When he got up at an ungodly hour to get dressed in his brand new uniform he felt the anticipation build up inside his stomach, also could have been him being hungry, he wasn't sure about that. He went out and of course sneaked another sandwich out of the buffet room. The streets were glistening in the early morning sun, still coated with the last remainders of rain from last night.

„Good morning Keigo!" Evan waved at him as he entered. „Vanny wanted to see you later. Why not put your backpack into your locker? Already put your name on yours." They smiled at each other. „Good morning Evan! Ah, yes of course and thank you so much!" He sure was in a good mood, such a humming tone at a time like that. „That uniform sure suits you well dude! Got some nice buttocks in these pants!", he said loudly so Keigo could hear him.

When he came back to the front his ears still showed a light sight of blush and the look he shot at Evan could've easily killed if he wouldn't have been laughing halfway through it. After 3 short knocks Vanny opened the door. „Good morning Keigo! Come in, make yourself comfortable, take a seat!" He had to hold back a soft chuckle. „Good morning! You wanted to see me?", he asked, a little worried something could be wrong. „Yes, you know, there is a promotion event coming up and I've heard you have a very cute smile and your wings surely are an eye catcher, so I thought why not give this opportunity to you?" His eyes lit up with excitement. „Yes, oh my god! Thank you so much, that would be so cool!" Vanny looked at him with a compassionate expression. „There is only one flaw to all of this..." she said as she looked into his eyes deeply.

He knew something had to be off about that offer, but this, this was the most embarrassing thing he had to do, ever. The promotion event Vanny occupied him with for at least the rest of the week was basically nothing more than him having to hand out coupons and flyers to people inside and in front of the train station. But as if that wasn't enough he also had to wear something special for this occasion.

He went up to the counter. „Evan, you really think I'll need to wear this for the rest of the week?" He looked at him with a mix of embarrassment and mirth. The ginger haired guy couldn't hold back and gave in to a resounding laughter. He expected Keigo to look cute as hell, but this chicken nugget costume surely added a lot to his cuteness factor. His face stuck out of the costume and his wings had enough room as well, but that didn't change the fact that he really didn't want to leave the staff area wearing this. „You're gonna get rid of so many coupons in no time! I promise you dude!" The blondes' cheeks started shading in a deep shade of red. Was he  being serious? Keigo couldn't help but pulling through this now. He signed up for this job and accepted this request so he needed to keep his word now.

Ah he stepped out into the station armed with lots of flyers he felt like people were majorly looking at him because of his outfit and not for his wings, which wasn't as bad as he thought it would be.

The rest of his shift basically consisted of him handing out flyers and coupons to busy passerby's, families with kids who started craving chicken nuggets as soon as they saw his costume, and people waiting in line in front of the counter, making them overthink what they originally wanted to order.

He stepped up to a group of young girls who seemed to be on their way home from school. „Good morning ladies! Can I interest you in some of our coupons? There is a take 3 get 1 for free offer starting today, maybe you ladies would like to stop by to grab some lunch?" The only response he got at first was all of them giggling. He wasn't sure if it was because of what he said or the way he was dressed, but he got them hooked up in the conversation at least. „You got really pretty eyes boy, what's your name?", one of the girls asked. He thought for a second about if he was supposed to answer that question. „Hawks' the name" he answered with a, even to him, surprisingly large amount of confidence in his voice. „Are those your wings?", a blonde girl went in to touch one of his wings. „Could you maybe not do that?", he asked, „They're real sensitive you know?". She looked up to him. „What about the discounts?", the girl asked as she looked straight into Keigo's golden eyes. „Here you go, have some of these flyers with our special offers for you and your friends and some discount coupons", he gave her the biggest gummy smile he had in stock which seemed to work on her since she smiled, thanked him as she waved him goodbye and left with her friends to get in line.

Some people looked at him from afar, pitying him and some waved him off in a very rude manner. As he came out of the restaurant, walking back into the station a tall black haired man with burned skin ranging from a dark purple to brown shade from his neck up to the corners of his mouth and below his piercing blue eyes passed him. He was dressed in a very expensive looking suit and gave him a, nearly seductive, grin.

Keigo felt like his heart was going to jump out of his chest. Something about this man gave him real dangerous vibes, but it didn't stop him from reaching out to him. „Excuse me Sir, can I interest you in our take 3 get 1 for free offer? This also applies to coffee in case that is more of what you'd be interested in." He looked down to the blonde haired. That chicken nugget really pointed out his tired face, didn't he? Such bravery surprised him. „Uh, sure I guess. Do you really think I would need 3 coffee's at once? Do I look that bad?" The blondes blood pressure rose to the absolute maximum. That was absolutely not how he intended it to sound. „No Sir! In all honesty, you look really good! I mean, you don't look bad, I mean", he began to stutter. There was no way he could have left this conversation without embarrassing himself further. The black haired smiled at him. That bird boy sure was cute when he blushed like that, being a rambling mess, but he didn't want to push him any further. „I'll gladly take some of your coupons birdie", he hummed.

Keigo's heart was racing, beating faster than it had ever beaten before. This man, he needed to know his name! He needed to see him again. This feeling of getting so attached to a complete stranger made him feel all excited, yet scared of what might come.
