Fury?

Peter Parker was normal as normal as pigs flying were. He may have been a terrible liar, but he's great at keeping secrets. Ha, nope! Got you there. Peter Parker just lied right there. He's a great liar, but he pretends he's not. He wants to work at SHIELD though. His dad won't let him though, so here comes his alter ego Spider-Man. Spider-Man was his goal to prove to his dad that he's ready to be a SHIELD agent. He helps the little people, or so he thought he did.

Catching the Vulture was a hard task. A task he made for himself. Peter started to realize he liked being a solo act. He wanted to be free and wild. Now, he knows he has to keep SHIELD away. Peter hopes SHIELD didn't notice him catching the Vulture.

Peter was sitting at home on his computer. His room felt foreign to him. He brushed his fingers against the wall, hoping for some kind of reaction. Peter got none. He frowned and looked at his window. New York looks so different from the Avengers tower window. Aunt May went to work overseas for a month, and Tony promised to take care of him. Peter sprawled his limbs against the queen sized bed before an idea popped into his head.

Peter looked at the security camera in his room. With some quick hacking, he turned it off. Peter suddenly had a mischievous grin across his face. 'I might as well check in,' he thought as pulling up the SHIELD database that he hacked. Peter chuckled that he could still easily hack SHIELD's database. What caught Peter by surprise was that a villain had escaped recently. Peter knew it was hard to escape SHIELD confinements. When he clicked to read about it, he gasp. This was not good. One of the HYDRA soldiers escaped. The one who knows about himself. Peter was suddenly thankful for convincing May to go overseas. For he was going to be hunted.

Director Fury was pacing up and down in SHIELD's headquarters. Nobody has ever seen him seem so in distress. Maria Hill walked up to him and placed her hand on her shoulder. "Calm down Director," she tried to reassure him. "I am trying to keep my calm Agent Hill," the director responded back a little too harsh then he intended.

Maria sighed. "He'll be okay," she responded. Nick Fury let out a huff. "He's not trained in self defense! He knows that my weakness. If intel ever got back to HYDRA, it could be catastrophic," he ranted on. Maria Hill eyes darted away during his rant. "Sir, I might have trained in self defense just in case anything happens," she responded. Nick's face immediately went to a scowl, "You did what now?" Maria expected his outraged response which is why she never told SHIELD's director. "He's your adoptive son! He needs to be somewhat prepared if something were to ever happen!" Maria bursted out.

Nick Fury sighed knowing she was right. He was a fool to think he could hide him from the dangerous world of SHIELD. Now his son was in danger. Fury told Hill to suit up. They were going to kill that man.

Peter Parker suddenly realized that if this HYDRA agent was going for him, he was going to check his and May's apartment. He quickly suited up into his Spider-Man suit and swung his way over to his apartment. Peter sat on the opposite building's roof. That's when he heard the sound of a gun being loaded. He swung over to his window to take a peak inside. Peter looked at his room and was shocked to say the least. On his bed was Director Fury and Agent Hill. 'Oh no,' Peter thought as his brain racked for a solution.

Should he show up as Peter or Spider-Man? The door opening made his decision. The HYDRA agent was not surprised to see the two SHIELD enforcements. "Fury. Hill," his voiced was cruel, and his tone was sharp. The director responded, "Brone." Brone looked around and said, "Whatcha do with the kid? Is he hiding in here?"

"I think all three of you are trespassing," Peter finally said. Agent Hill and Director Fury kept their eyes on Brone, while Brone looked amusingly at Peter. "Spider-Man huh? What are you doing here?" Brone questioned. "Well, I believe you're breaking the law. We got to put you back in SHIELD confinement. "He was the one who took down the Vulture?" Agent Hill asked her director. "Yes, he is," Fury responded. His eyes never left Brone though. He was ready for anything.

What all three of them didn't except Brone to do happened. Brone took one step back and closed the door to Peter's room. Spider-Man and the two from SHIELD quickly slammed the door open to see Brone had escaped. Peter quickly fled the scene after. He had to get home to Tony.

