Together

She smiled brightly as she reached her destination. Training ground 5 just before sunset.

Wearing a light blue top and a black skirt shiro looked around for her redheaded friend. Only to see he wasn't there, frowning slightly she waited patiently for him.

Why did the village have to make the sand team leave after attacking her? It was her fault, they shouldn't be forced to leave even if the exams were finished.

She frowned at the thought of her dear friend leaving the village so soon, though it was bound to happen eventually she didn't want it to be that they were forced.

Hearing footsteps shiro looked up to see her red haired friend standing right in front of her while only being a full inches taller then her he seemed to tower over her, he wore a casual looking black shirt with a red tie and black dress pants. He looked very handsome making shiro blush slightly,

"You look really nice" she whispered, gaara smiled ever so slightly. She looked beautiful.
"So do you" he whispered back. Taking a step forward shiro smiled brightly
"Should we go?" He asked, she nodded happily, taking hold of his hand as he lead her out further into  the training grounds.

Gaara looked over her quietly, when would be the right time to do what he wanted? He had to show her his emotions somehow. He didn't want to leave. For some reason he didn't want to leave her alone anymore.  Not knowing to him she felt the same. She didn't want him to leave, they didn't want to part. after the amount of time they had spent together.

Shiro giggled softly as he began to speak about how he had tried to get his siblings to ask about them, though his voice was monotone and emotionless she still smiled and laughed at what he said.
"Kankuro-San said he didn't like that he had to do errands for you" she whispered maki Gaara smirk
"He's dead" Gaara growled making shiro giggle. As she raised a hand and placed it over his heart,
"No need to get angry, Gaara-Kun, your bother was helping you" she whispered making the red head go red slightly as he put a hand over her's. Looking up at him she smiled softly and gazed into his eyes. Hearing a chirp the two's attention snapped to the bird that was there, watching them. Smiling gently shiro stepped away from Gaara and followed the bird making Gaara sigh, why did it feel so right to be able to be that close to that girl? Why did he feel like this?! Why did a warmth fill his body when he was around her, when he saw her smile. When she said his name. When she touched his heart.

"Shiro" he whispered, looking back at him shiro smiled softly
"Yeah?" She asked. Gaara held out his hand to her, offering her to take it.
"Let's go" he says. Shiro took hold of his hand and he brought sand up from the ground, creating a platform in the air. Shiro gasped loudly and held onto him tightly as the sand brought them higher into the sky.

Gaara smiled at her hand now around her waist, keeping her close to him. Soon they were up In front of the moon.

Sitting down shiro gasped as she flinched, thinking she was going to fall through the sand. Except she didn't, instead Gaara came and sat next to her.
"I should of warned you" he said monotone, making her smile slightly.
"I-it's okay Garra-San" she shuttered, making him give her a slight concerned look. Head now down shiro sighed softly and looked down at the village, making her eyes sparkle in delight.
"It's so pretty from up here" she whispered catching Gaara's attention.
"Not as pretty as you..." He whispered making her look back at him with a bright blush. Gaara smiled at her, or at least tried making her giggle and sat up, now seated right beside him she wrapped her arms around him happily.
"I think you look very Handsome, Gaara-kun" she whispered tenderly making him blush as well.. Suddenly her mood changed from happy to sad.
"I wish you didn't have to leave"she whispered suddenly making him frown
"I know" he whispered.
"I do want to loose another friend" she whispered  my eyes beginning to water, Gaara frowned at her. Not wanting her to cry, cupping her cheek gently gaara gazed into her red eyes and smiled ever so slightly
"You won't" he whispered. Bringing her into a hug. He sighed deeply as he held her in his arms. Pulling back slightly he gazed at her watery eyes, she was now crying, yet she was smiling too. This confused him as she leaned forward, forehead against his as she smiled gratefully.
"Promise?" She whispered, he smiled; wiping away the tears. Shiro giggled and wrapped her arms around him gently but suddenly stopped, feeling a warmth on her cheek. Shiro blushed brightly and pulled back surprised, their faces both bright red.
"Yeah" he whispered back to her. A small smile on his face as he leaned in again and kissed her cheek again making her smile. Ringing him close shiro giggled loudly as they began to talk whilst looking over the warmly lit village below. The  crescent moon right behind theme illuminating their features as they sat side by side enjoy each others company for the last time.
