.
"A royal ball to choose the prince's bride! Brilliant! And it's tomorrow night!"
"Mother? so we get to go?"
"Of course! Both of you must charm the prince so that one of you will become the queen! We will become royalty!"
"Ooooh! Awesome!"
"I heard that the prince is pretty hot too"
"Royalty, a hot prince, and luxury for life sounds like a perfect package!"
"Oh shut up Pandora obviously your not going to become queen! It's me! I have true potential!"
"Your the one to talk Phosphera!"
Then came along a fight full of hair pulling, slapping and scratching. You decided that it was best to leave.

So next part is the royal ball! Okay for those who don't know who Phosphera and Pandora is I recommend you do research. Type in the comments who the step mother is! If you know who she is, you could guess but you guys are smart, I'm sure you know.
