Now, I know you guys are wondering, "Jackie, Jackie? You used to use a lot of bases? You used MS Paint? You used My Little Pony Bases?" And yes to all those. I did used to use bases, and I still do, but as references or if I'm way to lazy to draw anything and I just want to play around on my art program. Using bases are an easy way for beginner artists to learn anatomy and how to develop their own style. I'm not saying bases are the best thing in the world, as eventually, you need to step outside that and do your own thing. Sometimes, artist only stick to using bases, which they can't improve on their art or do anything completely original. I had to step out that comfort zone, and trust me, it was pretty difficult, but soon I developed a style I really enjoyed.
I used MS Paint and the mouse because... well, I'm kind of a broke person. When I was younger, I didn't know how to use the phone or tablet to draw, plus I didn't know what art programs seemed the best, so I went with MS Paint, since it was free and I had more access to it. I used to be really proud of my drawings until I started using mobile devices, and let me tell you, I really changed. I'm not kidding, I did. And it was such a nice change too.
And finally, I used Pony bases a lot because I couldn't draw four legged animals and I used to really love the show... until I slipped more into the FNAF thing and learned to draw furries... no, I am not a furry... I just draw them. Wait... oh well.

And yes, I know the FNAF fandom is dead, but I love it so much... so shut up and leave me alone.
