Squiddy floated over to his parents, Rainbow and another blue dolphin named Jay. They hugged him while thanking Doctor Abyss for delivering him.

"Thank you Doctor for helping me deliver a perfectly healthy baby!" Rainbow cheered, swinging Squiddy into the air. Squiddy squealed with excitement. 

"No problem!" the whale grinned and patted Squiddy on the head. "Bye, little one!"

"Bye! Thank you!" Squiddy cheered, high-5ing him.

Then they left the hospital. They drifted towards their home(AKA Wilddragon's Token), passing the city of Octopi below. Squiddy felt free. Suddenly he spotted something. "Momma, what is that?" he gestured to the building that was currently being built. 

"Octo National Arena." Rainbow read from the sign that some workers were hanging up. "Oh, my lovely Octo. They are building an arena just for Octos to compete in!"

"Compete? Really? Like, actually fight?" Squiddy stared at her with shock.

"Well, I don't know. But I bet the government ordered it." Jay shrugged.

"Wha... Momma, what is that in your hand?"

"Oh, my little Octo. I decided to sign you up for school! Yes, the new Citizen School." she pointed down at another building being built. 

"Momma, what is school like?"

"You get to learn more stuff and make new friends!" Rainbow laughed. 

"Okay, Momma, can I do the test now?"

In answer, Rainbow gave him a pale blue thick waxy scroll and a pencil with an eraser. 

Squiddy opened the scroll. He read all the questions. The questions ranged from Pre-school to 12th grade. "Wow! Momma, Daddy, these questions are sooooooo easy!" he scribbled down all the answers in a flash. He understood all of the questions and 5 minutes later-BAM! He was done. "Momma, done!" he shoved the scroll in his mom's hands.

"Wh-what? So fast?" Rainbow peeked at the answers, and her eyes nearly bulged out. "Oh my god..." she murmured. "I have to turn this in right away!"

"Oh, we're back!" Jay shouted at a black-haired girl with a green t-shirt and pants. Even her shoes and socks were mint green. Leaves and tree branches decorated her clothes. The most weird thing was, she had horns sprouting out of her head, and the same wings that Squiddy had saw earlier: The Dragon God's(AKA Wilddragon's) rainbow wings. She had a long curly green tail, which had the same scales of the Dragon God. 

"Oh, hello, Jay, Rainbow and Squiddy!" Wilddragon turned around, revealing jade green eyes.  She waved. "Oh, I guess that now you are going to go home now." she raised up her arm, revealing her bracelet. The jade dragon glinted. 

"Yeah! Bye, Wilddragon!" Rainbow and Jay laughed as Wilddragon summoned them back in. They swirled through the Rainbow Vortex and landed on the pile of pillows. 

"Ivory!" Squiddy exclaimed as he saw the Chinese dragon drift over. 

"Hello again!" Ivory grinned. "Squiddy, let's see the Sunrise Hue suite! There are a lot of Sunrise Hues here!" she led them to the main hall, turned right, and turned left. There was a big door with some golden words on it: Sunrise Hue. Ivory pushed open the door, and then immediately about 7 other Animalcolms rushed forwards, enveloping them and yelling, "Welcome to the Sunrise Hue family, Squiddy!" it seemed like Ivory told them about him. 

Rainbow hurried over to a machine on the wall, and slitted the scroll inside. She typed something on a keyboard, and then there was a low humming sound, as the scroll disappeared. 

They gave him many toys and treats, and wiggled his tentacles. He laughed. "Squiddy squid!"

Squiddy got to know them: Ivory, Rainbow, Jay, Sunset, Yellowfin, New Wave, Solar, Emperor, Pretzle, and Leona. Sunset was an average pink dolphin, Yellowfin was a tiny yellow dolphin, New wave was like Sunset, but pale blue, Solar was like Ivory, but larger and yellow-orange, Emperor was an emperor penguin, Pretzle was a turtle and Leona was a watercat. Leona was the one that caught Squiddy's attention. She was blue all over, with green spots all over her. Her eyes and ears glittered forest green. 

"Hello family!" Squiddy cheered loudly and all of the Sunrise Hues laughed along. 

Then Rainbow rushed over holding a paper scroll. "SQUIDDY! GOOD NEWS! You've answered ALL OF THE QUESTIONS CORRECT, INCLUDING 12TH GRADE QUESTIONS! You've been put in 12th Grade, with a bunch of older Octos!"

Everyone clapped and whooped. 

"Oh, and tomorrow, you have to go to school! We have to go shopping right away! Luckily, there is a Get-Anything-You-Want shop in Wilddragon's Token! Let's go!"
