In Octo Canyon.. Inside the Cuttlefish Cabin..

10 minutes later..

Lai: Alright.. I think I can walk right now.

Callie: Be careful..

Lai: You think everything's fine right now?

Marie: Yeah.. One step out of this place and we'll be together. Come on, Lai.

The Squid Sisters grab each of his arms and place them on their shoulders while heading out the Cabin.

Cap'n Cuttlefish: Oh, Agent 3! Oh cod blessed you're awake!

Lai: Hey.. Is everything okay?

Cap'n Cuttlefish: Yeah.. Glad Octarians didn't cause any troubles during your coma.

Lai: That's great..

DJ Octavio: Tsk...

Lai: !?

He suddenly glares at him in deadly looks with his teeth gritting. Marie stops him.

Marie: Don't look at him, Lai.. Let's just keep going..

Callie: Yeah.. Let's ignore this guy and pretend we didn't hear anything.

The Blue Inkling stops in the road and speaks up..

Lai: Sorry.. I need a sec..

Marie whispers loudly..

Marie: Damn it Lai! I know you hated him so much but there's no point in wasting breath on him!

Lai: But what if the Octarians kidnap her again!?

???: It won't happen again!

Lai: Huh?

Marie: Octavia?

The trio notice Off The Hook are here with Octavia. They all look up to her as she walks up to Lai..

Octavia: "We could be friends instead of enemies.." That's what you taught me before we both left. Remember?

Lai went silent a bit.. Then, he nods and answers back as he recognizes her.

Lai: Yeah.. I remember that. I could never forget that in Saltspray Rig.

His words made her eyes widened and Octavia smiles gladfully..

Octavia: Thank you for still remembering me.. We both finally meet again..

Their conversation got interrupted by Octavio.

DJ Octavio: Octavia!? You were in cahoot with those Inklings!? You're a traitor! Just like Marina!

Everyone turn their attention on the DJ..

Pearl: Shut up! At least she had done something right just like Marina and one more word about my friends! You can kiss your goodbye to this world!

Octavio retorts back..

DJ Octavio: Hmph! Let's see how you inksquirts can get me through this bulletproof Snow Globe.

Then, the Blue Inkling gritted his teeth and yelled at him..

Lai: I SAID SHUT UP!!!! SHUT THE HELL UP!!! A GUY LIKE YOU WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND!!

Marie: !!

Callie: Lai! Wait!

A bare fist suddenly been thrown out and a whole arm penetrates through the Snow Globe that it almost reaches Octavio's face. Everyone got shocked by him as they noticed. His pupils turns back to crimson red while clenching his fist, trembling while crying in grief and sorrow.

DJ Octavio: !!

He shouts out at top of his lung..

Lai: None of this wouldn't have happened if you Octarians hadn't steal my friend away! Did you ever even take the time to ask Callie what she thought!?

Callie: Lai..

Lai: Enslave the Inkling.. Breaking their relationships.. Being loyalty, sure! You think you're so great just because you had made up some new rules and motto!! And only a total pathetic like you could come up with this! Very pathetic!!

He threatens him even more..

Lai: And I swear...! If you ever bother us one more time! I'll destroy everything you had and make the Octolings go extinct forever no matter how it costs me! Including your granddaughter. Just like how you stole Callie away from me and broke them apart!

He pulls his whole arm out with all of his strength, a couple of glass shards were stucked into his flesh and blue ink starts bleeding, streaming down from his arm and dripping out. Despite the pain he just received, he doesn't even feel that anymore as he felt the greater pain he's facing at. He stares at his injured arm as everyone got terrified.

Lai: This.. Doesn't even compare to my pain at all. And I don't even feel it anyway at all..

He removes out all glass shards from his arm with his other hand. After that, all of the shards in his left palm were crushed into dust as he starts clenching it very hard. As he releases, pieces were dropping out along with some blue ink dripping out.

Lai: And still.. The most painful part.. Is to see them being drifted apart and faded away slowly!!

As he couldn't hold himself anymore, he covers his eyes with his injured arm. Tears are mixing up with his ink and drips out to the ground.

Lai: Ugh...

He kneels down as he cries even more..

Lai: Ugg... Ughh.. Uh..

Cap'n Cuttlefish: Agent 3...

Lai: I couldn't help either of them at all.. I couldn't save their relationships at all! I tried to bear it all but failed miserable!

Lai: Back then, I thought we could have a trip back to Calamari with all three of us so I can forget it all.. But you ruined it all!!

He stands up and strongly lands several fatal punches and powerful kicks to the Snow Globe as Octavio tries to back away as far as possible, but he can't due to his crippled limbs. His hatred, his crimson eyes and the cracks caused by the impact dealt from him terrified Octavio the most, like the blue Inkling is about to eat and gobble all of his flesh from his body to satisfy his hatred once he breaks through the Snow Globe. But the Squid Sisters and the others didn't want it to happen at all so they all rush to Lai and stop him by pulling him away from the Snow Globe.

Marie: Alright, that's enough! Enough already! Just stop!

Callie: You're hurting yourself! Please stop, Lai! You're going too far!

He sobs in pain and bursts out crying as his heart had broke into million pieces and he's no longer feeling anything but total sadness. The Squid Sisters both pull him into their hugs to console him and they both couldn't hold it or help it as everyone felt his pain.

Marie: Don't worry, you won't feel hatred anymore. It's over right now.

Callie: Yeah.. Everyone's here for you.. We all wanted you to be loved.

Lai: Callie... Marie...

So then, he got calmed and his hatred was cured eventually.. By the one he deared the most.
