(Erica p.o.v.)

After yesterdays long day I woke up and the first thing that popped into my head was 'It's my birthday and this day will make it so then Ben remembers me fully agian.

I hopped out of my bed and got dressed.

I went to my moms room where both Vivian and Ben slept in and opened the door.

"Hey" I whispered because I saw Ben still sleeping.

"Hi Erica" Both mom and Vivian whispered.

"Happy Birthday" They said.

"Oh thanks" I said. I am not a big fan of my birthday. Then I am the center of attention but today I wanted to happen. There is a high chance Ben will remember everything again.

"How long do you think he will be sleeping for" Mom asked Vivian.

"I can wake him up if you want" Vivian replied.

"No. Don't wake him up.  I want him to get sleep" I said.

They both nodded. We went to see the others and Mike and Jawa and Chip were singing Erica and Ben sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G. First comes love. Then comes marriage. Then comes a baby in a baby carriage. That's not all. That's not all what about the baby drinking alcohol. I smacked them all.

Athours Note. That is the song phrase I grew up with. I know there are different verisons.

Zoe then came and said" well that is true"

"But we've been together for a while. Why haven't the guys song that until now." I asked

"Well, we know Ben will probaly bet his memory back today and since it's your birthday they wanted to annoye you. They are boys. We shouldn't expect much from them" Zoe replied.

I laughed. Yep they are just boys.

"Hey" I heard someone say. The one person who I really wanted to hear from...Ben.

"Hi" I said. He was smiling. His usual smile. 

He walked over to me and hugged me.

"What for" I asked him.

"For being you" He said. 

All I was thinking was does he remember me.

"Ok. Ben do you want to make pancakes" Vivian asked him.

"Sure" He said.

"Wait, before that let's have Erica open some of her presents" Mom said. I gave her a face.

She walked next to me and said" this should make him remember about the presents 

he got you. He brought them with us on the mission"

I nodded in understandment. 

We all sat down.

"Ok I will go first" grandpa said.

Grandpa handed me my gift. I opened it and it was a long distanced gun that had everything to unlock anything and any bombs in it.

"Thank you grandpa" I said.

"Now, my turn" Mom said.

I opened it and it was a big box of chinese throwing starts.

"Thanks" I said.

I always get bored of this.

Vivian then had me open her gift.

It was a whole large pitcure frame with so many of me and Ben's adventures in the past. I said thanks and then looked at Ben.

He was wide eyed.

He was frozen and only his eyes were moving. I was freaked out.

"Ben. BEn. BEN. BEN!!!" I screamed.

He still sat there frozen except his eyes. Everyone else was just watching thinking what I was thinking what is wrong.

"Someone has to fix this" I said

I was scared for him. What was going on.

"Let's call the doctor." Rikkie said. We all agreed.

I pulled out my phone and dialed her number.

"Hi, this is Amy.  What can I do to help you" Amy asked.

"Um...Amy hi. It's me Erica." I said.

"Oh...Erica I heard your birthday is today. Happy birthday. Also has Ben gained his memory." she asked.

"Well...that is why we called you" I said.

"Ok. What is wrong" Amy

"Well we were trying to refresh his memory by opening gifts because they told me that he got me something so we wanted to see if gift giving what make him remember the things he forgot. So the others gave me gifts. Then I looked to the side of me and he was frozen. Nothing moving but his eyes. We didn't know what to do so we called you to ask do you know how to fix this or what is going on" I asked

"Can I come over. I need to see this and I would tell you instructions but thing is it is sort of hard to do over the phone." She said.

"Yeah sure. Bye. We are at the hotel that you already knew we where" I said.

"Bye be there in 5 min" She said.

I hung up.

"Well we just have to wait for her now" I said.

I just sat there for 5 minutes strait thinking what is wrong with Ben while just staring at him until there was a knock on the door.

"Guys. Let Amy in" I said.

Sue and Mike let Amy in.

"Where is he" She asked them. Both of them pointed towards the coach where both of us were sitting.

"Erica. Hi. Do you know what tempter he is." Amy asked.

