Jacie's POV

I checked the phone to see what time it was. 8:32 pm. I have less than 30 minutes to tell the guy where the coordinates lead to. The fate of the world is in my hands. If I do, then millions will die. It's a very hard decision to make. But, one sacrifice for the world is worth it.

Here are my options:

Option A: Tell him where the coordinates lead to, and join team SPYDER while the rest of the world suffers. ( Which really isn't an option.)

Option B: DON'T tell him where the coordinates lead to, and die. ( Not the best option, but it's worth it)

Option C: Don't tell him where the coordinates lead to, and pray that my friends make it here in time.

I chose option C. It was the only one with a positive outcome. If they make it here in time.

I sighed. I couldn't take the silence any longer.

" Hey Siri?" I asked aloud.
" Yes?" She replied.

" Play 'Ready to go' by Panic! At the disco." I said.

" Ok." She said.

The song came on. I listened to it and bobbed my head up and down. It was me Levi's favorite song. We listen to it all the time. I started singing the lyrics.

I cherished every moment of it. It was a lot better than sitting in silence and waiting to die. Mom started singing too.

We sang together. It was actually really fun. We sang until the song ended. I checked the time again. 8:36 pm. We still had a lot of time. I was about to play another song.

But, the loudspeakers came on.

" Bravo! Great performance. Man! You guys should get a Grammy Award for that." The guy on the loudspeakers said.

I sighed. " What do you want now?" I asked. I was already mad at him for capturing me and my mom. Now he just ruined our song.

" Nothing. Just letting you know that you only have 24 minutes left. Tick tock." He said. He laughed evilly, and then the speakers went off.

" Please hurry Levi." I said.

Levi's POV

" We're almost at the school. Get ready to move. Grandpa, dad, Chip, and Jawa are waiting by a bigger van that we'll take. We need to move fast." Erica said.

We all nodded.

We rounded another corner, and Spy School came into view. Sure enough, Cyrus and the others were waiting by a black van. They were all suited up, and ready to go.

We parked the van and got out. We ran towards the van and greeted our friends.

" Hey guys." Mike said.
" Hey. So, we're going to take down SPYDER again?" Chip asked.

" Yes. We're also going to save a friend of ours." I said. We all went into the van.

" I call shotgun!" Alexander yelled. He quickly made his way to the front seat. Cyrus took the wheel. I sat in the back with Chip, Ben, and Jawa. Mike, Zoe, and Erica were in the row in front of us. We all buckled our seatbelts, and we sped out of the parking lot.

" So who's the friend that we're saving?" Chip asked.

" Jacie. She's my best friend. She and her mother got captured by SPYDER. They're at my school right now. She said to get there in one hour. Or else they might not make it out of there alive." I said. 

Chip nodded. " So we're going to your school, kick SPYDER's butt, save your girlfriend and her mom, and save the world? Hm. Sounds fun to me." He said.

" She's not my girlfriend." I said.
" Sure she isn't." Chip said.

" Is mom coming?" Erica asked.
" She said she'll try to make it. She also said hi and good job on the mission." Cyrus replied.

" Ok." Erica said. I never met Erica's mom. Chip and Jawa haven't either.

" You have a mom?" Chip asked shocked. I saw Erica roll her eyes in the rearview mirror.

" Of course I have a mom. You thought I hatched from an egg?" She asked sarcastically.

Jawa leaned over and said, " I bet she can fight better than Erica. She is her mom after all. Maybe she can defeat an entire army by herself!"

" I don't know. When I first saw her dad, I thought he could defeat entire armies by himself too. Turns out, he really can't do anything and he's a fraud. Well, he used to be." I said.

" Oh trust me. She is really cool!" Ben said. He met Erica's mom on a mission before.

" Really? How cool?" I asked excitedly.
" She's the coolest." Erica said from the row in front of us.

" Awesome!" I gasped. The other guys nodded in agreement.

We headed towards my school. We were going to save my friend. I'll do whatever it takes to save my friend.

??? POV

I had just defeated a band of robbers when I got a call from Cyrus. I stepped over the unconscious robbers and answered.

" Hello?" I said.

