"Dad! Get down!" Peter shouted as he dropped his pencil and shot out of his seat and into Tony. The tower shook with the force of something and the two hit the ground as an explosion was heard. Dust settled around them and rubble and glass scattered the floors. The two were coughing and waving away dust as they helped each other up.

"Peter? You alright?" Tony put a hand on the boys cheek and checked his face before examining his body.

"I'm fine," Peter insisted before FRIDAY began to speak.

"Sir, there seems to be a breach in the twentieth floor. The building is being attacked," FRIDAY alarmed. "Captain Rogers is on his way to you."

"Let's meet up with your pops halfway," Tony demanded. Peter began to walk when a sharp pain went up his foot. He cried out before tripping. Tony caught him before looking at him with a worried expression. "Hey, what was that? Where are you hurt?"

"Somethings wrong with my ankle," Peter whimpered. He grit his teeth as he tried once more to put weight on it but failed. Another shot hit the tower and it was closer. Tony and Peter hit the ground, Tony covering both Peters body and his own head. Once the tower stoped shaking, Tony helped Peter up and they made it out of the lab. Steve came running straight to them.

"Are you two okay?" Steve asked frantically as he looked them up and down. He noted his husband helping his son walk.

"Pete's ankle is hurt," Tony frowned. Steve bent down to his sons ankle and examined it.

"Sprang. With your healing it should heal in a few hours," Steve sighed. Peter nodded before asking about the big picture.

"Who's attacking?"

"Don't know yet. Natasha is finding out as we speak," Steve added.

"Good. Where are the others? Is everyone else okay?" Tony asked, still helping his son walk to the elevator.

"Wanda hurt her hand. Which isn't good but other than that everyone is okay. They're a floor down from us. Fury is on his way with a team to take whoever is doing this down. Clint said that we can make it to the farmhouse and stay low for a while when we get out of here," Steve explained as he helped his family into the elevator.

The family of three made it to the floor the rest of their family was on. Everyone was doing something to help with the situation at hand. Natasha was talking with Fury the whole time.

"What's the status?"

"They're going to be here within a two minute window. They've got their best. We still don't know what going on down there. No news reporters are discussing anything," Natasha informed.

"Kid? What happened?" Bucky asked as he observed that Peter needed help balancing himself on his dad.

"Ankle sprain. Dad and I were a little surprised when an explosion rattled the building," Peter smiled. Bucky sighed before an explosion hit the building. Right above them. The floor Steve, Tony, and Peter were on not long ago. The ceiling fell in and everyone held their heads. Wanda grunted when she stopped it with her powers. The team looked back up to see red tracing the entire ceiling. Wanda was using her powers to withstand it.

"We need to get out of here. She cannot hold that for long!" Clint shouted, jumping over the couch to meet with the group. Windows were shattered.

"Steve, take Peter," Steve looked at Tony in confusion before he helped Peter stand.

"Tony, what are you doing?" Steve knew it was something he wouldn't like. It's always something he doesn't like. Always.

Tony tapped the arc reactor on his chest and looked back at Steve and Peter in his suit, mask down.

"I'll come back. I have to do something though. I love you both," Tony shot out of one of the windows that reached the top of the ceiling and the floor.

"Tony!" Steve called out for his husband.

"Fury is here!" Bruce acknowledged.

"We need to get out!"

"FRIDAY! Iron Spider!" Peter shouted. The suit came in and calloused Peter inside. Peter looked at Steve before frowning behind the mask.

"I'll clear everyone out. need to clear everyone out. Rhodey, Sam get Wanda out of here when everyone else is out!" Peter shouted. Instead of walking on his foot he shot webs. Peter grabbed Natasha first.

"I'll take you out, Steve. It'll save us time," Rhodey insisted as he grabbed the soldier and shot out of the building. Rhodey followed Peter to a nearby police station roof. They left Steve and Natasha there and came back for everyone else. Once all was done, Wanda was on the verge of collapsing.

"I've got her! Get out of here!" Peter shouted.

Rhodey and Sam hated the idea but in order to save time, agreed and left. Peter grabbed Wanda and made it out just in time. The Avengers made it to the bottom of the building together and saw the attacker's being put into police cars.

"Names."

"Chris, Connor, and Ben Stout," Fury scoffed. Steve was helping his son walk.

"Where is Tony?" Steve asked.

"He's currently being tended to by medics. He was hit pretty hard by one of the alien weapons they had. Leftovers from the Vulture that the police must have missed," Fury sighed, rubbing a hand on his head.

Steve made his way to his husband with his son. "Tony, what the hell were you thinking?" Steve scolded as he looked at his husbands face that had a long gash across his cheek.

"I was thinking that I was going to save my family from three morons. In which I achieved, so I'm pretty happy right now," Tony smiled, cheekily. Steve helped Peter sit down next to his father. Steve shook his head but smiled at Tony.

"Dammit, I love you," Steve minded Tony's gash on his cheek and kissed the man he married. Peter smiled before looking at the medic that had him take off his suit so he could get his ankle wrapped.

"Thanks man," Peter said to the guy.

"No prob, kid," He put his medical equipment back and Peters suit was put back on before he stood and limped to his team. His fathers now talking and waiting on Tony's gash to get finished cleaning up.

"Lets go to the farmhouse. We need some fresh air. I need to reconnect with nature, I'm losing my touch here." Clint grumbled.

"Alright nature boy, let's hit the road," Tony said from behind him. Making the archer jump. "Yeah, you need to touch up."