"No. I haven't checked" I said.

Amy came over and took his tempter with the thermometer that she had. It kept racing up and up and up. It was going so fast like Ben's mind was in a race. It finally slowed down. But to far down. 

For a good hour or so the thermometer kept going up and down with his temperate.  

"What's going on Amy. Tell me" I said.

"First, we need to get him into somewhere where he knows he is safe and with only 1 person that he feels very safe with. The others can't watch. I will explain later. Who is it going to be and get somewhere where he knows of and knows he is safe." She stated. " The rest of us will follow but we can't be within eye sight of him. Come on get moving fast. We don't have much time." 

Everyone then pointed at me. 

"Fine" I said.

I carried Ben to the nearest place that I knew he knew and he found safe. I took him to the tunnel then up the stairs then all the way up to the top of the Washington Monument.  

" Wait, how does Erica know that way. It seems super secretive." Amy asked. Well unless if we wanted to get bombed with lots of people then this was the safest way. I thought to myself but we will tell her later.

We ignored her question and just kept moving up the stairs. The others that didn't know about this rout besides Amy didn't care because they knew that it is fine because I am leading them and the figured that this was just one of those Hale secret path ways.

"OK. Stay back here" I said to them.

"Erica don't expect him to know even where he is for 5 minutes and try to keep him up there until the 6 minutes end just to be on the safe side."

I went farther up and sat him on the ground and I sat down next to him. I remember, this is the first time I really opened up to Ben. This is when he first heard me laugh and this is when he and I felt a connection but then it was ruinned because I told him don't mention anything about that night and that we had to go.

I saw him start to move.

He opened his eyes.

He started squirming around. 

"Where am I" He asked. "Where AM I" "WHERE AM I" He started screaming.

I threw my hand over his mouth and responded" You are ok. Your safe" 

He kept screaming where am I but the others wouldn't really be able to hear him because both of my hands were over his mouth trying to block the screaming. I kept repeating your ok.

He finally started to relax. I checked my watch.

"Oh crap this watch is broken" I mumbled.

"Yes. yes it is but we have been up here for 10 minutes now so Erica let's go." He said while getting up and sticking his hand out for me to take it.

"You. You are ok" I said.

He nodded his head. I took his hand and he pulled me up. I hugged him. " I am so glad you are ok. I was super worried."

Ben rubbed my back and whispered" I would always come back just for you"

"Come one"

We ran down the stairs hand in hand.

"Guys guess what. We have our Ben back" I heard Mr. R say.

That got the rest of the groups attention and they all started running towards him.

They gave a big group hug and Amy just stood back there.

"Come on Amy. I know you are a big fan of me and Erica. You should come join the group hug. I know that you were also my doctor and was the one to tell her what to do." Ben said pointing to me "I am surprised she even payed attention and followed your directions. She is known for breaking them"

I punched him in the gut and he wheezed and said" Ok. But I enjoy when you break the rules. And thank you" 

"That is more like it" I said.

Amy joined the big group hug. We all released him thinking that we would over bored his mind.

"I could still remember what happened when I forgot somethings." Ben said." So, I remembered you were my doctor" Ben was telling Amy.

" Come on let's go" He said. He took my hand and we started walking then he asked me" Do we want scare them" I nodded my head.

He screamed back to the rest of the group" Erica and I are going a different direction. We are stopping for salads." 

" Ok Just be careful" Vivian screamed from where the rest of them were.

Ben gave me a piggy back ride and ran to get us salads.

"We can eat these later. We both already have black on. We shut all of the lights off. We tie one of us to a chair and make sure they have no weapons. The other one hides. When the come in one of us will be strapped to a chair with so many types of rope and they will also have a gag in there mouth. Then after when the other person thinks so they will attack." He explaind.

I agreed.

I was the one who was stuck on the chair.

The others opened the door and saw me.

"What happened" Cyrus asked.

"They were here when me and Ben came in and there was to many. They tied me and did something with Ben" I said.

Some of them came to untie me.

"Where is Ben" mom asked.

" I don't know." I said.

