Politeness
Be nice and respectful. Hate to me or anyone else will NOT be tolerated! Rudeness and hate of ANY will have you blocked and blacklisted immediately! Adding onto this, be patient with me. I do have a life outside of Wattpad and graphic designing. If you pester me to complete your request, it will be dropped.

Requests
Requests won't be accepted through PM. You MUST request on the account that you intend to use the graphics on! You can request up to three graphics at a time unless it's a banner set or up to five character aesthetics or the awards bundle (there's more information about this later)

You CANNOT request graphics on behalf of others! If a friend of yours wants a graphic, they MUST contact me/request themselves!

Shop-hopping
Shop-hopping is strictly PROHIBITED! Shop-hopping is where you request the EXACT SAME graphic from two (or more) different graphic shops. It not only wastes my time but another designer's time too. I mean this in the nicest way possible, do not order from multiple different shops if you're only going to use one (or none at all) of the graphics that are made!

Forms
All forms must be commented. ANY INCORRECT FORMS WILL BE IGNORED AND DELETED! You MUST use the form that I PROVIDE for you! Please do not make your own! All non-optional parts should be filled out and should be detailed so I can get a better understanding of the graphic you want. The form will now ask for a password which is placed somewhere randomly on this page.

Decline
I can decline any requests for any reason and I don't owe you an explanation as to why. In some cases, I will suggest other graphic shops to you (eg, if you request a style that I struggle with, I can give you suggestions to other places that excel in that style). The main reasons I may decline your request are:

~ You are blacklisted at another shop I know and/or have a bad reputation with other designers
~ You have been rude or annoying in some way on more than one occasion
~ Your request doesn't meet the requirements
~ You requested for something that I've stated I won't make
~ You requested too many graphics at once
~ You have too many specific details in your request which I can't fulfil
~ You request the same graphic I've already declined in the past
~ You've requested when the shop is closed

Detail
Be detailed but not too detailed! Too little or too much detail makes making your graphic a lot harder! If I can't make an idea work (and it's the main idea you had in mind) I'll reach out to you and ask for alternative ideas. If you provided multiple ideas, I'll try one of them (or all of them depending on how much time I have).

I will not work with more than two face claims! Silhouettes don't count as face claims but I won't accept requests asking for more than five silhouettes.

Published
I'll only make graphics for books that are published or they will be published once you receive your graphic! I won't make graphics for books you are going to unpublish after receiving the graphic.

Inactive/discontinued
I will NOT make graphics for inactive/discontinued books! I understand that overcoming writer's block is the most annoying thing ever but if your book hasn't been updated in five months or more, I won't make a graphic for it.

Tags
The forms ask for tags. Tags are user tags, NOT the tags of your story! When you fill out a form, you must tag at least three to six (depending on the graphic you are ordering) active users who may be interested in my graphic shop. YOUR ACCOUNTS (the one you are requesting for and any alternate accounts) DO NOT COUNT! If you tag either of these, I will be asking you to do the tags again and your request won't be accepted until you do!

Payment
Fully complete the payment! Complete the payment AFTER I have accepted your request and BEFORE I deliver your order (excluding the credit which is obviously done after you receive the graphic)! NO PAYMENT = NO LINK. You'll be blacklisted if the payment isn't completed after I have reminded you to do so.

Editing
Do NOT edit the graphic I make for you! This excludes adding stickers you are provided with for winning a contest/award to your cover.

Do NOT remove my watermark! This includes cropping it out and erasing it altogether! It'll be small and out of the way.

Claiming
Claim your graphic ASAP! If it's not claimed after 72 hours (three days) the chapter your graphic is in will be removed. If you don't claim it and I KNOW you've been online, you'll be blacklisted.

You MUST use the graphic as soon as you claim it! There are no excuses as to why you cannot do this! You must use the graphic I make you for at least two weeks (I check)!

DO NOT claim my graphics as your own (it takes 20 seconds to add the proper credit) and don't even think about stealing any of my graphics!

Links
You're more than welcome to send me links to pictures that you have seen that you think match the idea you have for your graphic. Do NOT send me images you have edited together yourself! Send me the images and I can edit them myself! I will be checking any images and links you send me before I even consider using them!

Copyrighted artwork and inspiration
I will not be using ANY art in any of my graphics. You're more than welcome to send me links to ideas you have in mind as long as they are not art!

Inform
Please inform me of username changes, I'll be happy to change your graphic to include your new username if you reach out to me and ask me nicely. The password is your favourite emoji (you cannot use the same one as the previous requester, this is to ensure you have read the rules).

Redo's
I'm willing to fully remake your graphic once! If you want a full remake; you must tell me why you want it and what you want me to change. I'm willing to make three small changes (ie, text, colours, basically anything that doesn't involve remaking the whole thing). These don't include if I mess something up (ie spelling) on my end!

Display
If you order stickers/certificates, please use PREVIEW ONLY versions! I can make additional preview screens if you like.

Fun

Romanticism
I will NOT make graphics for books that promote hate against anyone! I also won't make graphics for books that promote/romanticise anything that is morally wrong!

Rating
Anything that would be above a PG13/PG15 rating, I don't mind a little bit of blood and gore but I will not make anything 18+ or anything super gory. This includes smut/erotica books

Fanfiction
Some fanfiction requests. If I can find resources I can use, I'll make the graphic. If I can't, then I will not be able to do it, unless we find an alternative.

Graphic shops/portfolios/books
If you have a graphic shop (especially a cover shop) on here, you are perfectly capable of making your own cover. I am not making any clickbait covers!

Communities
Graphics for a community who have graphic designers and a graphic shop (or are planning to have any in the future). I am not making any clickbait covers!

Commercial use
Graphics for commercial use. I do NOT make covers to be used commercially (this does include Wattpad paid stories).
