Yuki gasped, trying to regain her breathe that she had lost as she sprinted to where Kakashi and shiro has ran off too. Gasping for breathe she looked up with a concerned look, she hadn't expected shiro to run off like that. She knew Kakashi would have gone after her but she still had her doubts to wether or not he would go through with her request.. She gazed at the two, Shiro's face a bright pink, her eyes teary and wide in shock. Kakashi just looked so nervous.. Giving shiro a soft look. Kakashi sighed and looked over to the woman who had came in running
"Are you alright Yuki?" He asked a little concerned, Yuki nodded. Walking forward and watching him with a curious look.
"Did you?" She asked nervously.. Shiro blushed and whimpered, hiding behind Kakashi as he started to get up from his sitting position. He looked back at the girl,
"You ok shiro?" He asked quietly, shiro looked up at him with the same scared eyes from before, she didn't know how to answer him., he had said.. Yes.. Yes to being her adoptive father.. Her whole situation seemed to be surreal. Kakashi looked back at her and smiled,
"Don't worry shiro" he whispered to her, smiling at her. Shiro looked up at him nodding her head and sighing.
"H-hai... Otousan... " she wispered, her ears lowering making him stiffen, eyes wide at her. Yuki smiled slightly, it would take a while for the two to get used to it.. But she was well aware that Kakashi was capable to be her father. Just the way he cared shiro was enough to show that he was a father like figure towards the young girl, not just a Sensei. Yuki smiled a little the two looked so nervous around eachother. She then felt a hand on her shoulder making her look back, her golden eyes meeting with her mates fiery orange eyes.
"How'd they take it?" He asked. Yuki smiled at the fox and looked to Kakashi who was trying to take Shiro's mind off their situation,
"They took it well I guess.. He agreed"
"He wouldn't of disagreed anyway. It's him for kami's sake" kurama stated, Shiro's ears then perked up at the sound of the fox's voice and looked over to her father, her real father. she gave him a slight smile to which kurama returned, Yuki sighed at their behaviour towards eachother, she knew it would take a while for shiro to adjust to knowing that her parents were beasts. As well as with the fact that she can transform herself into a beast form, Yuki smiled slightly at the thought of their daughter taking on her beast form..
"To think she has so much potential and is still learning how to use her chakra properly" Yuki whispered. Kurama let out a loud sigh, getting Yuki's attention.
"She can preform jutsu at a level of a genin of chuunin. Thanks to him she's improved a lot more then she would if she was by herself" kurama stated, Yuki sighed but nodded
"Would it be right to tell her her full potential?"
"It's best to let her learn at her own pace... Not dump all the responsibilities on her now when she has much more important things to think about" kurama grumbled, although he didn't like Kakashi all that much, he was grateful that Kakashi had shown shiro the kindness and care everyone else had.. And had taught her to be herself, to not worry about what others say and to believe in herself. Something that he wasn't there to see, the great fox wasn't their to raise his daughter the way he had wanted, not their to here her say her first words or take her first steps.. He wasn't their to help her through the tough time and to teach her jutsu.. Instead Kakashi was there.. Filling in his role. If kurama was honest with himself he'd probably say he was.. Jealous of the hatake that his daughter had taken such a liking too. Kurama sighed, arms crossed as he moved forward and grabbed hold of kakashi's wrist. Yanking the young man away from the girl, shiro watched confused as kurama placed his hands on her shoulders, a blank expression on his face as he stared at his daughter, now trying to think of what to say, he heard Kakashi sighed in annoyance and walk forward
"Is he.. Always like this towards other men that are caring towards shiro?" Kakashi asked Yuki, who gave him a sorry filled smile
"He usually doesn't act up unless he's jealous or envious of someone" Yuki explained making Kakashi raise and eyebrow
"So your saying the nine tailed fox is jealous? Of... Me?" Kakashi asked unsure to believe this newly found information or not. Yuki gave the hatake a disappointed look,
"Sadly kurama is like this with me as well" she said sighing.. "Every time another man would try to care for me he would pop up out of nowhere and growl at them" she stated smiling fondly at the memory. Kakashi nodded looking over to kurama who still had the blank look on his face, shiro was staring up at him with a curious expression.. It was then when the fox's cheeks began to go red.. Almost as her as his hair as he let go of Shiro's shoulders and turned towards Kakashi who stiffened at the foxes expression. The air suddenly went thick with hate and jealously.. Most of it surrounding the nine tailed fox. Who had a menacing look in his orange eyes.. Kakashi gulped silently at the fierce expression of the man before him.. Slowly getting up Kakashi kept his gaze on his students father, before back away slowly.. Not wanting to take any chances, Yuki sighed at the two, not exactly wanting to get In between the two. As soon as Kakashi stepped on a stick kurama burst forward just at the sound of the twig snapping. Kakashi launched himself backwards whipping around and picking up speed, kurama hot on his tail. Yuki sighed shaking her head, Kakashi would either get beat up and yelled at or get killed then yelled at, Yuki just hoped it wasn't the second one. She could hear kurama shouting and yelling at the top of his lungs at the silver haired male. Shiro walked up to Yuki and whimpered
"Is otousan and papa gonna be ok?" Shiro asked. Yuki looked down to her daughter and smiled nervously
"Don't worry sweetie.. Kurama won't hurt Kakashi.... I hope"
