Kaze's life to say the least was eventful. Ever since his first adventure, he's been training and getting back to his regimen. He would go out on daily runs and run around the entire island in a few seconds. He even learned some new techniques as well.

The first being a move he called, The Super Peel Out. He came up with this move during a time he was running a couple laps around the island. He was going so fast that his feet moved in a specific pattern. So, he experimented with it and found a way to implement it from there.

When performing the technique, he would move his legs in a specific circle pattern, while remaining stationary, before taking off at higher-than-average speeds. The second move is what he called, The Spin Dash. Pretty much, it was a revved-up spin attack that could be launched forward at high speed, it was also a variant of the spin attack as well.

He developed the spin dash when he tried doing a somersault while running. Now during Kaze's time perfecting and developing those new techniques, he met someone. The person was indeed a girl, she had pink hair that resembled tentacles of a squid. When they first met, it was during his time on little planet.

Little planet is a small planet of both beauty and wonder, and it appears above for one month once a year. Also known as the "Miracle Planet", Little Planet is known for being the home of the Time Stones, seven mystical gemstones that can freely control time, which allows them to turn a desert into a jungle, clean polluted lakes, and other time-crossing wonders.

Shortly not long after little planet appeared. Dr. Robotnik took a notice to the Time Stones. Intending to build a fortress on the planet and use the Time Stones for his goal of global domination and of course to wipe out the new species that was currently roaming the earth. Robotnik went to little planet to seize it all for himself, he even went as far as to chain the planet up so it couldn't leave and chained it to a nearby mountain with his face engraved on it.

So long story short, Kaze eventually caught wind of it and made his way to the said planet, meeting a young inkling girl named Amy Rose. Turns out the girl predicted her meeting with Kaze with her tarot cards. Not only that but the doctor made a robot doppelgänger based on Kaze, he called it "Metal Kaze".

The said robot kidnapped Amy and Kaze had to fight his metal counterpart as well as saving Amy. So, after saving little planet, making sure it had a good future and collecting all the time stones as well as saving Amy, the two got to know each other more. Amy was part of a species called inklings, squid-like humanoids that can turn into squids. And her home was a city called Inkopolis, and she left her home to explore as well as to meet Kaze due to how it was a 'destined' meeting. It was then that Kaze realized the species he was talking about that was roaming the Earth after the humans disappeared were the Inklings.

All in all, Kaze would be a little weirded out, but the two became good friends at the end of the day, he also told her about himself and revealed that he was indeed a human, she was shocked, Kaze also told her about Robotnik as well, and how we pretty much wants to take over the world and get rid of her species as he wants to be the only person on the planet and take it over. He also wouldn't admit it but, she was indeed kind of cute, his simp mode as his mother called it would sometimes threaten to come out at times.

It's been around 4 months since then. After Kaze saved Amy and Little Planet from Robotnik, he found out that Robotnik was going for West Side Island to look for the chaos emeralds so he could power his "Ultimate Weapon" which was currently in orbit around the planet, and then conquer the world with it as well as using it to get rid of the inklings and whatever else was roaming the planet. So, Kaze didn't have time to waste and looked around the island to see if there was any way to head to West Side Island before the Robotnik did.

He eventually found a red airplane somewhere on the island, and he decided to call it the Tornado and figured he would use it to fly towards the island.

Kaze: Ok let's see here...I have my black leg fighting style book, I have some food with me as well, and I have a picture of me and my family and a picture of me and my friends before...the wave.

Kaze shook off those depressing thoughts and sped out the house. He became a blue blur as he ran across the island at great speeds and made his way towards his plane. He jumped in and turned it on as the propellers began moving.

The plane then started moving as it started flying in the air towards the west.

Kaze: Oh yeah! West Side Island...here I come!

Kaze screamed as he flew the plane towards the next island, not knowing that would be where his next adventure would start as well as hoping to reunite or find anyone he hasn't seen ever since the wave happened.

Meanwhile

A blond boy with two fox tails that was holding a green gemstone was currently running from something. The boy kept running and running but eventually running into a dead end as he turned around to look at his perpetrator. It was a giant crab badnik that was glaring down menacingly at the scared boy.

The badnik then grabbed the boy by its tails and lifted the boy up at eye level and was getting ready to slam the boy onto the ground.

???: *in his head* Is this it...? Am I really going to die without doing anything for once...?

The boy closes his eyes as he prepared for death to take him right then and there, but suddenly a blue flash passed by him as it went straight through the badnik, shutting it down and freeing a couple animals. The boy then landed on the ground in shock and confusion as he looked at the person who saved him.

Kaze: Man... so he already turned the animals on this island into badniks...

He then noticed the blond boy staring at him.

Kaze: What about you kid? Are you ok? Nothing broken?

???: W-Wait! Don't look at me!

Kaze: Why not?

???: I-I'm a freak a nature...when I woke up, I had these two fox tails... what kind of human has two fox tails?

