I had a okay life with mr. stark. He adopted me not long after mays death. We would work in the labs together day and night and i called him dad while he called me all sorts of things. It was all well and fine until some guy named jake showed up. Let me explain. I had come home from school and went straight upstairs. I said hi to everyone just for the to ignore me. I brushed it off and went to my room. I walked in only to see it was green and black and completely different. I then walked to Tony's lab. I walked in to see him and some other kid working on my project for the Spider-Man suit. He turned around and saw me. "Ah Peter this is jake my new son, personal intern and the new Spider-Man." I froze as those words left his mouth. He then continued with "your stuff is in the main lobby, well all the stuff you bought, which is nothing. Also imma need the suit back now." I slowly nodded taking it out of my bag and handing it to him. I walked to the living room to say good by. When I got there they all glared at me. "Get out of here stupid bug" started Bucky. "Yea you were just a charity case to tony, leave before we kill you" he said his voice laced with venom. I ran to the elevator. I made it down to the main floor when I remembered I forgot my textbooks in there. I turned around and scanned my card only for it to say "access denied, you have been kicked out personally by Mr. stark." I broke down in tears and ran out to an ally near by. I sat there and cried myself to sleep.

        The next day jake came and stopped by. "That was funny how he kicked you out. I always hated you so I decided why not mind control the avengers?" That was all he needed to hear. I lunged at him and held him up by his throat. I quickly webbed him to a wall. Not long after the cops arrived. It was all over the news that a child brain washed the avengers. A few days later they showed up at his school.

—-TONY POV———-

      I woke up with a weird version of peters web shooter design in front of me. I walked to his room to see what was up. When I got in the room was black and green with metallic letter on the walk spelling out jake. Then it hit me. Someone snuck in asked me to adopt him and to take him in as an intern. He introduced himself as jake. After that everything was black. He ran out to check on everyone else. He found an intern and told him to get the workers for their rooms to make the green and black room turned back to how it was before, he then gathered everyone up and told them to find Peter. Everyone ended up going to his school first and to their luck that was exactly where he was.

——————-PETER POV——————-

          We were called down to the gym for an interrogation. I was scared that they thought I was the one who mind washed them. When we were all seated the avengers came out and immediately asked "where is Peter" I raised my had as everyone else looked or pointed at me. They then proceeded to run up and hug me. As they were hugging me and apologizing tony whispered in my ear "I'm sorry, your room is being redesigned to how it was before, the papers for the adoption have been resigned and I fixed up your suit and its waiting on your bed for you" at that moment I was the happiest person alive.