" Hey. We need some help up here. Erica and her team found out what SPYDER is plotting. But, one of their comrades was captured. A girl named Jacie. She is the civilian that helped them figure out SPYDER' s plot. She and her mother are being held captive as we speak." Cyrus said.

" Oh no! Poor girl. She didn't do anything to deserve this. Where is she being held captive?" I asked.

" She's at a school. I'll send you the directions. We need to hurry though. She said we only have one hour. If we don't make it in time, she might end up dead." Cyrus said.

I hurried out of the dark alley, and into the open night. The air was cool and relaxing. The wind ruffled the trees. I headed towards my black motorcycle.

" I'm on my way there. I'll see you guys at the school. Tell Erica I said hi and good job on the mission." I said.

" Ok, I will. Bye for now." Cyrus said. Then he hung up.

I started up the engine, and took off into the night.

Levi's POV

We sped through the streets. We didn't stop at any stop lights or signs. But, we didn't care. We got there in fifteen minutes. We bustled out of the van. Cyrus stopped us before we could all go into the school.

He went to the back of the van, and popped open the trunk. Inside were rows and rows of weapons.

" Pick your pick everyone. Everyone has to grab a radio. That way we can all stay in contact with each other. And make sure to pick the weapons you know how to use." He said that last part to Alexander.

" Yes dad." Alexander sighed.

I grabbed a gun, ammunition, a grenade, and a radio. I turned on the radio and immediately synced it with the other radios. Mike grabbed a gun and ammunition too. He grabbed a radio and synced it. Zoe grabbed a gun and ammunition as well. She also grabbed two smoke bombs and a taser. Then, she synced her radio too.

Ben grabbed the same thing as me. Only he grabbed two grenades instead of one. He synced his radio to the rest of our radios. Alexander tried to take a gun, but Cyrus stopped him.

" You are not grabbing a gun. The last time you used one of those, you almost shot yourself." He scolded.

" But I won't shoot myself this time. I promise." Alexander begged. But even he knew that he didn't stand a chance against Cyrus.

" No. Grab a knife and a few grenades. Make sure to grab a radio too. The last thing I need is you getting lost on this mission." Cyrus said.

Alexander sighed. " Yes dad." He grabbed a knife and carelessly put it in a sheath on his belt. Then he grabbed a radio.

" Umm. Dad? How do you sync the radio?" Alexander asked.

Cyrus wheeled on him. " You don't know how to sync a radio!?" He yelled.

" You never taught me how! I don't know how to use a radio!" Alexander yelled back.

" Oh. My. Gosh dad. There's a button that literally says, SYNC. It's in bright red. How do you not know how to use a radio!?" Erica asked.

"Dad never taught me!" Alexander said. "Blame him!" He yelled. He pointed an accusing finger at Cyrus.

" Seriously? My dad never taught me how to use a radio. So I had to figured it out myself. Did you even look at the radio?" Erica asked.

Alexander cringed at his daughter's words. " I did look at it. I don't know what to do first." He said.

" I thought you would be able to figure it out on your own! It's not rocket science, Alexander. All you do is press the power button, and press SYNC. It's that easy!" Cyrus yelled at him.

" Ok." Alexander said.

He pressed the power button, and then he pushed the SYNC button. The radio beeped, signaling that it was now synced with the rest of the radios.

" Yes! I did it!" He yelled happily.

Cyrus rolled his eyes. He and Erica had the most weapons. They both had the same utility belt. They loaded pretty much half of the entire trunk on their belts. Alexander looked at them in shock.

" How come Erica gets to have a gun, and I don't?" Alexander whined.

" Because she actually knows how to use one. Trust me, I would tell her if she's not allowed to have one. Which will most likely never happen." Cyrus said. They finished loading their belts, and we set off into the school.

We went through the main entrance.  We decided to split up so that we could cover more ground. I went with Ben, Mike, and Zoe. Chip, Jawa, and Erica were the second group, and Cyrus and Alexander made up the third group.

If we found Jacie, we had to radio everyone and let them know where our location was. If we couldn't find her, then we would all have to rendezvous back at the main entrance.

We went through the hallways. We came to the lockers first. No sign of Jacie.