The lights flickered. This part wasn't suppose to happen. I had no idea what to do because Ben never told me about this part.

" I am right here" He said with a gun pointed at them. They all screamed same as me because I needed to act scared.

"Put your hands up in the air" Ben said. We all did. "Now drop your weapons. Mom, Catherine, Mr. R, Grandpa, Cyrus and Olivia and Sue, I am talking about all of the weapons. I am talking about the guns in you shoes. The hair clips in your hair. The knifes from your legs. All of you drop your weapons Now. Amy just stand there. You can be our first victim" 

We all dropped our weapons and hidden things. There was a giant pile of weapons. 

"Also drop your phones. Including Amy" Ben said we dropped all of them

"Erica and Cyrus also take of your shoes with the bomb puddy in them" Ben also said. We took off our shoes.

This was not part of the plan but I could tell Ben wanted to laugh so everything was ok. My question was how did he know. No one. I mean no one knew about the bomb puddy in our shoes.

"OK. Now I told all of you guys to do that because you guys are now defenseless and Cyrus take off your ring" Ben said.

Cyrus took of his ring.

"Same for the rest of you" The parents all dropped their rings.

"Ok now I am satisficed. " Ben was saying. Wow how did Ben know all of this stuff. Half of it was secret and the rings the parents had were all real rings they had nothing in them.

"Actually Erica. You are wrong. Their rings were mini phones and lazers." Ben said." Now let me get to the point. Spyder told me they would be taking a trip here. I knew it. They let me free but only if I did this."

He took me and Amy's arms and dragged us towards him.. He had a gun in both  hands. Amy was scared to death. The others were also scared. They were really scared. They were also worried that Ben was going to shoot an innocent person. 

"Spyder told me to tell all of you...

Me and Erica tricked all of you. Ha you all fell for it" Ben said.

He released Amy and me.

"Sorry Amy you and Erica were just the two closets people to me. Also Amy I would never hurt someone I didn't need to" Ben told Amy.

Her face relaxed.

"Nice job dude" Most of them told Ben.

"Ben how did you know about the bomb in me and Cyrus's shows and how did you know about the rings. I didn't even know about the rings." I asked him. Everyone then turned their attention to him wanting to know the same answer.

"I'm a spy. It's my job to know things" He replied.

I punched him in his arm.

He clutched his arm and said" Fine. When I was building lots of things for Spyder and the CIA and you I learned how to tell what kind of devices and things are in or on someone's belongings and you can tell if there is a lazzer on something because it has a tiny hole and you can tell if it is a mini phone because it has a tiny tiny tiny tiny tiny turn on button and you can tell if something is voiced activated if there is no button or something like that. The other secrets can be for later but I am the only to know all of this." 

"Smart guy" Cyrus said.

"Thank you. Now Erica open your gifts" Ben said.

We all sat down agian.

He gave me a tiny box.

Athours note. FYI the first gift Erica gets from Ben I got the idea from a show.

I opened it and it was a tiny ring.

"Erica, I know we are to young to marry each other. So this is a promise ring. Even through all the ups and downs there are going to have to be. Even if we have to act like we don't like each other for the sake of the mission. Even when we are far away. I promise that we will still be together. This is a promise ring. Also this ring is better then theirs" Ben said pointing to the adults.

"It has a lazer. Phone thing. Bomb. Poisin" Ben said.

"Thank you. I do feel as strong about us as much as you do. I love you" I said.

We kissed.

"Ewwww" Mike and Jawa and Chip said.

"Here there is more." Ben said.

He gave me another box. 

"I knew your watch was broken" Ben said after I opened it.

The watch worked and it also had bombing stuff in it wires, a dagger and poisions in it.

"Wow. Thank you. I don't even know how you fit all of this stuff in and still have a working watch" I said.

"Uh no there is more. Come" He said. "The rest of you sit and tell Amy who we actually are. I trust her" 

He took my hand and brought me into his room.

"Yeah. Ben" I said.

"Here" He said. He handed me 2 pets. A kitten and a dog. So nice of him.

"So nice of you. Thank you." I said.

"Here is another reward" He said. He took the kitten and dog out of my hands.

