Sophie POV
...There were pictures above Fitz's bed. Pictures of his family, which were painted AMAZING, pictures of his friends, but when my eyes drifted to where Fitz's pillow is, and right there next to his red fluffy dragon Mr. Snuggles, was a picture of...me.

Fitz came back from the bathroom, and he probably noticed me staring at the picture because he started to blush. "Um...so Sophie I see that you've taken a look at my art." He said stupidly. When I could finally see clear again, I looked away to hide my blush. I tried to keep calm, but inside my head I was like: FITZ HAS A PICTURE OF ME NEXT TO HIS BED!!!! AHHHH!!!.

"Yeah did you paint them?" I asked him, trying to avoid the topic that HE HAS PICTURES OF ME BESIDE HIS BED. "Uh, actually yeah I did." Fitz replied. "Okay look. Sophie, I know it's not every day where you see someone have a picture of you next to the bed. But after today at school, I am ready to tell you this. I have liked you for a long time, so that's kinda why...you know."
"Yeah... the truth is Fitz, I have actually liked you since I first met you when you brought me to the Lost Cities, it's just that... Out of all the girls at Foxfire who have given you crush cuffs and everything, you like a girl like me." I said, still confused on why that is true. "Sophie, you are kind, and brave, beautiful and probably the most powerful elf the world has ever seen. As for all the girls at Foxfire, they are always trying to...flirt with me or you know do other things,"Fitz said. My brain was literally melting right there.

"But Sophie, you are the most important person to me ever. So um... yeah" Fitz finished and I could tell he was blushing. OMG, I thought. "Wow Fitz, I..nobody has ever said these things to me, and when I hear it coming from you..." My voice trailed off as a single tear fell down my cheek, followed by another, then another, and before I knew it, I started sobbing right there, in front of Fitz. I felt pretty embarrassed. "No no no no don't cry!" Fitz said, he pulled me into a hug, he inched closer to me... closer. My heart was beating SO much. But right then, at the last second, Della came rushing into the room. She looked like she was panicked.

"Sophie, Fitz" she started, Edaline just hailed me and told me that there has been an attack at Havenfield. My best guess is that it is the Neverseen." Della said.

Hehehe Yeah. So that was my next chapter of this story. You guys probably hate me right now, because this chapter is so short, but I can promise you that I will update in the next week or two. Love you guys!