We came to the cafeteria. No sign of Jacie.
We searched every classroom. Still no sign of Jacie.

" They have to be here somewhere." I said.

" I'm sure we'll find them. We just need to keep searching. This is a pretty big school." Zoe said.

" Yeah. She could be anywhere in this place. It's like a maze. So many twists and turns. Spy School doesn't even have that many turns. It's just staircases and hallways over there. Here, it feels like you're going in circles. You're always coming to a corner. Anyone could get lost here." Mike said.

A voice sounded from behind us.

" It is indeed like a maze. I will admit, I got a little lost when I first got here too." I recognized the voice.

We all spun around to find Caleb Bubar standing at the end of the hallway. He had a gun in his right hand.

" Caleb!" I said.

I heard three gasps from behind me.

I turned to look at my friends. Their faces were full of shock.

" Um. Levi? That's not Caleb." Mike said.

" What?" I asked. I was so confused. " Then, who is he?" I asked.

" Murray." Ben growled.

" You mean, Murray Hill?" I asked. I heard about him before. He worked for SPYDER and he used to be a mole in Spy School.

" Correct you are Levi!" Murray said. " I knew you where a smart one." He said. He raised the gun and pointed it at me. I immediately aimed my gun at him. So did the others.

" It's three against one Murray. Stand down." Ben said.

" Oh I don't think so." Murray taunted.

Five heavily armed guards came out of the shadows. They all pointed their weapons at us. They came in closer.

Zoe pulled out one of her smoke bombs, and pulled the pin. The bomb detonated in ten seconds. That was enough time for us to run. We rounded another corner, and went straight. Smoke billowed out of the hallway we were just in.

" Get them!" Murray yelled.

Our mission just became a deadly chase.

We turned left, and came to another long hallway. We went straight forward. One of the agents caught up with us and shot his gun at us. Bullets ricocheted everywhere. One almost hit me in the shoulder.

We ducked and dodged. We came to another corner, and ran into someone. It was someone taller than us, but not as tall as the thugs. They were in pretty good shape too. They didn't seemed phased at all.

The person ran pass us, and ran towards the thug. The thug shot again. We took cover as more bullets bounced off of the lockers. Some got embedded into the wall. The person jumped, kicked off of the wall, and drove their heel into the thug's face. The thug collapsed unconscious.

We got back up. I looked at the person again. It was a woman.

" Are you children alright?" She asked. She had sweet British accent. Her tone was calm even though she just knocked someone unconscious. She didn't seem the tiniest bit tired. Not even breaking a sweat.

" We're alright." Mike replied.
" Hi Catherine!" Ben yelled.

Catherine smiled warmly. " Hello Benjamin." She said.

Ben ran up to her and gave her a hug. Mike and Zoe did the same thing. I didn't because I had no idea who this person was.

" Levi I would like you to meet Erica's mom, Catherine." Ben said.

" Hello Levi! How are you?" Catherine asked cheerfully.

" Um. Good I guess." I said. This was Erica's mom I was talking too. I was shocked and excited. Jawa was right. She can fight better than Erica. She just knocked out a heavily armed agent that was shooting at her in five seconds.

" Search the building! They have to be here somewhere. They can't hide forever." We heard Murray yell.

" We should be going. Come along children. We still have work to do." Catherine said. We followed her through the school. We turned right and then left and then right again. Then, we came to the gym. Jacie wasn't in there either.

We went through another hallway, and into an opening. It was the lobby.

" My my. Your school is just full of turns!" Catherine exclaimed. " I wonder how people can go to school here and not get lost. If I went to school here, I would've got lost while trying to find my next class." She said.

" We're all used to the twists and turns. We've been here long enough to know where every classroom is." I said.

A beep echoed throughout the school. It was the intercom.

" Time's up. Tell me where the coordinates lead to or die." A voice sounded from above.

" Joshua." Ben, Zoe, and Mike all said.

" No. I'm not telling you where the stupid coordinates lead to." A familiar voice said.

" Jacie!" I yelled. We all ran towards the sound of Jacie's voice.

We rounded another corner, and came to the library. Right in front of us, was Jacie and her mom.
