Ok so here are some headcannons I have came up with that didn't really fall with the trivia page on her OC profile.

Sora
• The two have a playful rivalry with each other over Kairi

• "EY KAIRI SORA REALLY WANTS TO SHARE A--"
"SHUT YOUR MOUTH SAKI!!!"

• He gets her back with Riku though

• "YOU SWOON, YOU SIGH, WHY DENY, WUH-OH."
"I DO NOT!!!"

• Get into play fights a lot

• Usually when they hit each other physically it's not to hurt each other

• Mostly it's Sakura knocking sense into Sora

• *attempted to lick stair rail at Elsa's castle* "Uh...hwelp?"
"...Sora what in the actual fuck."

• Sakura falls asleep on Gummi Ships in between traveling worlds and Sora likes to scare her awake

• Worked the first few times, but now Sakura is used to it and now retaliates

• "BOO!! Haha, did I get yo-OH MY GOD OW THAT HURTS STOP SAKI I GET YOUR POINT LET GO OF MY NOSE--!"

• When it comes to treating injuries, Donald is your resident expert and Sakura just holds the patient down

• By "patient" we mean Sora

• "Calm down Sora we gotta set the bone first before we can heal. HEY STOP SQUIRMING YOU'RE GONNA MAKE IT WORST. OH NOW YOU MADE IT WORSE DON'T CRY C'MON IT WAS YOUR FAULT."

• When Jiminy stayed inside Sora's hood after they met in Traverse Town, let's say it quickly became a problem

• "Hey, Sora, when we were fighting that Heartless horde earlier, I heard a crunching noise? Is your neck alright?"
"What do you....mean....oh no."
*Sora takes off jacket*
*both looks inside hoodie*
*Sora turns blue while Sakura facepalms*

• And so now Jiminy comes equipped with a car seat just his size inside Sora's hoodie

• Don't ask how it works it's magic alright if Sora can make party members fuse with him and change the color of his clothes he can damn well make room for a car seat for a cricket

• Sakura and Sora do confide in each other a lot since both their respective lovers aren't around as often as they like

• Let's say they both cried into each other's shoulders but never bring it up again

• They're just...REALLY good friends, all right? Can't a guy and a gal be besties without judgment?

• "So...are Sora and you sent the sparks flying yet?"
"Genie, I'm in a relationship with another guy."
"Aye, Sora, lad, you gotta say your feelings before another bloke sweeps her off her feet."
"Captain Jack Sparrow I have another girl I have my eyes set on and it's not Saki."

• One time, their travel together overlapped over Valentine's Day and they were in Halloween Town

• They went through the heart door in the forest and got each other chocolates and gave it to each other as mutuals

• "Ok Sora here is a box of chocolates for you now I wish they didn't come in a heart-shaped box, but y'know it's a Valentine's Day themed town, so what you gonna do? JACK DO NOT GIVE ME THUMBS UP SORA AND I ARE STRICTLY FRIENDS NOTHING MORE NOTHING LESS."

• Even when they are with their partners once more, the overprotective care still exists between the two

• *Sora gets a paper cut*
"SORA HOLD ON IMMA GET YOU A BANDAID DON'T CRY IT'S JUST A TINY CUT YOU'RE GONNA LIVE."
"...Saki, isn't that my line?"
*Sakura trips and nearly falls on her face*
*Sora catches her*
"Whoa, be careful there! Can't have you sprain your ankle like back in Deep Jungle, haha. I'm not carrying you around everyone again."
"...Sora, repeat what exactly did you do to her in Deep Jungle."

• Despite spending so much time together and seemingly being the perfect pair, they never consider getting together. It just doesn't feel right for them

Riku
• Suspected she had a puppy love crush for him but didn't confront her

• Instead the boi decides to be a douche and mess around with her

• "Riku, for the last time, I am NOT letting you copy my homework screw you you should've--"
*pecks her on the cheek*
"OH MY!!! Well, I guess I will let it slide one more time..."

• Now that they're in a relationship they tease each other mercilessly

*Riku clears his throat* "That's not very appropriate."

*Riku kisses her cheek* "Hey Saki*
*Sakura.exe has stopped working*

• Riku isn't the romantic type, so he doesn't know being slightly possessive of her isn't "romantic"

• He knows a good amount of flirts though

• Riku may be a slight flirt, but once Sakura flirts back at him, he forgets how to speak

• Sneaky way how to tell Riku is embarrassed: his ears turn pink

• Sakura likes to jump onto Riku's back and give him "surprise back hugs"

• One time she overshot and ended up tackling him to the ground and got into a compromising position with him

• No one let's either of them live it down

• Riku had to compete with Kairi for her approval

• "Kairi, we've been best friends for 12 YEARS. Haven't I passed all the trials already?"
"If you wanna be her lover, you gotta get through her friends!"

