The Girl pt. 3

Nice to see you again, Spiderfans, and thank you for sticking with me this far (dispite the fact its only part 3 of the first story) Now Enjoy! :3

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It has been three days since Peter's "capture". The first thing he noticed when he woke up was that he was in a cave, the second things he noticed was that even with his supersight and the fact it was noon, he could just barely see the shore of NYC, which meant he was on an island. The final things he noticed was that his side(s) were stitched back up with an unknown thread, and the tired girl with wings crushing herbs. Peter realized she was about to turn to him when he pretended to be asleep, she turned back around and in the noon light he peeked and saw her flying towards the ceiling before becoming the black "cocoon" he saw before he passed out. Who and what is she, where am I, did she stitch me up, and what the heck is going on.
Meanwhile a cat was staring at him, and about to call up to the girl. She looked the same age as himself, then it noticed she had just fallen asleep, in which case it just stalked to the cave entrance, layed there, became a panther, and then proceeded to fall asleep. Based on what he had seen and how tired the girl looked, as long as he stayed inside, and went back before dusk, he could probably poke around a little.
One problem. He couldn't move
Well, he could, it just gave him excruciating pain. No big deal. He can stay down for the day, it looked like his bedroll had a table with fruit and water on it anyways.
At dusk he realized he had fallen back asleep, and then woke up to see the girl with her face turned to the wall, still crushing herbs and....talking? To who?
Then he heard it. A hissing and a meowing. He looked over to see the girl in what appeared to be a conversation between a cat and a snake. They were being very nice considering they were both predators, and food rivals for any mice laying around. He figured he would try to stand up, only to let out a barely audible hiss of pain and fall back onto the bedroll. Well. that seemed to get her attention, despite the fact peter wasn't even sure he heard himself in the first place.
The girl got up and walked over to him with a bowl of crushed herbs mixed with spring water. She said nothing but glared anytime he tried to move while she put the gel onto his stitches. He let out a sigh of relief from how much it killed the pain. Then he remembered he was in a room with a cat, a snake, and some girl he wasn't even completely sure was human. On the bright side, the cat was the panther but transformed into a normal house cat, although he isn't sure how.
When she was done she wrapped him in a large roll of gauze that appeared to be made out of cotton, vines, and one other thing he couldn't identify. She then proceeded to sit down and look at him. And then Peter realized what she was staring at.
He wasn't wearing his mask. He was wearing his suit, except for the fact it became a crop-top so she could treat his wounds. But still. No mask. It was cast to the side of the room.
She smiled softly, and grabbed a piece of fruit, but nibbling it not in a posh way, but more like she was self-conscience about her teeth, he gestured that she smile wide, and in a way that said he wouldn't judge. So she did, and Wow.
She had fangs.
