Y/N's P.O.V

Right now I'm out in the city as Spider-Man just watching over it.

Just then I get contacted by Ben.

Ben: Y/N, we've got a problem.

Y/N: It wouldn't be us if we didn't, what's up?

Ben: There's a bank robbery two blocks from you.

Y/N: Okay, I'm on it. Stay on standby, just in case.

Ben: Got it.

After that I swing around the corner and head to the bank.

Once I get there I land on a rooftop near the bank and hear the alarm going off.

The doors burst open and sand spills out of it.

The sand forms into Flint Marko a.k.a Sandman.

Y/N: Marko again. Really?

I jump off the rooftop and swing down to him.

Y/N: Marko, good to see you.

Sandman: Hey, Web-Head. I thought this would get your attention. Though I'm surprised you and your friends aren't dropping cities from the sky.

Y/N: You did this to see me? That's so sweet. I'm very flattered, I must say.

Sandman: Though I'm surprised you and your friends aren't dropping cities from the sky.

Y/N: Okay, we didn't do that. Ultron did that.

Marko swings at me, but I duck down and punch him in the chest.

My arm goes through him though and gets stuck.

Y/N: Ah, crap.

I look up and he hits me, it sends me flying back into a wall.

Y/N: Ow. That hurt.

Sandman: I'm made of sand, Web-Head. You can't beat me like that.

I look up and see a fire hydrate.

That's how I beat him.

Y/N: You're right. I can't.

He tries to crush me, but I jump into the air and land next to the fire hydrate.

Y/N: Hey, Sandman! I'm right here!

He turns and break open the fire hydrate and cause him to get hit by the water.

The water causes his body to start melting down.

Y/N: You're made out of sand, Marko. You should know that water is your weakness.

Before I can get to him he uses his sand form to go down into the sewers below the city.

Y/N: Damn it.

I look over and see the bags of money.

Sandman: Ah, my money!!

I chuckle.

After that I take the bags of money back to the bank.

The manager comes over to me.

Y/N: Here you go, sir. I think this belongs to the bank. Well, not really, but you get what I mean.

Manager: Thank you so much, Spider-Man.

Y/N: Anytime. Just doing my job.

I leave the bank and web zip away.

(Fifteen minutes later)

I make it back to the Spider Cave and come out of the elevator.

I see Ben and Kate at the monitor.

Y/N: Hey, guys.

They look at me.

Ben: Hey, man.

Kate: Hey. Great job taking down Sandman.

Ben: It was quick though.

Y/N: Yeah, it was. Marko isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the tool shed.

Ben: True.

Just then Kate got a text.

Kate: Oh, sorry, boys. I gotta go. Mum needs me.

She grabs her bag and walks to the elevator.

I walk over to her.

Y/N: You'll be back here later for training, right?

She smiles.

Kate: Definitely. Can't wait.

We hear Ben groan and we turn back to him.

Ben: Jesus Christ, guys. You're killing me here. Will you two just make-out already?

Y/N & Kate: Shut up, Ben.

We look at each other.

Y/N: I'll see you later.

Kate: Bye, Cowboy.

She turns and walks into the elevator.

After that I turn back to Ben.

Y/N: Why'd you say that?

I walk over to him.

Ben: Cause you two just need to make-out. You're clearly into each other. Why won't you just ask her out.

I sigh.

Y/N: I don't know. I mean there's never been a right time.

Ben: Bullshit. Just ask her out. You don't have to worry about her saying no.

Y/N: Yeah, maybe.

I get a text from my mum.

Y/N: Alright, I gotta get going. I told my mum I'd be home for a family dinner tonight. You can handle things in the city, yeah?

Ben: Yeah, I got it. Go have family fun time.

I chuckle.

Y/N: Okay. I better get changed.

I leave the room to change out of my suit.

Maybe Ben is right.

I should ask Kate out. I mean things have been calm, now might be the perfect time to do it.
