As the little girl wanders the woods alone,

He follows slowly behind,

Ready to protect the yong one from whatever harm should come.

As the shepherd stands, 

Watching the little lambs,

Ready to fight off the wolves,

So is the Protector ready to fight off any approaching evils.

He is unlike any of those who call themselves strong,

For He is stronger.

He is far stronger than any shield held in battle,

For He is The Shield.
