A/N: I apologise for any spelling mistakes I make.

3rd POV: Peter and Venom spent the next few days abroad the stolen hellacarrier, locking themselves away in the lab. The duo were looking at various holo screens in front of them, watching the news reports and hacking into S.H.I.E.L.D databases to get the latest updates on the organisations movements and that of the super hero registration's.

It seemed after his breakout at the triskellion, the duel leaders of the SRA had ramped up their security, from having more guards, setting up traps, increasing patrols across New York, even hacking S.H.I.E.L.D's systems was a bit tricky but the totem and klyntar had a fee tricks up their sleeves to bypass any trouble they encountered. Furthermore, both Reed and Hank had gone a step further and used Stark's tech to augment S.H.I.E.L.D's equipment and provide iron man armour to the organisation.

Another concerning thing that caught the duo's attention was that Reed and Hank were working on some sort of secret project that heavily required stark tech, with many S.H.I.E.L.D vehicles heading to some kind of top secret facility that had no record of it on any database, not even the project itself as there was only brief mentions of it.

Elsewhere abroad, the hellacarrier, the other super powered/skilled heroes/anti heroes were doing their own things. Punisher was busying himself by checking over the various weapons he brought along with him and also training the many civilians that were freed before and after Spiderman's breakout in how to use firearms and melee weapons they had on board. Peter wasn't exactly pleased by this and tried to get it to stop, almost resorting to a brawl. In the end, Peter dropped the matter because as much as he hated it, their little ragtag group was outnumbered and they needed all the help they can get, moreover, after speaking to most of the freed citizens, they had explained that at the end of the day, it was their choice to make on whether they wanted to be proactive or not and that they all had something to fight for, not just Peter.

Wasp and Ms Marvel had kept themselves to one corner of the hellacarrier. They didn't wish to cause any drama with anyone since even though they betrayed the SRA, they were still not trustworthy in the eyes of many. Pete tried to speak them as much as he could to not isolate them, which was appreciated by the heroines, but the conversations were brief.

Logan had returned to the X mansion with Moon Knight, accompanying him. With the Intel that peter exposed in regards to the Xmen and mutants, mutantkind were looking for places to lay low, and the Xmen were fortifying their home and ensuring that their students are safe at all times. No moves were made by the SRA, but the Xmen weren't taking chances, and Logan wanted to be there to make sure that all preparations were well made against any possible attack.

Meanwhile, jessica Jones, elektra, and Black Cat were down in the city doing reconnaissance and helping innocent people as much as they can with Julia being the eye in the sky and providing overwatch from the bridge of the hellacarrier.

Peter sighed and swiped away at all of the screens and rubbed his eyes. He hated being cooped up in the hellacarrier and not being down there in the city.

"If you don't like it, then do something about it, Parker." Venom rumbled to his host, hearing his surface thoughts. "We can't end the war by just standing here."

"I know." Peter responded as he moved to a nearby table where various tools and electronics were lying around. The webslinger grabbed a blowtorch and began working on welding the peices together whilst Venom created tendrils and consumed the electronics, and began merging them together. "Which is why we're gonna find out about this secret project that Hank and Reed are working on." Satisfied with the work he made, Peter stopped his welding just as the symbiote moved a tendril to the centre of the semi built device and placed a rudimentary power core at it's centre. The wallcrawler then grabbed the device and placed it in a case, and closed it.

"Then what are we waiting for?" The klyntar asked as he morphed Spidey's mask over his face. The hero from Queens then left the lab and took the nearest elovator to the outside of the hellacarrier. As they ascended, Peter suddenly facepalmed as he realised something important.

"I forgot to grab my comm link." Peter uttered aloud.

"Relax, I left a note so that carpenter knows where we're going." Venom assured.

"You couldn't have grabbed my comm link instead?" Peter asked, an eyebrow raised behind his mask.

"Nope." Was the instant answer Parker received back from the symbiote. "And before you continue, if I brought the comm link and you told her you were going, chances are she would try and stop us as soon as the words come out of your mouth."

The elovator made it to its destination, and the wallcrawler exited and took a deep breath of fresh air, feeling the cold breeze blow around him and sending a pleasant shiver down his spine from the cold feeling he was getting.

Spiderman then went to the edge of the hellacarrier and looked down at New York City....

His city.

"Well..." Peter muttered as he took a few steps back and got into a running stance. "Time to get to work." With that, spidey sprinted to the edge of the former S.H.I.E.L.D craft and jumped as high as he could, backflipped, and followed up by diving straight down towards the city.

Once he was passed to the skyscrapers and buildings and was inches from making contact with the ground, Peter rolled until his body was facing the correct way and fired a web at a nearby building and flung himself back up into the air and began web swinging and wall running, making sure to avoid patrols and drones as he traversed.

His destination?

The baxter building is home to the fantastic four.

