Leon Kuwata who was the first blackened received a harsh punishment for his crimes. He was strapped to a pole and shot over 100 times by baseballs, all of them were shot with incredible force. This mangled his body and caused his skull to cave in.

Sayaka Maizono, who had tried to kill him first but failed.

How did Leon Kuwata kill Sayaka Maizono?
He was invited to Makoto's room (which was disguised as Sayaka's room). He decided to go over and see what Sayaka Maizono wanted when she suddenly ran at him and tried to stab him with a kitchen knife.

He managed to stop her attempts and break her right wrist with the Golden sword.

She ran off into the bathroom and shut the door. Leon Kuwata tried to get in but he couldn't (the door was broken but he didn't know that.) so he went to his room and grabbed his toolbox.

He messed with the door nob for a bit before managing to break it off. He then proceeded to go into the bathroom with the knife and stab Sayaka Maizono multiple times. Once he was sure that she was dead he took off his bloody clothes, burned them and cleaned the room til no hairs were left.

He left too much evidence behind however like the bloody/burnt sleeve and the broken crystal ball which got him caught. Sayaka Maizono also managed to write down Leon Kuwata's name in her final moments.
