Shiro frowned, she had been left at home alone because kakashi was out training Sasuke, Sakura was doing her usual thing and Naruto was out training with ebisu, at least that's what kakashi had told her. Thanks to Kurama and Yuki's chakra her leg had healed quickly, and she could stand and walk around but only for short periods of time. Shiro sighed looking around the room, she was bored. Very bored, frowning.. It had been a couple days since kakashi brought her to his place. Though he didn't believe that she was okay, he still urged her to take it easy while her leg still healed, as well her other injuries.. Naruto hadn't apologised to her still, even if kakashi kept on annoying the blonde to do so. Shiro sighed, getting up and walking outside, although her leg still stung she was okay. She walked around the village.. Looking at her surroundings, when she felt someone grab her tail, flinching instantly she looked back just as she was jerked back making her loose her footing, a kid then laughed at her as she began to fall when she hit something semi-hard, it didn't feel like the ground, she looked below her.. Sand? She then went pale.. The red haired boy... From the sand... Was this.. His sand? gaara... Shiro whimpered, her leg hurting again.
"You hurt her again and I'll kill you" a hostile voice growled, shiro looked up, Gaara was In front of her.. Hand raised making slowly making a fist, it was then when she looked past Gaara to the kid that had tried to hurt her.. The boy was wrapped in sand and was being slowly crushed.. Shiro frowned quickly getting up and tapping gaara's shoulder
"If you intend to hurt the boy, Onegai don't. You do not want a bad reputation starting up here, your actions could cause the alliance between the sand and the leaf to crumble and slowly break. If I were you I'd stop and think about your actions before you do them" she said sighing, Gaara stared at her, unfazed by her words, but he reluctantly let the boy go, Gaara then crossed his arms and turned to Shiro
"Why should I listen to you" Gaara growled. Shiro sighed
"Because I am a shinobi of the hidden leaf village. And I expect every foreign ninja from our side of my village's borders to treat the residents with as much respect as the hokage to you" Shiro said seriously, Gaara stared at her, she seemed smart, but not strong.. Not string at all. She then sighed and looked to Naruto who was watching, fists clenched
"HEY! GET AWAY FRIM SHIRO!" Naruto shouted angrily
"YOU WONT LAY A HAND ON HER GOT IT?!" Naruto shouted protectively, Shiro sighed,
"Naruto. Now isn't the time to be all protective" Shiro said loudly and clearly, Naruto looked back at her confused
"But he was going to hurt you!" He protested, Shiro sighed and walked past both jinchuriki. Ears folded down.. Sighing she just let the villagers glare at her as she walked down the path.. Not going anywhere in particular. Just.. Thinking,
"Naruto-kun... Uchiha-San... Haruno-San... Have they just.. Forgotten.. That I'm part of their team?" She whispered to herself.. Her head lowering, she then sat down at the base of her tree and sighed.. Opening her bento box and looking inside, there was nothing but a few peices of rice left.. She then quickly ate them all before putting it away and leaning back, lifting her ears and listening to her surroundings, it wasn't until she heard someone did her eyes snap open..
"Hello Shiro" Shiro relaxed instantly.
"Kon'ichiwa, umino-Sensei" she said smiling a fake smile.
"Why are you out here alone Shiro? I though you'd be with Naruto?" Iruka asked, sitting down Infront of the girl. Shiro sighed
"Umino-Sensei... Am I... A burden?" Iruka looked a little shocked to hear her say those words
"Of course not Shiro! Why would you ever be a burden?"
"Because it seems like that's what I am umino-Sensei... Haruno-San, uchiha-san and Naruto-kun seem to think of me as a burden on missions or during training.. Haruno-san despises me... She hates me and I don't know why.. Uchiha-san just thinks I'm weak.. He doesn't want me around very often and seems annoyed when I'm around too... Naruto-kun... Though... I know he tries to protect me because I'm his friend by as a teammate he just does everything., like an over protective sibling or parent.. He seems to have began to think like uchiha-San and haruno-San.. In believing that I should just.... Leave the team..." Iruka stared at her
"They what?"
"They don't like all that much as a teammate.." Shiro whispered "why did you agree to put me in a team of people who... Who... Who hate me? What was my purpose in being in a team that barely functions? To be so,done they all put all their anger out on?" She asked softly.. Water brimming her eyes..
"What about kakashi? He's not--" Shiro shook her head
"No... Hatake-Sensei isn't the nicest person I've ever met..." Iruka sighed in relief at her words.. Kakashi was known to be hard on his students.. Iruka sighed,sniffing beside her
"Really? I thought you would have been scared of him" Iruka said sighing, shiro looked at her old teacher curiously
"What do you mean umino-Sensei?" She asked, iruka smiled
"Oh.. Kakashi is a really strong jounin, i just.., when I first let you into his team I thought you'd be scared of his strength is all" Iruka muttered, a small blush creeping into his cheeks as she hpgave him a smile
"Heh, hatake-Sensei is strong, but he's really nice and funny too! He's always there to make me feel better when my teammate's are being mean.. If he wasn't around I'd probably be sad!" Shiro exclaimed smiling, Iruka smiled though it pained him a little to hear that his superior was getting her attention more then him, he couldn't stop kakashi from caring for the girl, just like how kakashi could stop Iruka from liking her...
