Y/N's P.O.V

So, right now I'm working at the Stark Industries lab in Queens.

I work here when I'm not at NYU as a college student.

Just then I see Gwen come in.

Y/N: Hey, babe.

Gwen: Y/N, we've got a problem.

Y/N: What do you mean? What's going on?

Gwen: You're gonna want to see this, come on.

I get up and follow him out of the lab.

We go to the rooftop and I see a sand cloud in the distance.

Y/N: Ah, crap. Marko. Really?

Gwen: Yep.

I sigh.

Y/N: Alright, come on.

We jog across the rooftop and start to take off our clothes to reveal our suit underneath.

I create a new suit with some small nano-tech enhancements.

We both jump off the rooftop and web swing through the city.

Y/N: Gwen, where's Harry?

Gwen: He's back at the Spider Cave.

Y/N: Alright, but we could use his help.

Gwen: Agreed.

We swing closer to Sandman's location and Harry comes over the comms.

Harry: Y/N, Gwen, you there?

Y/N: We're here. What's going on with Marko? It's been over a year since our last showdown.

Harry: No-one knows. Apparently, he just snapped.

Y/N: Ah, great. Well, we'll stop him, but we need you out here to keep civilians clear.

Harry: Got it. I'll update your dad on the situation and get suited up.

Y/N: Good. Gwen and I will handle Sandman.

Harry: Right. Good luck, guys.

Gwen: You too, Harry.

She looks over to me.

Gwen: Y/N, now might be time to try the Web Wings for the first time.

Y/N: I don't know. The last test run didn't work. For either of us.

Gwen: Oh, I'm sure it'll be fine. 

Y/N: Famous last words, babe.

We swing into the sandstorm and see Sandman in a new form.

Gwen: Whoa! That's Sandman!

Y/N: A bigger version, yeah. Let's do this.

Gwen: My Sandman never got that big.

Y/N: Well, this Sandman has never been this be either.

Sandman: Spider-Man! Thanks for coming!

Gwen and I swing in.

Y/N: Spider-Woman, use the debris in the air to hit Sandman.

Gwen: Got it!

I use my webs to throw debris at Sandman and it does damage.

He hits me with his fist and slams me into a building.

Sandman keeps me pinned to the wall and he comes out of the arm.

(A/N: This is the Sandman of this story.)

Y/N: Marko, why are you doing this?

Sandman: Because I have to. No-one will listen to Flint Marko, but they will listen to Sandman.

Just then Gwen swing in and hits Sandman with a canister of water.

Sandman: Ahh!!!

He drops me and I web swing away.

She and I swing around together.

Y/N: Nice one.

Gwen: Thanks. Your dad called in and said we should use water to hurt Sandman.

Y/N: She's right.

Gwen: He said he's got his tech guys working on finding a bigger water source. We just gotta keep him distracted.

Y/N: Alright, let's do it.

We swing back over to Sandman to keep Sandman distracted.

A moment later my dad comes over the comms.

James: Guys, I've found a water tanker on the tower around the corner from you. Use it on Sandman. 

Y/N: We're on it, dad.

After a few minutes we hit him with the tanker, but he doesn't go down.

Gwen: Well, that didn't work.

Just then gusts of wind/sand come up and pull me into the air.

Y/N: Whoa!!!

Gwen: No!!

I get out of it and start falling.

Gwen: Spider-Man, use the Web Wings!

Y/N: Well, the last patch didn't work. Let's hope this most recent did!

I activate my Web Wings and glide through the air.

Y/N: Woohooo!!! Yes!!!!

Gwen: Y/N, they're working! You're flying.

Y/N: Yep, but we're not done yet. Sandman is on Pier Four beach.

Gwen: What happens if he gets all that sand?!

I see Sandman's giant form again.

Y/N: I think he just did. Spider-Woman, I'm gonna need you.

Gwen: I'm on my way.

I'm joined by Gwen and we make it to the beach.

Sandman's attack is causing a storm with lightning.

This gives me an idea.

Y/N: Gwen, I've got plan. Tell me, what happens when sand mixes with electricity?

Gwen: It becomes like glass. That's how we take him down.

Y/N: You're right, sweetheart. If I use my Venom Blast with combined with the lightning it should have to take him down.

Gwen: Wait, you wanna get stuck by lightning?!

Y/N: Don't worry, I can handle it.

Gwen: Yeah, I know you can. 

Y/N: Good. Can you keep him distracted?

Gwen: I'm on it.

She web zips away and starts throwing debris at Sandman.

I web swing around Sandman and jump up into the air.

I build up my Venom Blast as I get hit by lightning.

After that I drop down on debris floating in the air.

Y/N: You're going down, Sandman!

I fire my Venom Blast at him and it cuts through him.

The blast causes him to crumble and the sandstorm to stop.

Gwen and I then fall down into the water.

We both come back up.

Y/N: You okay?

Gwen: I have sand everywhere.

I nod.

Y/N: So do I. 

After that we swim back to shore to deal with Sandman.

(Ten minutes later)

We've now gotten Sandman in a container and he's on his way back to Rikers.

Sandman slams on the container.

Gwen: You're not going anywhere, Sandman.

Y/N: Why'd you do this, Marko?

Marko: You two have no idea what's coming. You're so screwed.

After that the chopper takes off and takes Sandman back to Rikers.

Gwen and I look at each other.

Gwen: What did that mean?

Y/N: No clue. But I think we need to find out.
