Kousei POV:
I was at work when my father approached me inside my office in Arima Music Company. I sighed in front of him after I realized that I quickly became so busy after I returned to work and study. I was kept busy by inspecting and playing most of the completed instruments back at the factory to check the quality, most of all, I still remember the time when it was my first time to actually get angry when I found out that some pianos that I rejected to be sold in our company store are still being sold due to it that the wood used aren't sturdy enough and the paints used have too much lead.
Watari was the one that informed me that news and so, I quickly told him to arrange a meeting quickly for me to remind the officers lower than me that even I am very much young and inexperienced, I am still their CEO, president and son of the chairman and owner of the Arima Group. After a long talk to them, luckily, they were very much sorry for disobeying me.
When I returned to my office, I rested on my couch. Dad gave me some cold tea and I accepted it. "You alright, son? I heard you got angry to some of your officers. Are you really fine, son?" he asked me. I just realized when father visited me, it had been ten days already after I returned to be the CEO of the company once again.
I have also seen how happy Thomas is when I came back as the CEO in the meeting we held. It was just at that time that I learned that Thomas is the current director of Arima Music Company.
"Don't worry about me, dad. I'm perfectly fine," I assured him.
He sighed in relief. "You've got responsibility to meet Kaori's parents today in Tokyo Mall. Let Watari work for you for the other work you left out, understood?"
I breathed in deeply, "I understand, father. I may be busy at work but we're actually organizing the wedding already. We both decided that we wanted to get married in St. Mary's Cathedral."
"That's good. That means a lot," he told me. "Who's going to be your best man?"
I actually still don't know who, exactly. "Definitely, it could be my best friend, Watari or my bodyguard, Thomas."
"You still have a lot of time, don't rush, understood?" he told me. After that, he left me alone in my room.
...
In that certain point of time, I obeyed my father and called on Watari using my android phone. Luckily, he answered me quick. "Moshi moshi?"
"This is me, William Kousei. I have a favor to ask."
He replied to me, "Sure. What is it? Was it about work again?"
I sighed, "Yes. Unfortunately. My dad came around and my schedules are conflicting each other. My dad visited me and told me that I have to meet Kaori's parents today in Tokyo Mall. I have a meeting with a famous composer today at our main store at exactly seven in the evening today. Can you be my representative for her?"
"Wait. Who's her?" he asked me.
"She's also a friend of mine and you might have known her, too. It's Emi Igawa. She stopped playing the piano and pursued being a composer. Please tell her that I won't be able to come today, okay? She told me that Aiza's piano broke and so, she told me that she needed a new one," I told him.
He went silent and replied, "Oh. Well, can I bring along my girlfriend?"
"Who?"
"Tsubaki. We've been together for years now."
I was surprised by that revelation. I never knew that they were dating for years. "Of course, you can."
"Have you heard that Emi Igawa and Takeshi Aiza are soon to be married, too?" he informed me. I was surprised by that news.
I stood up from my seat and walked towards the glass windows. I opened the vertical blinds to look at the night sky for a bit while. "You'll soon be the one left out unmarried, then. Why don't you ask Tsubaki to get married after us?" I smiled.
Watari laughed a bit and he honestly told me, "It will take time for the both of us to get married, Kousei! Well, then, got to go now."
"Bye, Watari," both of us closed it and I quickly took my black coat and headed out of my office after I closed the lights and organized my things. I quickly told my spokesperson, seating near my room to inform and call my father that I have left my room already. She bowed and quickly obeyed what I've told her.
I headed inside the elevator to go to the basement to get my car and when I was finally there, I mounted inside my blue Sedan and drove it to go to the nearest mall where I will be meeting Miyazono Kaori's parents. I've been close to them when I was very much ignorant on what actually happened to their daughter and seeing them once again made my heart tremble. When I finally reached it, I called Kaori on the phone which she gladly answered, "Where are you now? Your uncle suddenly appeared."
I was shocked. "Tell him I'm here at the mall already."
"Okay! He's actually here talking to my parents. They were still a little bit shocked when your uncle, Nakiri Ryuu revealed to them that you and William are one and the same. I already apologized to them for everything that happened," she answered me.
I sighed in relief. "Thank you. Um, Kaori?"
"What is it?"
"Is mom coming?" I asked.
"Your mom and dad are coming. You do remember that the Miyazonos are an adopted clan of the Nakiris, right?" she reminded me.