He pulled me onto the bed and started tackling me with tickles and kisses. We did that for a good few minutes.

"Thank you Ben." I said.

"So what are you going to name your dog and cat" He asked.

"The dog can be Ben just after you. The cat can be snuggles" I decided.

"Nice" He replied.

He took the dog and I took the cat and we both walked out to the room everyone was in..

"Wait. So Erica and Ben are famous spy's. Oh my gosh they are famous everywhere aren't they. Also so Erica is the more physical 1 while Ben is the more mental one." Amy was saying.

"Not until now." Ben said. "I am now good at both mental stuff and physical stuff. I could beat Erica if I wanted to. I've done it before. I am sure I could do it again."

I punched him for the 3 time today already.

"So your saying it's on" Ben winked.

"Sure why not" I said.

"Ok. So this match will be best 3 out of 5. Contestants are you ready." Mike said.

We both nodded our heads.

Everyone moved around the room so then we didn't hurt them and me and Ben were in the middle ready to fight each other.

"Ready...set...GO!!!!" All of them yelled.

I tried to throw a punch on Ben but he took it and flipped me over. I took that to my advantage and then rolled into his legs to knock him down. It worked. I was about to stand up until he pulled me down.

"Now they both are on the floor. Is it possible that they both can get back up or is the other one going to be dragging them down" Mike asked. He wanted to act like an announcer. 

Ben got on top of me and was almost about to pin me down until I kicked him in the stomach flying up into the air.

The dog and cat were with Mom and Vivian watching and they just sat there really adorable. Ben took that to his advantage because I was staring at them. He ran over at me and pinned me down. 

"1...2...3...A...B...C... Ha I won that round" Ben said.

"Point 1 goes to Ben" Mike said.

Ben pulled his hand out for me to take. I took it and knocked him to the floor.

"Hey, the new round never even started" Ben said.

"Well now it did" I replied.

"I...2...3...A...B...C... Now look now I won that round" I said.

"But your going to let me win are you" Ben asked with a wink.

"We'll see" I said.

We kept having more rounds.

"Ben at 2 and Erica at 2. This is our tie breaker" Mike said.

The rest of them cheered for us.

"Erica. Erica. Erica." My family was saying as same as Chip and Jawa.

"Ben. Ben. Ben" His family said along with Zoe, Mike, Mr. R and Amy.

"Ha looks like I have more fans then you do" Ben was taunting. 

"What a boy" I muttered.

"I heard that" Ben said.

I threw him to the ground and pinned him.

"1..2...3...A...B..."I was saying until Ben rolled over and pinned me to the ground.

"1.2.3.A.B.C." He said quickly.

"Cheater" I said.

"Well I still beat you" Ben said.

"Ben won. His reward is Erica punching him 3 times. Erica Go" Mike said. 

"Ha. I have a better reward then you do" I said to Ben.

I punched him really hard. Hard enough to make him go to the ground.

"Oh yeah Erica. I have 1 more thing for you" Ben said. He got of the ground and punched me in the stomach.

"Nice one" I said.

"K. Erica what do you want for dinner" Mom asked.

"Salad" I said.

"Then I have the perfect thing for you" Ben said. He held out my favorite salad of all time.

"Wait. Where did you get that" I asked him.

"I am a Ben. What do you expect from me" Ben replied with a smirk.

"Hahaha. so funny" I said.

"Wait. What's up with the spy stuff. Can I be one" Amy asked. We all turned to face her. 

"Huh" Ben asked.

"Can I be a spy. Sorry to change the subject." Amy asked.

"Sorry. No can do. But, I am sure they could make it so then you are a doctor for the CIA and your cover up could be that you got a job as a doctor for the St. Smith's acadamy for boys and girls. Then when we go on other missions you can be the home base person we can trust" Ben replied.

"Uh...Ben you don't have the..." Cyrus was saying.

"Ok. Amy. There is your new job" Ben took his hand out for Amy to take. She took it.

"Oh yeah also Cyrus. You said I was a very smart kid. So, I think I can decided this one espically since I know more stuff then the all famous Cyrus Hale. I learned from all of the best people which was really good on my part" Ben said. 