As soon as Peter arrived at his bedroom window, he flung himself inside and took off his suit. He properly hid the suit before going to warn Tony. "FRIDAY?" Peter questioned. "Yes Peter," was her response. "Where is Mr. Stark?" Peter asked. "Boss seems to be in his lab. Would you like me to take you to him?" she  questioned. "Yes please," Peter quickly responded. After getting to Tony's lab, Peter called out, "Mr. Stark?" Tony responded, "Yeah Kiddo?" Peter sighed in relief. How could he not? His mentor was safe for now.

"Do you have a safe house?" Peter questioned. It made him think of how his dad put him with Aunt May after the incident. Tony turned around to face Peter obviously confused. "What do you need a safe house for Pete?" his face screamed worried as he said those words. "Someone is looking for me. Someone who," Peter never got to finish that sentence.

Everything happened so fast. The power went out. His spider senses were screaming for him to duck. Peter lounged out and tackled Tony out of the way as the sound of a gun shot was released into the lab. Tony's eyes were wide. Peter looked up so fast to seem Brone sitting on one of the many tables in the lab.

"I thought it was an instant kill. Guess not," Brone sneered. Tony looked terrified. "And I thought you were in prison at SHIELD," Peter responded even though he knew he wasn't. "But you seemed like you were prepared for me," Brone grinned. "It smelt like garbage around here, so it was kind of given away," Peter glared. "I see you're still sarcastic as ever," Brone returned Peter's glare.

Tony watched the two glare for a couple of minutes until breaking the intense silence. "What the actual heck?" Tony yelled. The two whipped their heads to him at the same time. They totally forgot he was there. "Oh yes. Tony Stank," Brone growled, "I'm assuming little Peter here never told you." Tony looked hurt but confused, "What do you mean?" Peter immediately started rambling. The other man took the distraction and shot at the teen.

Peter's spider sense spiked, and he immediately ducked and rolled towards Tony. He did not plan to let his enemy hurt Tony. "You should leave," Peter spoke coldly. Brone was completely surprised that he didn't hit his target. "How did you know?" Brone asked with wide eyes.

At that moment, Fury bursted through the room with Agent Hill and Agent Coulson.  "Peter," Fury spoke. Relief filled his tone first, but then he was Brone with a gun pointing it at his adoptive son. "Dad? Uncle Coulson? Aunt Maria?" Peter asked pretending to be shocked. He was glad he was such a great actor, or else it would have gone so differently.

Poor Tony. He was confused out of his mind. It's not often you see a billionaire genius confused. 'Fury was Peter's dad? I thought Peter's parents were dead,' the billionaire thought. "What?" Tony asked, "You're his dad?" Fury kept his eyes and a gun trained on Brone as he answered, "I'm his adoptive dad." Tony then asked, "Is May one of your agents?" Fury shook his head, "No. Ever since the incident, Peter has been living with her." The billionaire indeed had another question, "What incident?" Tony thought it couldn't be the spider powers. He was at May's before then.

Fury sighed before saying, "When Brone discovered about Peter, he planned to kill him." Brone smirked as he said, "And I still do. I don't even understand how that boy is still alive. I put five bullet holes in him." Peter's alter-ego was really taking over the conversation, "Well, you do have terrible aim." A gun shot rang out into the air. Two more followed it. Brone lied dead with a bullet in the head and the chest. Fury immediately looked at his son.

Peter stood up perfectly fine. His spider sense warned him of the shot, so he was able to dodge it. "Peter Benjamin Parker-Fury," rang his angry father's voice, "What on Earth do you think you were doing?" Peter looked for exits. The door was blocked by the three angry looking SHIELD agents. A concerned Tony Stark blocked the window exit. His eyes darted to places in the room, looking for an escape.

Peter jumped up into a vent. He crawled through it when he heard curses rang out in the room he used to be in. Peter jumped out the vent into his room and locked his door quickly. Peter slid down his door thinking of how he was going to explain to his family what he was doing.
