"Fury, sir, why can't I be seen with you? The Avengers won't try and take me away-."

"Yes, they will. You are fifteen. Legally that is not okay for you to be an agent. But, you are Spiderman. Publicly unstable and should be only let out for mission given to you," Nick Fury inquires as he walked away from the fifteen year old.

"Sir, I can-,"

"No," Fury stopped and turned around, his trench coat whipping around with him. "Tony Stark is a very rich man. He knows who you are and where you come from. He thinks you are homeless and is searching for you. Remember when he met you when you were very young?" Nick was looking at Peter with a brow raised.

"H-He cares?" Peter was looking at Nick with a pureness that came through the boys eyes. Nick wanted to give the boy an actual teenage life at that moment.

"No, he doesn't. He just wants to make others like you, son," Nick turned back away. Maria Hill frowned at the words. Peter sighed and began to put on his suit to patrol when the alarms went off.

"What's it now?" Nick Fury asked as he went to his control spot. Maria looked away from Peter and began to trace the beacon.

"Avengers, sir. They made need assistance," Maria looked up to Fury.

"Fine, but stay away from them. Help out then come back. Understood?" Nick had his hands clasped behind his back and was awaiting his answer from the fifteen year old.

"Yes sir," Peter nodded. He put on his all black suit and left. Maria looked away from Nick.

"You know-,"

"I don't wanna," Fury answered before she could finish the sentence.

"He's way stronger than them. He's stronger than our team of Avengers. How is that gonna blow over?" Maria crossed her arms and pursed her lips.

"Yeah, I see that. I'd like to see their faces when a teenager can go against Captain America himself," Fury smiled a bit as he crossed his arms.

Peter dropped to the crumbled road beneath as dust was beginning to settle. Not even five seconds on the ground before a droid shot at him. Peter whipped around and shot a web at the droid and pulled it to the ground with such force that it spit sparks and shut down. Peter smiled and began to make his way to where the Avengers were. How hard could this possibly be? Hulk suddenly smashed ten droids at once when Peter crossed a couple of fallen pieces off buildings.

"Holy shit!" Peter cursed as he jumped away and held onto the side of the building with his enhanced powers.

"Is that the Man Of Spiders that we are seemingly trying to find the identity of?" Thor asked as he twirled his hammer on one finger before throwing it and taking the heads off five droids.

"Indeed it is! So glad you could join our little party wagon. Wanna maybe help out?" Tony asked as he hovered in the Iron Man suit. Peter was gawking but made it look like he was glaring from behind his black mask.

"What do you think I'm here for? To get my butt kicked like the rest of you?" He could feel the intense glare that radiated from Tony Stark inside the suit.

"Who is this guy?" Clint asked as he dropped in.

"Don't know . . . Yet." Tony bit out. Tony shot a couple droids before Captain America showed.

"So, you're the famous Spiderman? Nice to meet you, glad Nick Fury recruited you. Maybe we could get to know each other?" Cap asked as he was heavily breathing with a slight smile that screamed greetings.

"Maybe," Peter shrugged. Peter really wanted to show the Avengers just how good of an Agent he was! Maybe now was the perfect time!

"You're an agent aren't you?" Clint asked.

"Yeah," Peter was webbing up any enemy that came his way.

"I heard you're the youngest. . . Is that true?"

"Sure is. I'm fifteen to be exact," Peter shrugged. The whole team stopped, except Hulk, of course.

"Fifteen?" Tony echoed. "Kid, that's not even out of high school! What the hell is Fury thinking?" Tony was suddenly angry at the thought. At fifteen Tony had to deal with some adult responsibilities and Tony didn't want that for this kid, for some reason.

"I don't have a family. They've all . . . passed away. So, I made do at S.H.I.E.L.D. My parents were agents as well. Nick Fury didn't want me on the streets." Peter didn't really think it was such a big deal.

"What's your name?" Tony asked, his mask retracting back.

"Information classified," Peter responded as he did a backflip and crushed a droid.

"Fine," Tony huffed. Thor took out the rest and the whole team gathered in a more open area. Hulk was now Bruce and was putting on a grey shirt and cleaning his glasses.

"Tell us now or Cap will force it out of you," Tony crossed his arms and his facial expression meant he was serious.

Cap glared at Tony, "I will not."

Tony rolled his eyes, "seriously? Fine. I'll do it myself." Tony shot straight to the kid. Peter didn't even flinch. He grabbed the fists that the Iron suit had set to him. Everyone starred in amazement at the scene. This fifteen year old kid held Tony and wasn't even shaking from the weight. The next thing Tony knew, he was being chucked across the broken street of New York. Captain threw his shield down and ran at the kid also.

Tony got up and watched from a distance as the kid took on THE Captain America with his bare hands.

Tony gasped at this also. Captain had super strength though. Tony made his way back and watched as Steve was thrown to the side. Spiderman still stood in the middle of them all.

"Now you really have to tell us," Tony insisted. Peter sighed as he began to shuffle his feet, nervously.

"I have direct orders to not give away my identity-," Peter gasped as he felt his mask leave his face. Natasha held it in her hand on Peters side. His Spidey Sense went off for a split second.

"Name," she put a hand on her hip and held the mask on her side.

Peter ran a hand through his soft, brown curls. "Peter Parker," he confirmed. Tony gasped.

"You're the kid that I-," Tony was walking closer.

"Yeah, I am. I'm Spiderman, I have heightened senses that dial to eleven. I can stick to walls like spiders, I can sense when something bad is going to happen before it happens, and I have a high metabolism. Also, super strength, if you hadn't noticed." Peter just laid it flat out in front of everyone.

"He hid you from me because he knew! When I see that man-," Tony was stomping on a droids insides as he babbled out curse words.

"Son, how about we get you somewhere better. Like, stay at the tower. Mr. Fury will be notified of your arrival and your stay. Sound good? Become an Avenger and be treated like a fifteen year old should?" Steve offered.

Peter smiled, "sweet."

Tony smiled, "maybe we can learn a lot about each other. Ever since that night, I've been looking for you. I saw your Aunt and Uncle . . . I knew you were alone after that. I looked everywhere for you, how hard was it to find a kid that had an iron man mask on just like me? Pretty hard. I didn't know he was wearing a different mask now." Tony ruffled the boys hair.

"Why did you look for me?"

"I just wanted to know that you got somewhere better. Bugged me everyday since then. My wife, Pepper, told me to stop worrying so much. She said she'd find you for me," Tony laughed. "She never knew why I was so attached," Tony shook his head.

"Thor Almighty Stark, you gonna read him a bed time story too? Order some pizza, I'm starving." Clint grumbled as he put his bow in its sleeve. Peter couldn't help but laugh at that.

"This is going to be great," Natasha muttered.