"Well you think you are better then me" Cyrus asked.

"I have more math skills then you do. Erica and you both taught me how to fight and shoot and told me all the secrets. Joshua told me more combat secrets. I am more friendly then you are. I have been working on remembering all of the contrys and those things and I am the 1 who built all of these crazy cool devices that can become a thing in the spy world and most of all I was the 1 who earned both your and your granddaughter's trust and I just beat your Granddaughter in fighting and I was able to get your granddaughter to fall in love with me. So you want to prove me wrong."  Ben said to Cyrus.

"Oof" Lots of us said.

"Fine you are right aren't you" Cyrus said.

Huh. Cyrus just agreed with someone that Cyrus wasn't better then that person. That is so unlike him. Well at least he likes him.

"Ok. Let's stop. I am hungry" Chip.

"yeah... ok looks like we are going to be eating whatever we want becasue looks like Erica already has food" Mom said.

I took Ben's hand and dragged him all the way into the other room with my salad.

"Sit with me" I said.

"I have to go grab food first" Ben replied.

"Fine but go quick or else the others are going to take the TV and we won't be able to watch anything. Now go fast" I said.

Ben left then came back in 5 seconds.

"Serousily. It took you that long" I said.

"Nothing is ever good enough for the great Erica Hale. Is it" Ben said.

"Well. Your the only good enough thing for the great Erica Hale" I replied.

He sat down right next to me.

"This is such a good night" I said.

"I thought you always hated your birthday" Ben asked me.

"But, this year was different. I got my Ben back" I said to him.

Ben wrapped an arm around me and I snuggled closer to him.

"So, how did you get your chicken and pasta so fast" I asked him.

"Oh... my mom already started making it for me when we were still talking to Cyrus and those other things we did" Ben said.

"So that is how you got your food so fast"

"Well you got your food faster then I did"

"Sure" I said back to him.

"There coming what do we want to watch" Ben asked me.

"I want to watch them trying to find the remote" I replied" We are going to stay on this couch and not move. But they won't be expecting us hiding the remote because we are snuggleing. But if needed we will get up. The remote is hidden in our room then we make a run for it to our room so we can watch something because this is the only remote for all of the rooms we have" 

Ben nodded his head while the others were coming in.

"Were is the remote" Mike asked.

"I don't know" Zoe replied.

I layed my head on Ben's shoulder.

"Where is the remote" Jawa said as he was walking in.

" I don't know" Zoe said.

"Where is the remote" Chip said as he was walking in.

"I don't KNOW" Zoe said.

The adults came in at the same time and said" Where is the remote" together.

"I DON'T KNOW YOU DINGUSES. FOR THE LAST TIME I DON'T KNOW" Zoe screamed. Me and Ben chuckled at that.

They all turned towards us.

"You guys have it" Zoe said.

"Get up. Both of you" Sue and Olivia told us.

We both got up. Rikkie and Vivian patted me down while Catherine and Cyrus were patting Ben down. After a few minutes they said" Neither of them have it"

"Then lets start looking everywhere in this room. It has to be here" Mr. R said.

We all started looking and then Ben and I ran to our room. I locked the door. 

"Ok that was funny. Watching Zoe blow up and then them thinking we have it. And now we do" Ben said.

We both got on the bed.

"So. Now what do you actually want to watch" Ben asked me.

"I don't care. Wait how about 50 first dates. That is funny and good" I said.

Ben went to the DVD player and put the disc in. We started watching and then Ben pulled off his shirt.

I gave him a look.

"Because I am aloud to do that" Ben said. I just smiled. 

I layed my head on his chest and he wrapped his arms around me.

Then he whispered in my ear" do you wanna"

I sat up and gave him a look.

"Do you wanna do something fun" He asked.

"Oh. I know exactly what you are talking about. But what happens if it results in a baby. We aren't old enough to have kids. What if we do that and then oh good greif. What would happen. How would I do a mission. How would the rest feel. Also we are super young. Like I really do want to do it though" I said to him.

