Percy POV-
I passed out, right in the middle of the tattoo shop, before the worker could even reply.

I woke up again, who knows how much later, to the worker starring down at me.

"You better answer quick." I said, "You dont want to see me mad."

I tried to make my voice sound firm and assertive, but it was more painful then you might have guessed.

"Im a demigod of a lesser goddess, and the fates came to me the night before you got your tattoo and gave me a special ink to replace with the artists. The more you break, the more you'll shatter. Once the owl breaks, there might not ever be a way to heal you. Its time to move on Percy, before it destroys you."

I only got angry at this response, and I bolted up fast, which made my head spin. The poison was still in me. My vision was going in and out and I knew I couldnt deal with passing out in the middle of the sidewalk.

"Drive me home." I said, then gave him my address.

He only nodded, and when he went to help me up, I ignored his helping hand and got up on my own.

We both walked to his car, and the drive back was pretty silent.

My head was pounding and I was in immense pain, although I wasn't going to show it. I knew the only way to get ride of the poison was to take a long bath. The ocean would be better, but then my father would know where I was. I can deal with a little more pain for the benefit of secrecy.

As soon as he pulled up to my house, I got out of the car and jogged up to my apartment. The longer the poison was in me, the worse id get and the harder it would be to get ride of.

My vision was coming and going, so I didnt pay much attention to the break in signs. I knew they were there but I didnt care.

The moment I stepped into the apartment however, I was greeted by Steve and Bucky.

"Didnt I tell you to leave me alone?" I asked.

The pair infront of me could tell something was off, and that was either due to the fact that I may or may not have been facing the wrong direction, or because my words were slurred.

"Are you okay?" Steve asked, and the same time Bucky asked, "Are you drunk?"

"I dont drink." I said, and If I could see perfectly fine, I would have been able to tell that I was talking to a wall, not a person.

But I guess my eyes were drawn to the things I liked more.

"Do you know something?" I asked, then didnt wait for a response. "This could kill me, and I dont think I would mind it."

"Oh," I added, "and my insides are melting."

Im sorry the updates short. It would have been longer, but Im giving up my ipad tomorrow (and im to tired to stay up later) and wont have a phone for a couple more days. I could have waited till then to update it and write more, but I feel like I owe it to you guys to at least give you a little.

So this is the last update that may or may not be written with somewhat decent spelling.
I suck at typing on a small keyboard, so I guess we'll see how that goes.

Also, heres a random question, what grade are all of you going into? Or are already in? Tomorrows my last day of the summer, and Im going into highschool. Im surprisingly excited, which is odd. Excited and School dont normally go in the same sentence.

(Next time I update I will hopefully have decided on a cover and title)
