At 6:00pm, Sector 5 in Octo Valley.

After learning the Special move, "Charge-and-Roll" technique. We had returned back to the Octo Valley and proceeded to Sector 5, which means we're almost there for Cap'n and the Great Zapfish...

Agent 2: Alright Agents, let's split up again like the last time we did in Sector 4. Then, we'll meet up once all the little Zapfishes are saved, Is that clear?

Agent 1: *nod* Yes..

Lai: Right..

Agent 2: Okay then, good luck on your own, Agents.. And please be safe, Agent 3.

Lai: You too, Agent 2.

Agent 1: Well, see you later! Agent 3!

They took their leave first and I went my way to the 24th kettle, Pinwheel Power Plant. I entered it and accepted the mission...

*blop*

After spawning in the start of the beginning, I saw two Pinwheels were spinning around. Then, I got a call from Agent 1 and Agent 2...

Lai: Hello?

Agent 1: Oh Agent 3! Can you hear me?

Lai: Loud and clear, Agent 1.

Agent 1: *chuckle* Hehe.. Oh yeah, Agent 2?

Agent 2: I hear you, Agent 1.

Lai: So what missions did you girls picked this time?

Agent 1: Spongy Observatory!

Agent 2: Switch Box Shake-Up. And you?

Lai: Pinwheel Power Plant.

Agent 1: Oh, these spinny things will make you dizzy if you ride on it. Try to dash jump across it with your Squid form!

Lai: *chuckle* Thanks for the tip, Agent 1.

Agent 1: No problem!

Agent 2: Well, we'll hang up the call right now..

Agent 1: Bye, Agent 3!

Lai: Bye.

They hung up their call...

Lai: Well, let's finish this..

I carefully proceed my way to the Zapfish but luckily, there's no troopers around here at the start... I ride the launch pad to the first checkpoint... Then, I saw some small narrow lines of platforms are swarmed with Octotroopers after I landed there, some of them were shielded tho..

Lai: Better take them all out before proceeding...

I jump across the gap and splatted an Octotrooper, I grab the armor and throw a Splat bomb to distract them.

Octotrooper: Huh? What was that?

As they turn their back at me, I start shooting them consecutively. Soon, they got splatted and I got a can of Inkzooka from the wooden crate. I splat my way to the Inkrail that leads me to the next checkpoint... I arrived there and observed for a while. I noticed there's a crate on the left side of the second pinwheel, but it has an Octotrooper guarding on top of it. As soon as I encounter, I throw a Burst bomb to it before it starts shooting and it got splatted. I ride on the block of the pinwheel that leads me to the location of the Sunken Scroll. I break the crate and grab the scroll. I open it up and start reading it. There's a picture of a fax machine with Ofuda talismans, surrounded by candles. (Note: This fax machine shows up whenever a Splatfest theme is announced.)

"Why are we here? For what purpose do we exist? We must not dwell on these questions. We can merely trust in the will of the universe and spend our days and nights in harmony with the world, celebrating this festival called Life."

Lai: Harmony... Just what we need for.. Except for the Octarians tho..

I kept the scroll and proceeded to the Checkpoint 3. As I landed there, there are some crates blocking my way. I break all the crates and quickly notice an Octobomber was hiding behind the crates. I hop back and splat it immediately...

Lai: Jesus Christ...

I look around the area and it's very similiar to the first checkpoint, Checkpoint 1. This time, it swarmed with Octodivers on some narrow lines of platform. I mutter...

Lai: Great...

I jump across the gap and follow the line. Then, an Octodiver quickly surfaces from the purple ink and begin firing at me. I swiftly turn into a Squid and hide inside my own ink..

Octodiver: Eh? Where did he go?

I swim toward him and jump out from the ink, transform back into humanoid form in the mid-air and kick him out from the platform...

Octodiver: Ahhh!!!

Octocopter: Huh? There he is!

*Splat*

I quickly splat the copter, hope he didn't alarm the others. Then I was wrong, I hop back as there are two Shielded Octodivers quickly emerging out from the purple ink and begin firing. I take out the can from my pocket and open it. Then, an Inkzooka pops out from the can and I begin my counter attack to them. Launching 6 lines of the Ink pillars to them. After they all got splatted, I proceeded to Checkpoint 4. There's an arrow attached on the huge pipe that points down to the platform where I suppose to go. I jump down to it and quickly notice a pinwheel was going to push me off the platform, I dash jump across it. Soon, I had reached the launch pad after climbing up the wall with the pinwheel. Launching me to the final checkpoint...

As I got there, I immediately spotted the Zapfish that it was just up the platform and it's far in front of me, there's two pinwheels with Octotrooper standing on top of it. I jump onto the moving platform and start dodging the obstacles coming from the pinwheel, along some Octotroopers standing on it. I splat the trooper and slip through the fence in my Squid form while the platform still moving. Finally, I had made it over the obstacles and I just needed to climb up this tower to grab the Zapfish.

Lai: The Zapfish is just up there, this should be easy.

Timeskip to Sector 5...

*Splash*

I had returned back in Sector 5 with the Zapfish in my hand as I just completed the 24th kettle, Pinwheel Power Plant. I saw Agent 1 was waving at me...

Agent 1: Hey!

Lai: Oh, Agent 1!

I take the Inkrail that leads me straight to Agent 1, I land and meet up with her...

Lai: So how's it going?

Agent 1: Pretty fine! Agent 2 and I had just cleared the 25th kettle, and now she went to the 26th one.

Lai: So it's just only the 27th kettle left..

Agent 1: Yea and we should be going together tho!

Lai: Sure, why not? *smile*

Agent 1: *chuckle* Nice! Let's go then!

We proceed our way to the 27th kettle by riding on the Inkrail. As we got there, I ask Agent 1 something...

Lai: You ready?

Agent 1: *nod* Yea!!

Lai: Great.

Then, Agent 1 holds my hand tightly and she smiles at me. I still can picture her smile even with her shades on, I smile back as a reply...

Agent 1: Finally, we both can go on mission together tho.. I'm so excited for this!

Lai: Yeah, me too.

Agent 1: Then, let's finish this!

Lai: Okay!

We both entered the last kettle...

"We're coming, Cap'n!"