"Then lets just hope you don't end up pregnant." He said.

I nodded my head. The others were still outside looking for the remote.

Ben came back closer to me and pulled my shirt off. 

I was wearing a long sleve shirt for onuce.

He took my hand and flipped it to it's other side. Oh No he knows now.

"Erica why did you keep on cutting yourself" He asked.

" I was super worried for you" I replied.

"Erica no matter what. DO NOT DO THIS AGIAN" He said sternly." I can't believe I didn't notice this"

"Can we just procced" I asked

He said yes and gave a quick peck on the cheek.

I took my bra off and the rest of my clothes. Ben toook his clothes off to.

"Your sure you wanna do this. Like I mean we don't have to do this" He said.

"I want to do this" I said.

He started kissing me everywhere. Then he got on top of me and said" Your sure"

I replied with a yes.

He went for it.

It started bouncing me. He was pushing.

"Go faster. Go faster.. Go faster" I said.

Ben was pushing faster.

"Oh Ben." I said.

He was still going. It felt great. This was such a good experince.

His fingers were in my hair now.

He was still going.

"Faster. Faster" I said.

He went super fast. I felt real good. People said we were a good couple. Now we are going to have good kids.

He stopped.

I gave him another look.

"I will do it agian. I just want to give you a break. Tell me how it felt for you" He said.

"It felt real good. I mean that was such a great experience. How about you" I asked him.

"I felt great. I loved doing that. I also can't believe I got to have sex with Erica Hale." He smiled.

He picked me up and started moving his hands in different places. He also kissed my breast. He kept doing this for a while.

"You know you look hot" Ben said.

"Thanks honey" I replied.

He hugged me. A nice big warm hug.

He got back on top of me. 

He started pushing harder and faster. It was real good.  He started going deeper and deeper agian. I started moaning and loudly.

"You like it don't you" Ben asked me.

"Yes yes I do" I replied. 

He started sucking my butt and licking it.

I wrapped my arms around his neck. He got off of me and we switched.

He was now on the bottom and I was on top of him. I started going up and down. He kept on moaning.

"The cute boy." I whispered to him.

" You love me and I know that" He said.

"Same here" I said.

I sat on his lap and moved around between his legs. Rubbing myself all over him.

I stood up and shook my butt around at him. He just smiled. 

He picked me up and was making sure to touch all of my body parts that he could do. I kept on laughing.

We got back on the bed and he wouldn't stop kissing my breasts. I put a leg around his crotch. 

He went back on top of me. 

He went super fast. His crotch was dug into me. I was pleasuerd.

I moaned. Louder and Louder.

We switched so then I was on top agian.

"ERICA HALE get you clothes back on NOW!!!!" Mom said.

"BENJAMIN RIPLEY WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER" Vivian asked at Ben.

"Um...we just had a little sex" we both said.

"A little. Erica I heard you moaning from the living room" Mom said.

"Oops" Ben and I said" and we forgot to lock the door"

"Erica you are just 17 today. If you end up with a baby look at who would yell at you" Mom was saying.

"Ben you are just 15. We don't mind if you guys end up with a baby but the thing is that what about Cyrus. He is our only real problem" Mom said to Ben.

"Who cares what Cyrus thinks" Ben replied.

"True" I said.

"Fine. But, Erica if you get pregnant you tell us and only us until we give permission." Vivian said" Also don't take your clothes off for the rest of the night to have sex and give us the remote"

We said sure and we handed her the remote.

Zoe then came in.

"You guys have the remote. I was screaming at everyone because they thought that I had the remote when you guys did. Seiously" Zoe said.

Ben just smiled and nodded his head.

"Goodnight" Zoe said.

Me and Ben put are clothes back on and then snuggled with each other.  I fell fast asleep.

"Ughhhh" I screamed

"AHHHHHHHHH" I screamed agian.

I kept on screaming and Ben woke up and throw his hand over my mouth.

"What's wrong Erica" He asked. 

"I...Do...n't...kno...w" I said started to cry out of no where.

My stomach was just killing me. It hurt so bad.
