MJ went to the witness stand, and the bailiff said, "raise your right hand." MJ did so, and the bailiff asked, "do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help you God?" MJ nodded and said, "I do." She then sat on the witness stand. Collin then walked on over and asked, "now Miss Jones, how did you first know Mr. Parker?"

"Aside from high school, we knew each other from the Academic Decatholan," said MJ. "And is it true that you deduced that Mr. Parker was Spider-Man?" Collin asked. "I was only 60% sure he was Spider-Man," confessed MJ, "I mean, he always kept on disappearing whenever there was a freak accident, suddenly, Spider-Man shows up to save the day. I guess it was kinda suspicious, but I didn't think much of it. When we were in Prague, I jokingly said he was Spider-Man, not being serious. But I guess I was right." Jessica and Luke smirked, thinking MJ was smart. "Mr. Leeds claims you, Peter, and he stumbled onto a supposed hologram of The Elemental that attacked Prague," said Collin, "do you believe Mr. Leeds is telling the truth?"

"I do," confirmed MJ, "I accidentally found the hologram drone. During the fight, it dropped on the ground, and I put it in my backpack. When Peter was telling me he loved me, the drone dropped on the ground, revealing the monster. It looked realistic." Collin looked at Matt and said, "your witness, Mr. Murdock." Matt then went to the witness stand and asked, "Miss Jones, what happened after you, Ned, and Peter saw the hologram?"

"Peter put on his suit and went to Berlin to warn an undisclosed ally about Mysterio," said MJ, "after that, things got crazy." Matt could hear MJ's heartbeat, and knew she wasn't lying. "Did you expect to go to London?" Matt asked. "No I didn't," said MJ, "but Ned and I had a feeling that monster attack was a cover-up to kill me and him.  When Peter didn't return from Berlin, Ned and I were afraid that Mysterio had killed Peter. After Peter had stopped Mysterio from killing us all, I was extremely relieved to find out he was alive." Matt once again listened to MJ's heartbeat, and knew she wasn't lying. He then asked, "after you and your friends; alongside Mr. Hogan, defended yourselves against the killer drones, do you know what happened to them? Specifically the drones and the holograms?" MJ nodded and said, "I actually gave the hologram that Peter, Ned, and I stumbled onto to Happy Hogan. It's in his possession." Matt could tell that MJ wasn't lying, and with a respectful nod, he said, "thank you Miss Jones for being a cooperative witness. No further questions are needed from you." MJ smiled, standing up. She still wore the Black Dahlia necklace that Peter gave her. MJ looked at Peter, and kindly smiled at him. Peter could see her eyes, and her eyes said that she loved him. Collin then said, "the state calls as their next witness, Harold Hogan."
