Peace

   Elton's p.o.v

I woke up to Colby. His face was peaceful when he slept. His hair was just a bit frizzy. He was sound asleep. I groaned and got out of bed as quiet as possible. But, "Elton?" I smiled a bit and turned to look at him. He was still tired. "Colby get some sleep." He nods back off into slumber.

"Hey Sam." Sam looks up from his phone while sitting on the couch. "How is he?" I sigh and take a seat next to him. "He's alright. I think and hope so." He nods, "I don't know what we are gonna do about all of this." I glance at him, "I don't know anything at this point. It's all so foreign." Sam rubs his face, "something has got to be done, I hate seeing Colby like this. He's too happy to be like this, mopy, like how am I suppose to have a friend that mopes." I shrug, "I promise you Sam, this will blow over and Colby will make it out of this, with our help." Sam doesn't say anything for a bit until he looks at me, "I hope you're right." I hope so too Sam. He gets up and walks into the yard and dips his legs in the swimming pool. I walk away into the hallway. I stand in front of the stairs. "Hey Elton, what's up?" Brennon comes around the corner. "Nothing much. Wish there was more though." He smiled with a nod, "How is he?" I shake my head, "wore out, afraid and worst of all distraught." Brennon nods in agreement, "the house has lost a lot of good energy and gained bad energy." I nod, "sure did." Brennon smiles, "priest is coming to finish it up today though, maybe we can get some peace around here." After that he walks out to greet Sam.

   Colby's p.o.v

It was about noon when the priest came that day. I had woken up and put send it merchandise on. It was just an ideal go to kinda thing at that point.
"Hey Colbs, you ready for this?" I nod, "I suppose so." The priest grabs my arm and stand me still in front of him. "Dear Norman, we mean no harm but only peace. You are not welcome in this home and must go to find a new settlement spot for your journey on the path of death. Please leave these people alone to fulfill their lives. The chance you got is now theirs, flee of this place." The whole thing made me feel as though I was in a doctors office. A harsh wind came from the basement slamming the door open in front of us. I jumped back and Elton grabbed me. The priest glared and grabbed a cross, "the power of Christ compels you evil one!" A almost scream of wind gusted through the house and blew our outside doors wide open. The sun shining brightly on the floors. "Norman has left your home." The priest held a satisfied smile. "Thank you so much. You have no idea how much this meant to us Father." He bows slightly, "it's my pleasure." We all smile and I actually get to also.

"To our clean home, for the most part." Elton pops the bottle open and pours us some wine. We all sit down. When I say I mean, Sam, Corey, Elton, Brennon, and me. The girls left to town not wanting to experience the harsh paranormal things. Aaron left to see family with his dog Buddy.
"Well, how do you feel now Colby?" I smile and look at everyone, "absolutely amazing." They chuckle a bit before taking a sip. "You know, I used to think this was all crap. Now I'm never going to underestimate the paranormal." Corey explained and took another sip of wine. "Me neither my dude." Brennon smiled. "I think I'm at peace." I say. They all nod with keen smiles. They hug me warmly, Sam hugging the tightest. "Love you bros." I mumble. "Love you too."
