Abeke is often confused with her feelings. She thinks she likes Shane but when she goes on a trip with Shane, she wonders who she really likes.

This fan fiction kind of happened after the second series and stuff so yeah. I promise you that this is a much better Conbeke moment then that last one.

Conor's POV

"Conor, you won't believe what just happened?" Abeke was saying.

"Oh, hey Abeke," I said with a smile, "What exactly just happened?"

"Shane asked me out!" Abeke squealed.

My smile dropped but I quickly force a fake smile, "That's great."

"I know," she said, "He's so sweet and I can't wait to meet him. I'm going to Stetroil with him for the week."

"Well, have fun then," I said, trying to sound encouraging.

"Thanks Conor," Abeke said, hugging him, "You're the best. Oh wait, there he is!"

I smiled weakly as Abeke waved at him then ran towards Shane who just got out the ship. I watched as they hugged each other, looking so happy together. I sighed sadly and started walking back inside. I cared about Abeke so much that I wanted her to be happy and if that meant that I had to let her go, then I would.

Abeke's POV

We finally reached Stetroil and I smiled as Shane took my hand and led me inside his castle. I looked around in awe. Of course, Shane was the king of Stetroil. Shane led them deeper into the castle then they walked out into a beautiful garden. Right in the middle of the garden was a table and two chairs.

"Like it?" Shane asked.

"I love it," I replied.

Shane pulled my chair and I sat down, smiling at him gratefully. He sat on the other seat and smiled.

"Hungry?" he asked.

"Very," I said.

People started coming in, putting delicious looking plates on our table. Me and Shane talked the entire time and we laughed. As the night ended, Shane led me to my room and I smile at him gratefully.

"Thanks for bringing me here," I told him.

"I've always wanted to," Shane replied, "And i'm glad you're here right now."

Shane told me good night and he gently closed the door. Even though I had a great day today, I didn't know why I wasn't feeling very happy. I sigh and try to sleep but it took a while before I finally drifted to sleep.

Conor's POV

"Hey Conor," I heard Rollan say as I make my way towards Rollan and Meilin for breakfast.

"Hey guys," I said, trying to sound happy.

Rollan notices this and asks, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah..." I said, my voice trailing off.

"Is it about Abeke?" Meilin asked and I look at her in surprise and she rolls her eyes, "It's obvious you looked very sad when Abeke left for Stetriol."

"Well-" I started but stopped when I spotted Olvan walking towards us.

"Conor, I need to speak to you about something urgent," Olvan told him.

"Talk to you guys later," I told my friends before following Olvan.

When we reached Olvan's office, he told me to sit down.

"I need you to go to Eura," Olvan told me, "I need you to get a few new Greencloak recruits while you're there and get them back here. It's not that urgent but you know Eura better."

This was what I needed. Something to get my mind off of Abeke.

"Yes, of course," I answered, "I'll do it."

"Good," Olvan said, "You'll be leaving early tomorrow and you'll be staying there for two weeks."

Abeke's POV

"Rise and shine, Abeke," I yawned and opened my eyes to see Shane standing right outside the door, "It's morning."

"Good morning to you too," I said, "So where are we going now?"

Shane just grinned, "You'll see."

After I changed, I followed Shane out the castle to the city. I expected to feel excited but I didn't seem quite happy. My thoughts drift back to Greenhaven. I wonder how Conor is doing.

"Hey," Shane asked, "Are you okay?"

"Yeah, i'm fine," I said and gave him a smile.

Shane led me through the city and we talked and laughed. We bought some food to eat on the way and he showed me his favorite places. I find myself wondering how Conor was and started comparing my time with Shane with Conor.

"Hey, are you listening?" Shane asked.

"Of course I am," I quickly replied.

"Then what did I just say," Shane asked.

"Well...uh...," What was Shane talking about.

I heard Shane sigh, "That's the fifth time now. Are you having fun?"

"Of course I am," I try to sound happy but I really wasn't completely happy.

Shane sighed again and after a few moments, he said, "Is it about Conor?"

I looked at him, surprised that he knew what I was thinking about.

"If you want, I can take you back to Greenhaven," Shane offered.

"But what about you?" I asked.

"It's okay for me as long as you're happy," Shane said, giving her a weak smile, "As long as you're happy, i'm happy."

"I-I'm really sorry-" I started to say.

"There's nothing to be sorry for," Shane cut in, "I'll be fine."

I smile at him, "Thank you for bringing me here. And thanks for understanding."

"We'll leave first thing in the morning," Shane said.

Conor's POV

"That's so unfair," Rollan was saying, "Why can't we come?"

"Because Olvan only told him to go," Meilin snapped, "So stop whining like a kid."

"Don't worry, it's only for two weeks," I reassure him.

"That's still long," he pouted.

"Conor, don't mind him," Meilin said, "You better go or you'll miss the ship."

I smile at them, "Have fun you two."

"Oh, we'll have plenty of fun," Rollan said, looking at Meilin who faintly blushed.

I laughed and started walking towards Tellun's Pride II. As soon as I was about to step inside the ship, a very familiar voice stops me.

"Conor, wait."

I turned around and saw the very last person I expected to see, "Abe-"

Just then, Abeke crashed into me and hugged me. My mind was still processing what was happening but I hug her back.

"Abeke, what are you doing here?" I asked, "Aren't you supposed to be in Stetroil for the week?"

"I decided to come back early because of someone," Abeke replied, smiling at me, "I...I missed you."

I smiled, "I missed you too. Want to go on a trip with me to Eura?"

"That would be great," Abeke agreed.

Rollan's POV

"Why does Abeke get to go?" I whined.

"So you want to go and leave me?" Meilin asked.

"Not in a million years," I said, "But do you wanna...you know...spy on them?"

Meilin gave him a mishevious smile, "I thought you'd never ask."

How's that for Conbeke? I'm not much of a Conbeke shipper or a Shanbeke shipper because I still don't know who Abeke really likes. She sees Conor as a brother and she had a crush on Shane until he betrayed her.