(Baxter building - a few hours earlier)

Susan Storm's eyes fluttered for a brief moment before she fully opened them up. Her vision was blurry, but from what she could see from her weak vision was that she was currently lying on a table. Sue blinked her eyes multiple times to get rid of the blurriness, and her sight eventually cleared up and allowed the invisible woman to truly see the predicament she was in.

The female member of the fantastic four was indeed lying on a table but what worried her was that she strapped down to it, her arms were cuffed and she could feel something attached around her neck, most likely a power dampening collar as when trying to use her powers, nothing happened. A look around revealed that she was in the familiar lab of the baxter building with her brother and friend, Johnny and Ben, respectively, in a similar predicament to her own.

'Wha.....what happened?' Sue storm internally asked as she looked around the lab, trying to figure out how she got in the position she was in.

"I didn't expect you to wake up so soon." A familiar voice said as they entered the lab. Sue turned to see the familiar scarred face of Reed Richards.

"Reed?!" Susan exclaimed before a wave of memories came crashing down on her, and she suddenly remembered how she got in her current situation.

Sue was sitting in the living room with Johnny and Ben having a conversation on the current state in the civil war before the baxter building security systems suddenly activated and started attacking them. The trio were shocked but fought back and attempted to escape, but were locked inside. The only solution was to head to the main terminal and shut down the security system, but as they tried to reach their goal, it became apparent that someone was controlling the baxter building defences as they hallways and doors would be blocked and the trio were force to take a different path. It wasn't long before the 3 heroes got separated and one by one, they were swiftly and efficiently taking down.

Which brings us to now.

"What's going on?!" Sue asked as she attempted to break out of her restraints

"Simple, really. I found something rather interesting when I looked through my monitor." Mr. Fantastic began as he started pacing around. "As I was working, I had a sudden thought and looked through the logs and stumbled upon my access codes being used to find the location of where one Peter Parker was being held." He briefly explained as he moved to stand next to Susan's lying form. "Which made me believe that you helped in his escape."

"I never -" Sue tried to say but never got the chance.

SLAP!!!!

Sue gasped as she was slapped across the cheek, her head turned to face the other way.

"Don't lie to me!" The leader of the fantastic four growled before he grabbed Sue by her chin and forced her to look at him. "I know how you feel about that pathetic man, and I do not appreciate the fact that MY woman would go to the arms of another man. You are mine, Susan."

".....who do you think you are?" Susan asked in anger as she fully processed the words she heard. "I'm not yours, I'm not some kind of toy that you can play around with, and I will not tolerate this behaviour from you, Reed." She spat out. "And don't you dare talk about Peter that way. He's twice the man than you ever will be, and it's not my fault that I always went to him instead of you, considering how you always locked yourself and caused nothing but chaos with your dammed inventions and now look at you. You're a goddamn madman!" She yelled.

Reed stared at Sue before he snorted and released his grip on the invisible woman.

"I'm not mad, Sue." Reed denied as he opened a nearby draw and pulled out a round device that could fit on someone's head. "I'm a genius, and as a genius, I must look at a problem at all possible angles, and that problem is your disloyalty." Reed then placed it on the invisible woman's head, despite her trying to inch away. "And the solution I found is to have you come to my line of thinking, along with the others, of course. After all, we are the fantastic four." Reed said with a gleeful chuckle before he went to his monitor and began rapidly typing on it. The sound of systems powering up could be heard, and Susan's heart began pumping fast.

"Reed, don't do this!!" She pleaded as she fought to try and break out of her restraints.

"Don't worry now, Susan, this will all he over soon." Mr. fantastic soothed as his finger hovered over the activation button.

"Reed! I swear to every god out there that when I get my hands on you, I'll-!!!" The invisible woman tried to yell but never got to finish her sentence.

For Reed had pressed his finger down on the button....

And all Susan knew was unbearable pain.

(Baxter building - present time)

Spidey arrived to the balcony of the baxter building and quietly snuck through and was greeted to the sight of the destroyed living area and defences.

"What the heck?" Peter quietly muttered as he cautiously moved around. The webslinger looked around himself, ready for something to pounce out and attack him, but nothing came.

But that changed when his spidey sense flared with an intense warning.

The baxter building was suddenly on lockdown, and alarms started to blare loudly, causing the Venom symbiote to flinch and the suit as a whole to ripple.

"Parker move!!" Venom yelled out to his host and acting on it, Peter jumped to the other side of the living area as the wall was blasted apart.

"So nice of you to join us, Peter..." Reed said from the smoke as spidey narrowed his eyes.

Multiple pair of footsteps began approaching from the smoke, and as their figures became clearer, Peter's eyes went wide, and his mouth partially opened as he saw who was beside the leader of the fantastic four.

"What have you done?" Spidey whispered over the sound of the building alarm.

"I unleashed their true selves parker." Reed said with a smirk. "Now, are you gonna come quietly...."

"Or will you fight your way through us?" Mr. Fantastic asked.

".......I'm gonna rip you apart, Richards." Spiderman growled, promising to save his friends and cause unbearable pain to the man who morphed them into something they weren't.

And he will not hesitate to follow through on his promise.
