Fitz's POV
"What?" I asked. "We need to go there right away!" I said worriedly. I looked over at Sophie, who was in shock. She snapped out of her trance. "Della! We need to go there! Grady and Edaline could be in trouble! And think of all the animals..." Sophie's voice trailed off.

I couldn't help but feel bad for Sophie. First, before I brought her to the Lost Cities, she loved with her human family, and then had to sedate them and make them loose their memory of her. Now, her only other adoptive family is getting attacked.

"Sophie, it will be okay. C'mon let's go." I said trying to calm her down. "Good idea Fitz, but if we have any chance of making the Neverseen flee, we need to call our friends." Sophie said. Mom smiled. "I'll call Biana".

"Okay Sophie, I'll hail Keefe, Dex and Tam, and you can hail Linh, Wylie, and well, mom's getting Biana, so just get them." I said trying to work fast. "Okay got it" Sophie said.
Sophie's POV
All our friends came immediately to Everglen, so we set out to Havenfield ASAP.

When we arrived, Havenfield was almost wrecked completely. The animals were out, and running around like crazy and Grady and Edaline were hiding under the table. I remember that there is a secret room in Havenfield. Jolie's Room. "C'mon. I have a hunch where the Neverseen are right now." I said my friends. They followed me onto the second floor of Havenfield, into Jolie's room.

And sure enough, right in the middle of thousands of sticky notes, papers, notebooks and letters, there stood two dark figures in black cloaks. "Ah! Sophie Foster! Ugh you don't know how long I've been waiting for you. It's been months since our last... encounter!" Lady Gisela, Keefe's evil mother, said serenely. "Well, well, well," Keefe stepped forward. For Keefe's normal, mischievous face, he was pale.

Honestly, I couldn't blame him. Not too long ago, he found out that his mother, who always seemed so perfect, was actually a leader for the Neverseen. And it also didn't help the matters that his father was... well a jerk. Now that I think about it, I felt really bad for him. It's extraordinary how that boy can make a joke out of anything, for a guys who's parents are...well let's just say that his mother for heavens sake is trying to murder him, and his dad is stupid too.

"Oh come on dear Sophie, get out of your trance." Lady Gisela looked up from something she was examining closely...something that kind of looked like an imparter, except it was made of a weird kind of stone that I've never seen before. "What is that" Tam snapped. He didn't usually talk at events like this. I was surprised. He was usually one of the people lurking in the shadows. You know, since he's a Shade and all. "Oh this? Well that is not your concern is it now?" Lady Gisela had an evil smirk on her face.

But not a...Keefe like smirk. Keefe's smirk was mischievous and...pranky? Anyway, Lady Gisela's smirk was more...evil and smug. Like she was planning something. I exchanged a look with my friends. They all seemed to be thinking the same thing; that thing that Lady Gisela was holding in her hand...it clearly means something. I have to figure out what that thing is.

"Gisela, do not tell them any information we cannot risk it." Ruy, the psionopath, who always follows Lady Gisela around everywhere. It was kinda annoying if you think about it. His black cloak with the Neverseen symbol moved around his body swiftly, like it was a little big on him. "Keefe, I haven't seen my son in a long time! How's daddy?" Gisela pretended to actually care about her family.

Keefe looked bewildered. "I do not care to see you, and I definitely don't care about you or dad." Keefe replied smartly.
Suddenly Ruy threw something round but spiky. A throwing star I thought. I exchanged looks with everyone. "Wow looks like you really want to fight us. Huh. Wonder why you would want to fight us, when we're already much better than you." Keefe said.

And that's when all chaos got loose. Linh brought a big wave of water behind her, and dumped all the water on Ruy. Tam played tricks on the two rebels with his shadow vapor, and Ruy was trying desperately to create a forcefield between him and Lady Gisela. They brought out more throwing stars, and right then and there, 5 more members of the Neverseen appeared form around them. Vespera, the shade(pretend she's still alive lol) unleashed at least 6 shadows on me and my friends. Dex and Fitz were trying to throw the throwing stars right back at them, while me on the other hand, I was desperately trying to dodge all the shadow vapor, throwing stars, and flashes of blinding lights.

Before I knew, I was surrounded. At least 3 of the Neverseen members were onto me, having a sword, throwing stars, and their powers. And by the looks of their 'silent conversation' between their eyes, they were planning to unleash everything at once on me. I closed my eyes tightly, praying that somehow, I would still alive, even though a part of me knew this was the end.

They were about to unleash everything on me when a loud and powerful voice called "STOP!!!" I turned around and couldn't believe my eyes.

So...yeah. Hehe sorry for the cliffy I left you with. How am I doing so far? This is my first story on Wattpad. Please tell me in the comment box. Bye! <3
