(Two days later)

Y/N's P.O.V

It's been two days since I found out Nat is my sister.

I haven't spoken to my parents since then and I don't really want to, at least not yet.

I've been staying with Nat at the HQ for the past two days. And we've been bonding.

It's nice to have a sister.

Anyway, something bad happened. Snart is back and he's kidnapped Ben.

I've been looking for him, but I've got nothing.

I'm at the HQ with Natasha trying to find him using street cameras.

I slam my hand on the desk in frustration.

Y/N: Damn it!

Nat looks at me.

Natasha: Whoa. Easy there.  

I sigh.

Y/N: I'm sorry, I'm sorry. It's just, Ben's missing. God knows what's Snart has planned for him. I need to find him. 

She comes over and puts her hand on my shoulder.

Natasha: It's okay, Y/N, we'll find Ben. I promise.

???: You don't have to.

We look to the door and see Ben standing behind us.

I stand up and over to him.

Y/N: Ben. You're okay. What happened?

He looks at me with tears in her eyes.

Ben: It was Snart. He kidnapped my uncle and I.

Y/N: Why? Why'd he and Rory take you?

Ben: Snart... he was gonna torture my uncle. He was gonna... he was gonna hurt him... unless I...

Natasha: Unless you what?

Ben: Unless I told him who Spider-Man is. I'm sorry Y/N, I'm so sorry. I told him you are Spider-Man.

He starts crying and I pull him into a hug.

Y/N: It's okay, Ben. It's alright. I understand why you told him. You did what you had to do.

I pull away and look to Natasha.

Y/N: Nat, can we try and locate Snart?

She nods.

Natasha: Yeah, we can use the S.H.I.E.L.D satellites to...

Y/N: To scan for his cold gun's signature.

Natasha: Exactly.

I go over to one of the computers.

(One hour later)

After an hour of scanning we finally found Snart.

I suit up and web swing to his location.

He and I need to talk.

When I find him his on a motorbike chasing after an armored truck.

I get closer and shoot out a web. I then pull him off the bike and up into the air.

I quickly web zip after him.

Snart lands on the rooftop of a tall building nearby as I land down on the other side. 

After that Snart gets to his feet and looks around.

He sees me and takes off his helmet.

Snart: Good to see you... Y/N.

I pull off my mask.

Y/N: We need to talk. I know Ben told you who I am.

Snart: Can't really blame the kid for givin' you up.

He takes off his goggles.

Snart: You or his uncle? Come on, I put the kid in a tight spot. Same kind I got you in right now. Can't really stop now that I know who you are.

Y/N: I could make sure that you end up in the deepest darkest cell of Rikers Island, where you'll never see the light of day.

Snart: You could, but then I wouldn't be around to stop my private up-link that'll reveal your identity to the world. So, the million dollar question: What to do with me now Y/N L/N?

Y/N: I won't let you keep stealing whatever you want, whenever you feel like it. It needs to end. 

Snart: Can't do that. It's what I do.

Y/N: Then find a new line of work.

Snart: Don't want to.

Y/N: And why's that?

Snart: The same reason you keep going after guys like me. The adrenaline, the thrill of the chase. I love this game, and I'm very good at it.

Y/N: Then go play it somewhere else. Leave New York.

Snart: Can't do that either. I love it here. This city is my home.

I sigh and start walking towards him.

Y/N: You've seen what I can do. You know that I can stop you. You wanna keep pushing your luck, go for it. But from here on out, no-one else dies. If you're as good as you say you are then you don't have to kill anyone to get what you want.

He tilts his head.

Snart: That's true.

He and I are now face to face.

Y/N: And if you or anyone in your rogues gallery goes anywhere near anyone I care about again, I don't care who you tell my secret to. I'm gonna put you away, forever.

Cold thinks for a moment, then he speaks.

Snart: I guess your secrets safe, Spider-Man... for now.

I nod to him and put my mask back on.

Snart: I don't suppose you'd be willing to give me a lift back down, would you?

I smirk under my mask.

Y/N: Nah. Makes your own way down.

I run and dive off the rooftop and  swing away.

Third person perspective

After Y/N leaves Leonard Snart looks out into the distance.

Snart: The Rogues. Cute.

(Fifteen minutes later) 

Y/N's P.O.V

I make it back to the HQ.

When I get there I see Ben and Natasha along with Kate.

I take off my mask.

Kate comes over to me.

Y/N: Hi, Kate.

Kate: Hey. I'm glad you're okay. Ben told me about what happened.

Y/N: So, I had a talk with Snart.

Natasha: What happened?

Y/N: He and I have come to an agreement. It's not what I was hoping for, but my secret is safe.

Kate: Really?

Y/N: Yep. I agreed to stay out of his way and in return he doesn't kill anyone. He'll also keep my secret to himself.

Ben: Are you sure that was the right move? I mean Snart's a killer?

Y/N: Snart may be a killer, but he has a code. I believe he's a man of his word.

Kate: But Y/N, what if he isn't?

Y/N: He knows what will happen if he doesn't keep his word.

After that Ben goes home to check on his uncle.

I hope I'm right about Snart.

I just know there's good in him. He can be more than just a criminal.
