Fitz's POV
Well, that just happened at school, and I'm sure that I was hallucinating or daydreaming or something. I mean since I am a Vacker, so many girls have come up to me and talk to me weirdly. But there was nobody I liked other than Sophie. Well, Sophie was going to come over in a little bit, and I'm pretty sure that things would be awkward. But somehow, I am going to handle it. But what I don't know is how.
Sophie's POV
When I got home from school today, I didn't speak much. My hand was covered in pinch marks from the many times I pinched myself to make sure that I wasn't dreaming. And later, I found out I wasn't. Edaline thought I was sick. Grady thought that I just was tired. Anyway, I was supposed to go to Everglen, so I dressed up in a simple red tunic and some black jeans, and left to the Leapmaster 500.

When I arrived at Everglen, Della greeted me with a hug, and I hugged her back. Obviously, since Della is literally the most beautiful women ever, she was wearing makeup and a long silky green dress, and she looked almost regal. "Hi Della! Umm... Fitz and Biana told me to come over after school, so here I am." I say in a rush. That second, Fitz shows up at the door looking more cute than ever. I hide behind my hair so nobody sees my blush. "Hi Sophie" Fitz says a little nervous edge in his voice. "Hi Fitz" I say, trying my best not to blush. I go inside, and I see that everything is so ...perfect. Just as I remember. When Fitz leads me to his room, and Biana's door to her room is a little open. Biana was in there, with Dex! They were talking and laughing, and I could even see a little blush(that's not part of her makeup) on her cheek. Fitz showed me to his room, and it was HUGE I mean, that's kinda what I expected, considering that he's a Vacker, but still...WOW. I sat on his bed, like he told me to, and then I saw something weird.

So yeah that was my cliffhanger. This chapter was kinda random, but I haven't updated in a while, so I just did. It's been crazy staying in quarantine at home, but now, I have a little more time, so I'll be updating a little more often. And like I said before, some chapters are going to be long, and some very short. This was one of the short ones. Bye guys!
