Chihiro Fujsaki had suffered a hard blow to the head, breaking his skull and killing him immediately. His body was then hung up with an extention cable by Byakuya Togami who wasn't the blackened. Byakuya Togami wrote the word "BLOODLUST" on the wall and tried to copy Genocide Jack's style of murder as best he could so that he could pin the murder on her but Makoto Naegi and Kyoko Kirigiri cleared Genocide Jack and caught the real culprit.

How did Chihiro Fujsaki die?
Chihiro Fujsaki died in the boys changing room. a dumbbell was used to attack him when he least expected it. Chihiro Fujsaki had invited Mondo Owada to the locker room to lift with him. When he got there he told Mondo Owada about his secret. He told him about how he wasn't a girl and how he didn't want to be weak anymore so he invited the strongest person he knew and trusted to exercise with him. Without realising it Chihiro Fujsaki was actually angering Mondo Owada and In a blind rage of envy Mondo Owada killed Chihiro Fujsaki with the dumbbell because he was jealous of how strong Chihiro Fujsaki was. Out of respect he kept Chihiro Fujsaki's secret and stored his body in the girls locker room. Switched the posters and the carpets. And then left.