I smiled and laughed, "Of course, I remember. Well, where are you now? I don't know what restaurant to go to, Kaori."
"Oh, just go to a restaurant named 'Musica'. It's actually owned by your uncle."
I quickly arrived at my destination and when I finally appeared, I noticed that my parents were the first ones to arrive. They were all sitting at the left side near a transparent, glass wall and when I looked around, I understood why the restaurant is called 'Musica." The restaurant is filled with musical instruments and a band is playing a soft song. The tables are designed with a white cloth with a G-Clef and F-Clef.
All of them stood up when they saw me. I stared at Kaori who's in between her smiling parents who seemed at awe to actually learn the truth from the lie, Kaori and I lived with for so many years. Kaori was smiling at me at that time and I felt myself get conscious until my mom finally called me. "Kousei, are you alright?" she asked me.
My uncle tapped my mother's arm and told her, "He's fine. He's just mesmerized with the beauty Kaori does have, am I right, Kaori-chan?"
Kaori blushed as I go closer to the table and I annoyingly answered him, "Uncle! She's just really beautiful and kind. That's why I want to marry her."
We sat down and I sat in front of Kaori while my parents are both beside me. When I looked around, I found out that there were at least three bodyguards inside. I sighed. I still can't get comfortable around bodyguards, though.
Mr. Miyazono, a simple baker in the province finally spoke up and he seemed nervous, "I still can't believe that the young man that my daughter helped return to his piano belonged to the Arima Family and I am more surprised that you and the child we knew before are one and the same."
I held Kaori's arm and I told her father, "I want to officially tell you this. I want to marry your daughter, sir. I am very much thankful of her that I was able to pass through many challenges I went through. If not because of her, I could have been broken and I couldn't have done my goal. She'll be the best and most beautiful bride I will ever see when she walks the aisle wearing her wedding dress. Allow me sir. I want to marry your princess and I'll treat her like a queen."
Mr. Miyazono's tears were falling down as I say it to him. Mrs. Miyazono calmed his husband and she answered me, "We're very honored."
When I and Kaori heard it, tears fell down in our eyes. "Both of you are meant to be together," spoke her father to the both of us.
I and Kaori stood up and we both bowed our heads to them. "Arigatou Gozaimasu! Arigatou!" our tears are falling down bitter sweetly and we both hugged each other happily.
"Hey, lovebirds... calm down. You still have a lot to do," Uncle Ryuu told us. Both of us faced them and a warm atmosphere enveloped each of us.
...
After several months of organizing for our wedding, we finally got married in St. Mary's Cathedral in Tokyo. Both of us decided to wear white and as she walks down the aisle in the arms of her father, my eyes began to water but I quickly dried it. Kaori's so beautiful and with her, wearing her white, glittering gown, my heart falls for her more. His father began crying at that time until he finally gave her to me. We both faced the priest and the mass began. After a few minutes, we finally gave our oaths for each other as we both give each other our wedding rings held by my nephew. His name is Greg Arima and he belongs to my Prime Minister Grandfather. Greg's our ring bearer and he's only eight years old.
"I, William Kousei Arima," I began and Kaori soon followed, "I, Kaori Miyazono," we finally spoke to each other at the same time in front of our many guests inside the church and as God as our witness, "I take you, forever to be my wife. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life."
"I take you forever to be my husband. I promise to be true to you in good times and in bad, in sickness and in health. I will love you and honor you all the days of my life, till death do us part."
"Till death do us part," I ended.
"You can now kiss the bride," spoke the priest. When he finally said it, I held her hand asking for her permission for me to kiss her and when she said yes, I finally kissed her, deep as if we were the only ones present at that time.
After a while, Tsubaki and Watari showered petals of roses at us, ending the wedding. Watari is my best man, anyway and Tsubaki is the main brides maid. We separated ourselves after a while and I held her hand tight. Both of us do have tears in our eyes. "We're finally married."
"We are officially a couple, now!" We both hugged each other in happiness.
Emi and Takeshi are present in my wedding including both of my grandpa's brothers and their clans. Nakiri Ryuu and mom is also present. Of course, the Miyazonos are also invited. When we looked up, all of them were very much glad for the two of us and we are very much grateful for it. They were applauding us as we get out of the church.
....
A/N: If you're asking about the church I used, it's real. Here's the picture. I just assumed the religion since I'm a Roman Catholic. Still, I hoped you liked this chapter! This is it. Everything is just my imagination. :-)
