Arima Kousei POV:
I woke up earlier than Miyazono Kaori. I quickly went to bath to go back to work again.
This is the third day that I am back home in Japan and after three days after our honeymoon, I learned that my wife is pregnant.
I took a deep breath in front of the mirror after I took a shower.
Will I be a good father?
Before I got out of the bathroom, I heard someone knock.
"Kousei! Your father wants to meet you after you dress up and go to your office," mom told me.
I breathed and smiled. "Yes, mom. I understand."
I quickly brushed my teeth and cleansed it with clear water. I also realized I'm looking like my father everyday since I found some hair growing on my cheeks. I shaved it, of course. I don't want looking like an old man. I'm twenty-three.
After I got dressed and put on my glasses, Kaori woke up slowly. I looked at her and touched her hair until she finally opened her eyes.
"I won't be able to be in the church today. I'll try going tomorrow or next week," I told her.
I kissed her forehead and before I fully got up, she held the hem of my coat that made me sit again.
She hugged me and kissed me in which I answered back until I heard my father calling me.
"Kousei... I know you're still in there. I need to talk to you," he told me.
She let me go after a few minutes. "Don't you dare overwork yourself, okay?" she reminded me.
"I won't. Don't worry," I assured her.
...
"What is it, dad?" I asked when my father and I were at the music room.
"I'll be organizing a business party in your twenty-fourth birthday. It's also time for you to face the shareholders of our family corporation," he told me.
I guess, I can face them confidently.
I was able to face the other Chief Executives bravely. "Will you be able to convey a message to Ishikawa Yuuto?"
I got curious.
Why do I have to be his spokesperson for Ishikawa Yuuto?
"I don't want to hurt his feelings myself and after the meeting yesterday, I could see that the other Chief Executives do have a high regard on you, most especially, Yuuto. I could feel that he trusts you more than me," he told me.
"Is there a problem in Arima Banks more than losing a lot of employees?" I asked him.
He sat on the white couch and told me, "I investigated what's happening inside and it shocked me. Corruption is evident inside and he doesn't know it. Tell him that I'm firing all of the current directors. I will have a mass promotion to those I trust. They could help him renew Arima Banks."
I froze. I don't know if I'll be able to do what he's asking me to do.
He stood up and smiled, "I can see you're shocked but you are the right person who can do it. You've noticed something when you visited him in his office and the bank offices. I can see that you're growing as a good business man. As my son and as an Arima, you're my heir. Kousei, this is a challenge if you can become a good chairman."
"Father, do you have enough evidence to accuse them with corruption?" I asked him.
He smirked. "I have enough evidence to file a lawsuit. Arima Banks is one of the most important companies we manage and own. If it gets bankrupted, we'd lose all of our money and treasures even if we do have some money stored in England and United States. I could file a lawsuit against them and I could make them go to jail for embezzling the money they don't own. Most of all, they keep lying at Yuuto that everything's fine. I want it to stop. I need you to tell him my message. You know now what could happen to us if they don't leave. If the directors don't resign in my order, they'll all be locked up."
I gulped hard. My mom suddenly came around and faced my father.
She seemed troubled, too.
"Is it time for him to do something that serious? He hasn't fired any employee, yet. Most of all, isn't he so young to do it?" she asked him.
"He's not a baby anymore, Saki. He's also going to be a father, soon! Firing employees and other officials are normal. My father could have filed a lawsuit against them quickly if he learns about this! They don't want to increase the salary of the accountants, cashiers and other employees that get the normal wage since they want to keep the money to themselves! It can't happen anymore. I can't lose the whole group before my son is ready to lead the merged business group" he told him.
I answered, "As an Arima, I'll do it."
My mom looked at me with a surprised reaction while my father seemed happy.
I quickly bowed and left the mansion to go at the parking lot.
A chauffeur quickly came along to drive me that morning to Arima Music Company but I just gestured to him that I'll drive my silver car, myself.
He bowed to me and after I started the engine, I quickly left.

Watari Ryota POV:
I went to work with Tsubaki.
