" If Marvel is looking for us, we've left the country "

The chaos started as soon as you had your second child. At first, parenting had seemed easy with your daughter, you had the whole 'cool parent' thing downーuntil the terrible twos started. Tantrums, food-splattered walls and hiding in the pantry was your life for the past two years. Thankfully, Tom was home more than he was when he first started his acting career.

When your son arrived in the world, things got ten times worse. As much as you loved getting the experience of parenting and raising children that were your own, there were some rough patches. Like what was happening right now.

"y/s/n, put that down, please!" You yelled, trying to grab the open can of applesauce that was in his hands. Unfortunately, you were just plainly going in circles; through the kitchen, into the living room, and back again. You just wanted to give up on retrieving the jar back, but then again, what if he had gotten applesauce stuck in the carpet? The insects would come and invade your house and then you'd have to burn the whole house down.

Your daughter, y/d/n, was peacefully sat on the couch, Cheeto dust all over her fingers as she quietly danced in her seat to The Wiggles. At least she had gotten out of the tantrum stage before y/s/n started it. In fact, he had just started it, this just being the beginning.

Hearing the front door unlock, the three of you all froze. You desperately hoped it was Tom, or even Harrison. Anybody that could help you with the kids for even a minute or two. A sigh slipped out of your lips when Tom came into view, his grin turning into sympathy when he saw how tired you looked.

"Rough day?" He asked, shutting the door. Finally grabbing the can of food, you brought it into the kitchen and set it on the counter. You turned around to see y/s/n quietly placed and innocent-looking in his dad's arms.

"You would not believe the day we've had. I'm now considering that chasing this little boy through the house is exercise," You said. Tom stepped close to you, pressing your lips to yours, finally getting a little relief from the stress that was on your shoulders. "If you could distract the kids while I finish up cleaning, that would help tremendously."

Tom nodded, pressing a kiss to your forehead and going to round up the kids. In no time, they were all sat at the other side of the counter, his phone carefully sat where they all were on screen. Thankfully, you both knew your kids' favourite thing in the world: livestreams. You didn't know what was so intriguing about it to them, but the fans were so sweet and loving when it came to y/s/n and y/d/n.

Questions kept flowing in, Tom asking the kids questions that were popping up in the chat. You could tell the questions were slowing down, the kids getting quieter and quieter. Until y/d/n made the decision to speak up.

"My dad died yesterday!" She yelled, clapping her hands. Tom looked up at you in horror, knowing exactly what she was talking about. "If Marvel is looking for us, we've left the country." He scrambled to end the live, managing to mumble a small goodbye but then managing to save it all. What a genius.

"Oh my God," you whispered. Oh, how you wanted to laugh so bad. Your child had just spoiled Infinity War and had backup with y/s/n nodding in the background when she spilled the information.

"Well, I guess they did inherit my spoiling trait."
