Shiro giggled quietly, watching kakashi and kurama walk side by side with a very irritated look on their faces. Yuki sighed hitting the two over the back of the head
"You two really need to stop acting like children, we're here for Shiro" Yuki stated, her arms crossed and ears folded back, kurama growled lowly at his mate before huffing
"Fine.." Shiro frowned a little watching the two males try to get along, even if they were still glaring at eachother. Soon the small group made it to the arena,
"Shiro" Kakashi spoke up, shiro looked back at him making him smile softly "I'll be back okay? I have to get sasuke" shiro nodded and smiled
"Hai, otousan!" Kakashi nodded and left in a puff of smoke, Kurama sighed and looked to shiro
"Sorry sweetie, have to go so Naruto can fight" Kurama said sighing. Shiro frowned but nodded, leaving to the two girls by themselves,
"Well at least their away from eachother" Yuki stated, making shiro giggle a little as she looked around, leaning forward again the railing she looked down at the large arena. It was so big with lots of room to movement and even a few trees..shiro suddenly felt a sharp pain enter her ears when someone shouted
"WHATS A FAILURE LIKE YOU STILL DOING HERE?!" Sakura screamed at the girl making shiro flinch and her ears fold back, the two girls stared at eachother, Sakura glared at shiro with an annoyed look. "You know, your just gonna die. You must really want to die here, in front of everyone" Sakura snapped smirking with her arms crossed, pure hate and dislike in her tone, shiro looked away
"I came here because.. I want to become a great shinobi" shiro then took a deep breathe, staring Sakura back in the eyes "not to be put down and bossed around by the likes of you, Haruno-San" shiro said firmly, Yuki watched from afar, sighing
"Well she's definitely Kurama and i's daughter" Yuki whispered sweatdropping at the fact that she noticed Shiro's tone was a lot like Kurama while the girls words were a lot like hers.. Sakura seemed taken aback by the sudden comeback making her even more angrier.
"WHY YOU LITTLE--"
"Sakura!" A voice shouted, making Sakura glare
"What n-" she then frowned "what do you want Shikamaru" the said shinobi frowned at Sakura
"Shut up, the matches are about to start and all we can hear is you shouting insulting shiro" Sakura looked around, seing all the eyes that were on her she went pale. Shiro watched as the pinkette fainted from the shock.. Shikamaru sighed
"That girl is almost the same as Naruto" Shikamaru stated
"Arigatou for stepping in, Nara-San" shiro whispered, only getting a now back
"No problem"  Shikamaru said walking off, shiro looked back to Yuki who was smiling
"It looks like your popular with the men" Yuki said smiling, shiro gave her mother a confused look
"What do you mean?" Shiro asked, Yuki smiled
"Don't worry about it shiro"
"Hey" a voice suddenly said, making shiro jump and look back to see Naruto... Going wide eyed she watched as the blonde frowned
"Konichiwa" she whispered akwardly. Naruto sighed, frowning
"Good luck with the exam" he stated making her frown.. "You'll need it, considering you can't do anything right" the blondes comment hurt her. It made a pain fill her chest. A pain she wasn't used to feeling..frowning, her ears still folded back and her tail stilled.. Look down at her feet she tried to ignore the fact that Naruto was now intentionally. By himself was now putting her down..
"... Good luck to you too.. Uzumaki-San...." This seemed to make Naruto crack, as the blonde took a step forward.
"I'm not just uzumaki-San! Am I?!" He suddenly burst out making shiro whimper.. "Why are you treating me like I'm not your friend anymore?!" Shiro frowned.
"Be-"
"Don't say because you hate me now! Or something! I want the truth!" Shiro frowned
"You want the truth?" She asked, "you want to know the truth as to why I stopped being your friend?"
"Yes!!" Naruto shouted, Shiro frowned.
"Think about it" she stated simply "ever since we first become genin you've been acting like Sakura does towards me!" She said clearly, loudly. Seriously. Yuki could see this and smiled.. Shiro wasn't just arguing back.. But she was finally stand up for herself. And Yuki could see the emotions pouring out..  "When we were kids I thought we would be best friend until the end, but apparently you had other ideas! Like yelling at me just because I'm in the team, or that I'm going to slow everything down, it may of been true back then, and I apologise for having been there in the first place. Like Sakura says I should of never become a ninja like you! I wouldn't of gone through all this BS!" Shiro exclaimed seriously "all youve done from the genin exams to these ones is out me down and side with sasuke and Sakura, I felt betrayed and hurt when you said those things, yet you say you still want to be friends, well sorry to burst your bubble, but you'll have to earn it back" Shiro stated, it was of been harsh.. But she was trying to be honest. Naruto stood there staring at her.. Mouth Ajar and eyes open wide, shiro hadn't even noticed Kurama had came out and was now talking to Yuki..
"How'd it go?" The fox asked, Yuki sighed
"Well.. She gave him a piece of her mind., look at the kid.."
"Yeah. That's what he gets for acting like towards her while being her 'friend'" Kurama grumbled, Naruto stared at shiro with a shocked look.
"But you promised--"
"That promise was broken months ago.." Shiro stated. She felt horrible to be saying these things to the blonde, knowing that he was the only one who was on good terms with her besides Kakashi. Naruto glared at shiro. What came next is something no one would of expected..
"Shiro.. I... I like-like you.."