When I asked her that I wanted to marry her, she giggled a lot and she was so happy that she kissed me so much. Her eyes became like those of a puppy asking for food when she begged me if she can come along with me in Arima Music Company to visit Kousei.
I already told her that Kousei's not like the old Arima Kousei which is still stuck on her mind up until now.
He changed a lot after the five years we haven't seen each other. I was able to adapt to his busy world.
Arimas are businessmen.
Nakiris are businessmen.
He came from a family of a businessmen.
It's not surprising that he's studying Business Administration. In winter, he's going to finish his second course.
...
When we got in his office, before I opened the door, I reminded Tsubaki, "If he's busy, don't interrupt him. He might not recognize you. He had a stressful meeting yesterday with his father along other Chief Executives. He's scary if he gets angry."
She nodded.
After I opened the door, I got a glimpse of him and it seems his chair is turned around the transparent glass wall that also serves as his window to the outside world.
We got in slowly as he seemed to be talking with someone until we heard him shouting.
"Yuuto-san! You know what could happen if you don't follow father's orders! Fire them!"
Silence came afterwards and after I closed the door, he began shouting again. "My father's words are final! He'll file a lawsuit against your directors if they don't follow and he might use force to drag them out! Most of all, why haven't you ever noticed that there is corruption happening in Arima Banks already?"
He took a deep breath after a few minutes until he stood up and shouted louder that I actually decided to cover Tsubaki's ears to lessen the sound of his shouts.
"ARE YOU AFRAID OF THEM??? IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW ME AND MY FATHER, I WILL CALL AND TELL HIM TO GO THERE TO FIRE ALL OF YOU. WE DON'T NEED A CEO WHO CAN'T FOLLOW ORDERS! WE DON'T NEED DIRECTORS WHO ONLY THINK OF THEMSELVES!!! I may look like an angel but making excuses angers me. FOLLOW ME OR EVEN YOU WOULD LOSE YOUR STATUS. We are a group of companies. We all manage them individually but we do have a leader and a sole owner. That's the chairman of the group. Your company is one of our priority companies. YOU'RE WORKING UNDER OUR NAME, MR. ISHIKAWA YUUTO! YOU ARE WORKING UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF THE ARIMA FAMILY! REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE IN ARIMA GROUP OF CORPORATIONS!"
He caught his breath by drinking a bottled water and he seemed not to notice us, yet.
"Good. My father will be happy. Thank you for your cooperation. Write an incident report, too," he told him as he sit back on his leather seat.
He turned his seat in front of us and that's when I finally took off my hands over Tsubaki's ears.
I do think he became aware that we're here.
"Have you heard everything?" he asked me as he looked at Tsubaki. "I guess you visited me at the wrong time."
Tsubaki assured him, "No. It's fine. It's good to see you in good health."
"Is there some crisis, Kousei?" I asked him.
He just breathed in deeply and answered me, "I wish I could go back to the time I wasn't an heir. My work's getting tougher. Being an heir is becoming harder."
"Is it your father who asked you to tell him that he doesn't want the directors inside Arima Banks?" I asked him.
"Yes. He asked me to do it. It was really hard to convince him that I was serious about what I was telling him until he kept asking if he could delay firing all of the directors of his company," he told me. "I got real angry, of course. He pulled out my patience and since I'm the younger Arima, he didn't take me seriously at first or maybe he thought he can manipulate me. I showed him that what an Arima is."
"You're actually angrier today than when you learned that the instruments you refused to get in the stores still leaked out. I actually needed to cover Tsubaki's ears," I told him.
"I'm sorry about that," he chuckled until he went to open up some folders with papers on them. "I heard you're getting married."
Tsubaki grinned and told him, "Will you be able to come? We don't plan on making it as grand as yours."
Kousei stared at her.
He took off his glasses and began cleaning it with a clean cloth. He lost his smile and it seems he doesn't know what to tell her.
Since I noticed that, I interrupted their talk. "Kousei... It's okay if you can't come. There are a lot more people we can invite."
"I want to come. I don't know if I'll be able to due to work and study. Also, my father wanted to introduce me to all shareholders. I also am a shareholder. Watari, I'll try to come," he told us.
