2) Austin Zane aka Shocker 3rd: He is the new Shocker after the second Shocker defeated by Spider-Man in his first and homemade suit.

3) Martin Li aka Mister Negative: Martin Li is known the founder of F.E.A.S.T he is kind and friendly towards others. Martin lost his parents during the accident and he was adoptive and raised by Minato family and has good bond and brother relationship with Will Minato, Yukina's father. Martin is supportive of his brother and his band for love of music, one day they attended, realize Osborn did this. So he created the evil organization known as Demon, he has good kind to help homeless in F.E.A.S.T and love his family included his adoptive niece. To vow revenge on Norman Osborn, he has good relationship with Parker's aunt May.

4) Max Dillion aka Electro: He was the former Stark Employer and one of the Stark hater. Max has hate on Tony Stark seeing of his invention is unstable and dangerous, so he work the project on himself. His idea to make the teleportation suit however it causes the accident with electricity on him and vow revenge on Tony Stark. 

5) Adrian Jackson aka Vulture 2 (based ShiroWhiteWizard's villian OC Vulture): He is the successor of the Vulture and one of the Stark's hater. He is the successor of his mentor Adrian Toomes the first villian fought on (Y/N) aka Spider-Man.

6) Mac Gargan aka Scorpion: He was one of the buyer attempted to buy of Adrian Toomes' chitauri weapons. But foiled by Spider-Man and arrested by FBI and wanted revenge on Spider-Man for the humiliation left by Ferry. Until he got free recruited by the Gentleman he become Scorpion.

7) Aleksei Mikhailovich Sytsevich: He is one of the villain and enemy of Spider-Man. After his time got defeated by Spider-Man he was recruited by Gentleman and part him in the armor become the Rhino.

8) Gustav Fiers aka the Criminal: He is the mystery villains and benefactors of the Spidey's villains. And he seems to be work loyalty with Norman Osborn and has the connection of the Parker siblings' parents has die in accidentally but it was the murder they try to steal (Y/N)'s father Richard Parker's research but lost.

9) Joseph Martello aka Hammerhead: A mob boss with a skull made of reinforced steel, he is the head of the Hammerhead family, one of the "families" of the criminal organization known as the Maggia. Following the power vacuum caused by the arrests of both Kingpin and Mister Negative, Hammerhead's crew is among those taking part in the resulted gang war for power over New York's criminal underworld.

10) Lonnie Lincoln aka Tombstone: He is a drug trafficker and biker gang leader who is shown working for Mister Negative. Has taken interested and liken on Spider-Man for defeated him and wait for their rematch.

11) Harvey Dent aka Two Face: He was Batman's enemy after he die and his identify exposed to the public. And now becoming Spider-Man's enemy seeing him as the threats and remind him of Batman.

12) Oswald Chesterfield Cobblepot aka Penguin: He was one of Batman's enemy but now Spider-Man's enemy. Penguin has dislikes and see Spider-Man as the annoying and hate to listen of his jokes. 

13) Eddie Nigma: He is one of Batman's enemy and turns to Spider-Man's enemy. He likes to force Spider-Man to solving of quiz and puzzle. But has hatred on Black Cat stole all his money and jewalry.

14) Jonathan Crane aka Scarecrow: He was Batman's enemy but defeated when Batman overcome his fear. However he was free and recruited by the Gentleman to make his fear toxic to more stronger.

15) Slade Wilson aka Deathstroke: He is the mercenary and he has gain interested to fight against on Spider-Man. But he has the annoying nephew who is best friend with Spider-Man known as Spider-Man.

16) Flyod Lawton aka Deadshot: He is the enemy of Batman. He has no intention to become of Spider-Man's enemy and returns of his old crime life. However he has no choice if gentleman going to killed his beloving daughter, Zoe.

17) Waylon Jones aka the Killer Croc: He is the enemy of the Batman and later to Spider-Man. He has gained to interested to fight against Spider-Man, vow to eat him alive and rip off of his body pieces.

18) Harleen Frances Quinzel aka Harley Quinn: She has deep hatred toward on Batman for ruining her live that she lost her pudding (Joker), and her best friend (Poison Ivy). And now she leads and take over of Joker's empire and enemy of Spider-Man see him as the bug.

19) Copperhead: She is the enemy of Spider-Man and it was tricky for him that he try to catch her using of his webshooters.

20) Bane: He is the dangerous enemy of Spider-Man. He thought he was killed by Arkham Knight but he was the alive all the time, Bane has survived his death and vows revenge on Batman but learns he has die years and has interested on Spider-Man. He has rivalry of Spider-Man.