Kaze hearing this was shocked.

Kaze: Wait! Did you say you're a human?!

???: Y-Yeah...why...?

Kaze: Because I'm also human! I'm so glad I'm not the only one!

Kaze then placed his hand in front of the surprised boy. The boy took his hand as he was lifted up and dusted himself off. It was then Kaze got a good look at him. The boy had blond hair, blue eyes, two fox tails, was wearing a yellow shirt with a white symbol on it and was wearing black pants, and his shoes looked just like Kaze's except the white wasn't in the middle. Half the shoe was white while the other half was red.

Kaze: My name is Kaze! Kaze Sokudo! What's yours?

???: K-Kaze?!

Kaze: Yeah, that's my name-!

Kaze was cut off as the blond boy suddenly hugged him.

Kaze: Hey...what's wrong...?

???: I... I thought I'd never see you again!

Kaze: What are you talking about-? Wait... Amai! Is that you?!

Amai: Yeah! It's me Kaze! Amai Yasashi!

Kaze didn't say anything as he hugged Amai back as he let a few tears out. For so long he thought he was the only survivor excluding Robotnik. But here he was hugging someone he thought he wouldn't see ever again. The two boys stayed like that for a few more minutes until they separated.

Kaze: So how have you been ever since you woke up?

Amai: I had a hard time...adjusting...

Kaze: What do you mean?

Amai then went on to explain about what exactly happened after he woke up, about how he had trouble adjusting to the new environment around him, how he considered himself to be a freak of nature after finding out he went through some genetic change while he was inside the pod, achieving two fox tails and how ashamed he was of himself.

He then went on to explain what happened before Kaze arrived not so long ago. Amai was minding his own business as he was walking through the forest until he came across a green emerald, being curious, he picked it up and soon noticed a giant robot that resembled a crab looking down on him. Being immediately frightened, he ran for it but soon came to a dead end.

Amai: The robot picked me up and was about to slam me onto the ground until you came along and saved me.

Kaze: I see...and I'm glad I did. Who knows what would've happened had I gotten here later.

Amai: Yeah... speaking of which, you seemed to go through some changes yourself. And those clothes look familiar...

Kaze: Yeah...though I guess you could say my body was going through changes before the wave happened. Once I woke up, my eyes were green and my hair was completely blue and spikey. And the reason on why my clothes look familiar is because well...I wore these clothes whenever I would help people as the "blue blur".

Amai(shocked beyond belief): Wait...you were the blue blur?! This entire time?!

Kaze: Y-Yeah...I didn't say anything as I didn't want to put you and Iwao as well as my family in danger. And I also didn't want to bring to much attention to myself either.

Amai then nodded his head in understanding.

Amai: I see...I can see why you kept it secret. I would have done the same thing had I been in your shoes.

Kaze: Thanks...anyway do you still have that green gemstone?

Amai: Um...yeah. It's right here.

Amai then pulled out the green chaos emerald he found.

Kaze then breathed a sigh of relief.

Kaze: Amai, it's a very good thing you found that before anyone else did.

The blond boy look confused.

Amai: But why?

Kaze: Because that gemstone you found is a chaos emerald. It's part of a group of mystical gemstones that are said to hold great power.

Amai: But how do you know this?

Kaze: Because...when I woke up on the island I came from...before finding you...I had to fight another human that is hellbent on taking over the world.

Amai: ?!

Kaze: To make matters worse, he invaded the island I was on in order to find the chaos emeralds to further his goal...I collected all 6 of them and stopped him later on...

Amai: And...t-that was the end of it right...?

Kaze: Nope. Turns out there is seven of these things and they came here after I collected them. The doctor found out and is now planning on finding all 7 of them to power his "Ultimate Weapon" that is currently in orbit around the planet.

Amai: A-As in...out of earth...in outer space...?

Kaze: Exactly. So I came here to collect all seven of the emeralds and stop him before it's to late. Since he's pretty much going to wipe out a whole new species that is currently roaming the earth. And I can't have that happening.

Kaze then took the green chaos emerald out of Amai's hand and turned around.

Kaze: It was nice talking to you Amai but I gotta get going.

Kaze then took off at great speeds as Amai called out to him.

Amai then followed him but couldn't keep up since Kaze was simply too fast for him. Amai then came up with the idea to use his two fox tails as rotary blades as they began rotating, allowing him to slightly hover above the ground as he began catching up to Kaze.

He then called out to him.

Amai: Kaze wait!

Kaze: Huh?

Amai: If what you're saying is true then I want to join you and help you stop this guy! After all, I just reunited with you!

Kaze: Heh!

The blue boy smirked as he then speed off at an even greater speed as he looked back at Amai.

Kaze: If you want to come along, then you gotta keep up!

Kaze then continued running as Amai smiled a bit and started rotating his tails as he began to fly. He then began flying after Kaze, eventually catching up to him and keeping up with him.

This was the beginning of the second adventure.
