Kidnapped

Lynk stared at Tarik through his green helmet for many seconds after removing it to reveal himself. His blonde hair dull in the dark room. He wickedly smiled, then stood, opening Tarik's cell.
"Come," Lynk said quietly.
Tarik did not move, he just sat there with his knees to his chest, staring up at his enemy. He knew Nara was watching, obviously confused and scared.
"Well? Do you want to come out or not?"
Tarik hesitated, he slowly stood in his cell, head hanging low and moved out with caution. His heart almost bursting out of his chest.

He stopped right in front of Lynk, waiting for him to make a move, his breath getting quicker and quicker.
"Are you scared?" Lynk lowered himself so that he could see Tarik's face, he waited for the boy to look him in the eyes.
"Please..." Tarik began, slowly growing weak just by standing.
"Please what? End your miserable life?" The man's voice sounded louder.
"It was never miserable until you-"

Lynk smacked Tarik in the face, knocking him to the side. Tarik fell to the floor harshly, spraining his wrist. He gasped in pain as he clutched it firmly.
"You're seriously going to blame me? Well you know what, Tarik? This is your fault. You would not listen to me back at the castle. You never did. Even when I tried to scare you!" Lynk sounded very angry now. "Every day I will hurt you, until you finally give in!"
"You can't do this... to me..." Tarik was on the edge of breaking down, but he knew it would be pathetic for him to do it in front of Lynk.
"Please don't hurt him," Nara begged from inside her cell.
"Shut up, peasant!" Lynk hissed. "Do you want another beating too?"

Nara fell silent.

"From now on, Tarik, you are going to be here until you surrender. You will not be going back to Greenhaven, and if for some reason you do escape, I will find you. I promise." Lynk warned.

Tarik said nothing.

"Put him back in his cell, I'm done here," Lynk turned and walked away with Fang.
Both of the soldiers grabbed Tarik by the shoulders and shoved him into the tight space. Tarik didn't look at anyone, not even Nara. He didn't want her to pity him.
The guards left the room, slamming the door behind them.

"Everyday I will hurt you, until you finally give in!" Lynk's words echoed in Tarik's mind. He could feel tears wobbling in his eyes.

He had never been so scared in his entire life.
