Marina was behind Tadayoshi as he was keeping the crowd away from her

Then it changed to Tadayoshi beating an inkling that tries to seduce her

Marina: "why can't you rest..."

Pearl: rina, RINA!

Marina snaps out of it as she realizes she is burning the pancake

Marina: oh no!

Marina: quickly pull the pan away from the oven to have a burn pancakes

Marina: I'm sorry pearlie, I'll make another one

Marina begins to make another batch of pancakes

Pearl: *sigh* What has gotten into you lately, you have been dazing out a lot

Marina: I know I'm sorry, just... something that's been stuck on my head

Pearl raises her eyebrow

She finishes up making the batches of pancakes as she hands pearl her batch

Marina sits down on her seat as they both begin eating their pancakes

Pearl: well not only this pancake is good, but at least it isn't burnt

They finished their breakfast, as they get up and to put on their jackets and shoes on

Both pearl and marina leaves out their home and heads down to Inkopolis

Marina begins tearing up as she looks up at him

She then felt his arms wrapped around her

Marina hugs back as she lets out some tears

They finally stop hugging, as he turns to leave the alleyway

As she enters the room, she sees marina all happy as she was eating her dinner

Marina: I had a great day

Pearl tosses her jacket on the couch as she sits down with marina and eats her food

Pearl: what happened today?

Marina: I met up with Tadayoshi, and he kept me around like he was my bodyguard

Pearl: lucky

Marina: but he also helped cheer me up

Pearl: oh

She takes a bit of her food

Pearl: so what were you upset about?

Marina: well...

Marina then notice Tadayoshi sitting on top of a building across the house

She waves at him, and he waves back before getting up and disappears into the dark

Marina: nothing, nothing at all
