Positivity all day m8s

Not only that, though. If you feel comfortable enough to do so, I want each of you guys to comment one (or several) thing(s) about your own art (if you do any) that you are proud of, or that you look forward to working on/improving. I tend to notice that occasionally on the comments of this book or in other books (some that aren't even mine) you guys bring yourselves down a bit, saying things like "better than I can do," or "I wish I was as good as you at art."
Instead of doing that, try to be positive with yourself and when interacting with one another! Art isn't a competition to see who's better or who's worse (unless of course you're participating in an art contest, but even then if you win or lose, it's not a way to look down on your art or you as a person) it's a way to express yourself and show off what you enjoy! Plus, if you aren't too confident with how your art looks now, just remember that that gives you tons of room and drive to improve! Not everyone starts out perfect (believe me, I've got three other art books as evidence that I've improved, and I plan on continuing improving in future art books) and your art skill doesn't dictate whether or not you're "bad" at art. Keep in mind that people who've drawn nothing but stick figures have been just as famous as people who can paint realistically and have put extensive study into their craft.

Now, I say to be positive about your art, but some of you guys might not make art and just tend to enjoy it. Even if you don't make art, take some time to leave a positive comment about a trait or feature about yourself/your personality that you're proud of/just appreciate overall.

Alright, Ted talk aside, I have a small bit of art.

I'm trying to fill my pages more and use more color (which is really weird to me since I'm someone that prefers highly desaturated and monochrome palettes) so there's this. For the pride day thing I drew a plant because I literally never draw them, and the tree is there to make the page pop a bit more.
