Shiro sighed, she had been trying to find something to eat.. Causing her to be late for the survival exercise Kakashi had tasked them to do. She walked hurriedly down the street past ichiraku's ramen making her stop in her tracks.. She would have gone and asked for a bowl if she had the money.. But.. She didn't she had only enough to buy herself water. Which was practically all of it except a few cents, she then kept walking.. Frowning to herself.. She then looked up, it was a sunny day. A nice day for training, Shiro looked around as she walked up to her teammates who were all frowning or tired.
"Shiro-chan!" Naruto exclaimed tiredly, Shiro looked up and waved, smiling at her friend
"Ohayo naruto-kun" she said smiling, Sakura huffing.
"Why were you late?!" Sakura shouted annoyed, Shiro looked to the pinkette and sighed
"G-Gomen haruno-San.. I was hungry.." Shiro whispered
"Sensei told us not to eat! You can go through a morning without eating!" Shiro looked at the girl. In truth Shiro hadn't had decent meal all her life, only bits and pieces. Like bread or food that Naruto would share with her, she would be lucky if someone nice; (Which was rare) gave her some food for free, but there had been no one like that for years.. Forcing her to live on scraps that people throw away, Shiro sighed. Not answering sakura's question, instead she walked over to a tree and took out her bento box and looked at it, the three looking at her eagerly. She then looked inside just in case, she then took the piece of bread that was in there and tore it into three parts, and held it out to the three.
"Here" she said smiling, the three's stomach then began to rumble, Naruto walked up to her and smiled,
"Arigatou Shiro-chan!" He shouted grinning, Sakura then swiped it from Shiro's grasp. Shiro ignored Sakura and held out the last piece of bread to Sasuke who took it. The three then began to eat, Shiro smiling. At least she did something good, she looked down at the box and sighed putting it away, looking up
"Ohayo hatake-Sensei!" She called. Smiling as she waved to Kakashi who was walking up to them.
"Ohayo guys" he said lazily, smiling at them. Shiro smiled, the other three glaring at him
"Your late!" Sakura and Naruto shouted frowning. Shiro smiled and nodded
"Ah sorry, must of been lost on the path of life, anyway. Why don't we start?" Kakashi said smiling, watching Shiro. Shiro then stood up and sighed, putting her bag down next to the tree.
"Alright, all you have to do is take these bells from me" Kakashi said holding up three bells. shiro tilted her head confused.
"Hatake-Sensei-"
"But Sensei there's only three bells!" Shiro looked at Kakashi, he had amusement in his single eye.. She then began to wonder what was underneath his headband.. She then frowned. How would she get the bells if she was failure at everything? She'd probably trip over and cause whatever plan they made to fail.. Then it clicked. Teamwork.. She then looked to Naruto who was now hanging upside down? Did Kakashi do that when she was thinking? Wow.. She walked over to he blonde friend who managed to cut himself
"Naruto-kun?" She asked, Naruto looked up and grinned
"Hey Shiro-chan!" He says cheerfully smiling at her, Shiro smiles back
"Naruto-kun.. I think we have to work together..."
"Together?" Naruto asked "don't worry Shiro-chan I'll get a bell for you since you can't!" Naruto shouted running off, Shiro sighed.. Her stomach then began to growl..
"Hm.." She huffed.. Ignoring the mouth watering aroma and going to find other girl in the group, the one that hates her.