• Everyone is so confused on how this couple are best suited for each other when they the least amount of time together

• "OKAY WE'VE BEEN THROUGH A LOT TOGETHER, DON'T BE JELLY."

• But seriously those two been through some serious shit together

• In 358/2 Days...oh fuck 358/2 Days...

• "Hey...Sakura...you okay?"
"Riku, I'm fine, don't worry."
"You sure? ...I'm here for you, okay?"
"I told you, I don't want to talk about it."
"Sakura..."
"I SAID I DON'T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT!!!"
"...you're crying."
"That's because you made me, stupid."
"Come here."

• After seeing Sakura with amnesia, it just freaking broke Riku's heart having to look at her everyday

• They were so close to jump starting their relationship but now they're strangers again

• Although Sakura isn't the jealous type, Riku tends to be since Sakura is really outgoing a social and tends to talk to other people more than him, even though they don't hang around as much

• He had to deal with Kairi in Birth By Sleep, Sora in Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2, Naminè in Chain of Memories, Xion in 358/2 Days, and Lea in Dream Drop Distance

• Let's say by Kingdom Hearts 3 his patience has long worn off

• *Riku hugs Sakura tightly* Riku please let go I really have to go."
"I'm not letting anyone take you away"
*Sora teleports in* "Yo, Saki, you ready--"
*Riku bares his fangs at Sora*
"I got the memo, I'm leaving!"
"Riku, my Prince of Darkness, chill."

• When Riku is sleeping, Sakura likes to tie his hair up into pigtails

• Both of them LOVE cuddles

• They just both love to snuggle up and embrace each other

• Did I mention they live for cuddles?

Kairi
• Kairi often experiments with new hairstyles with Sakura since shes got more hair and less to lose

• Kairi tends to go overboard though

• "Saki why is your hair half-shaved and silver?"
"...it's just a phase, Sora."

• Kairi loves romcoms but Sakura despises them

• She still watches them anyways just for Kairi

• ̶S̶̶h̶̶e̶̶ ̶̶d̶̶i̶̶d̶̶ ̶̶e̶̶n̶̶d̶̶ ̶̶u̶̶p̶̶ ̶̶e̶̶n̶̶j̶̶o̶̶y̶̶i̶̶n̶̶g̶̶ ̶̶I̶̶s̶̶n̶̶'̶̶t̶̶ ̶̶I̶̶t̶̶ ̶̶R̶̶o̶̶m̶̶a̶̶n̶̶t̶̶i̶̶c̶̶ ̶̶t̶̶h̶̶o̶̶u̶̶g̶̶h̶

• When they were younger and just moved to Destiny Islands, Kairi loved to play princess

• Kairi was the princess, and Sakura was the knight

• When they got comfortable around Riku and Sora, they made Riku the bad guy and Sora and the henchman

• One time in Radiant Garden, Even had to babysit these two

• Oh boy, these two had fun

• From scaring Even as he's mixing flasks to completely wrecking his lab table, Even was basically done when their Grandma came and picked them up

• Now Dilan and Aleous take care of the two of them

• ̶U̶̶n̶̶t̶̶i̶̶l̶̶ ̶̶R̶̶a̶̶d̶̶i̶̶a̶̶n̶̶t̶̶ ̶̶G̶̶a̶̶r̶̶d̶̶e̶̶n̶̶ ̶̶w̶̶a̶̶s̶̶ ̶̶d̶̶e̶̶s̶̶t̶̶r̶̶o̶̶y̶̶e̶̶d̶

• When Even was reformed and saw those two once more, he had war flashbacks

• Whenever Riku or Sora nap the both of them draw on their faces

• Despite being damseled a lot, Kairi is fast as fuck

• She's on the school's track team and Sakura cheers her on

• No wonder she was able to escape Axel so many times

• Both play tennis together though

• One time the two of them were having a 1v1 and Sora and Riku stopped by to watch

• It was a super hot summer day and eventually Sakura got nauseous and threw up on the side, which scared Riku

• *Bleugh*
"Sakura, holy shit are you all right?"
"Ugh...3-4 right?"

• Sora completely underestimated Kairi though

• Kairi hit a tennis ball so hard it stuck to the fence where Sora was by

• He was pretty shook after that.

• "I'm never pissing you off again, Kairi."

• Kairi is the one that got Sakura the camera, which is why she is so attached to it
